Our recent dine in was great because we were the only ones there until we were finishing up. So super quiet and some nice family time.

This place was horrible me and my two daughters and I went to go eat breakfast, and when we came, there was no line, so that was the good part. But when we sat down, they took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Me and my daughter's ate but when I noticed there was a hair on my food. I'm glad it wasn't a bug or something. Also when we wanted something they took so long and they would get our orders mixed up and we ordered two more waters and a to go box but our waiter never came and gave it to us so we had to tell another waiter to give us water and a to go box. I do not recommend coming here.

Took 10 minutes to be seated, 10 other minutes to be attended, and 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Meanwhile we had to bear with a few screaming babies and a waitress who did not help any table because “she was not a server.” Good food quality, though.

I’ve never had this location before but today i decided to use a gift card to get a hamburger.
I got the hamburger and it was only cooked on the outside it was still very much pink and raw on the inside. I threw it away after one bite and looking into it to see it was very much still raw. I will not be ordering at all form this restaurant.

Good prices and good food, got a burger which was better than I expected for an ihop,
Parking was the only real complaint. Small parking lot for ihop so you have to either park on the street or in the hotel parking which I'm pretty sure your not supposed too haha

Service was good also, bill came to a little over 30$ for the both of us, which was intentional to get the free ticket voucher if you spend more than 30$. The process getting the free movie voucher was pretty quick and straight forward also

I’ve never had this location before but today i decided to use a gift card to get a hamburger.

Not a good visit….
It was 10 mins until they took my order, 15mins until I got my order. Food was average but how hard is it to cook eggs and hash browns? The coffee was in a pitcher on the table so I basically served myself. The only service I got other than taking my order and bringing it to me was when I got asked about my preference in hot sauce. Oh and when I got my bill which was disappointingly high. Needless to say my tip was not a big one. In fact, if it wasn’t for the hot sauce inquiry I wouldn’t have left a tip at all.
Bottom line, I will not return nor will I recommend it to anyone

The food was good, the wait time for the food was excessive and our server for the table where we were was unfortunately tied up with another, the servers that were they acted as if they couldn't back her up and help us and others with our orders this could have been understandable if they were really busy, but they were not at the time, the other should have helped out the one that was tied up by helping the other tables that were waiting, instead they kept going up to the front acting like they were looking for something. Again at least the food was good.

It took over 2.5 hours from walk in to us leaving we had to wait over 25 minutes to get seated because they only had one young man serving and checking people in and running the register the poor guy was being run ragged they weren’t that busy maybe a total of 6 tables the whole time we were there. There was 1 cook in the back and so it took forever to make our table of 3 meals . We ordered my daughter a sausage breakfast combo with the IF pancakes and they brought her the IF pancakes with a plate of eggs and hash browns. I had to ask where the sausage? His response was her order didn’t come with sausage. I said how does a sausage combo not come with sausage? He went back to the kitchen came out and brought us sausage. I ordered fruit on the side of meal and I had to ask for that as well. My toast came completely dry no butter and none on the side to add my own so I had to ask for some. My eggs were supposed to be over medium they were over hard instead. My food except my eggs were cold. I never got so much as one refill on my drink. We had to wait another 20 minutes to check out because the waiter was busy in the kitchen then delivering food to the tables. This place needs to hire more employees or close because you can’t properly run a restaurant with just 3 employees. I asked the waiter if they were short staffed and his response was yes but they can’t afford to hire more employees.

My friend had a cheeseburger he enjoyed, and the fries as well. I, however, could not enjoy my crepes. I ordered Chicken Florentine. I first noticed the sauce was lightly applied, ok. I dig in and discover that the chicken is not cubed but sliced, perhaps. There were many 'attachments' of tendon, as well as seared to being crisp at the edges (burnt). I have no idea how they sautéed the mushrooms, but that, and spinach should not make a greasy dish. I decided not to let the cook have another go at it and asked for a BLT. To go, as my friend would be done by the time it was made. Instead of bringing me the hot sandwich, they held it until we were tired of waiting and decided to leave. I took a look at it and found the bacon undercooked and took a pass. So that was two different meals that failed here. We paid for our sodas and the cheeseburger & fries and went on our way. Our server was the manager and was always pleasant, but I found him under dressed for hosting. An ill-fitting sweater was literally the first impression made to arrivals. I write this fresh in my memory, from the bathroom. I used to enjoy these crepes so much, sigh. 😕

My grandson his girlfriend and myself went to this location on Sunday around 12:30 to 1:00 p.m.
They were moderately busy but only took 5 minutes to be seated
When I ordered coffee I asked for lots of cream which was brought. But no spoon to stir with.
Waitress did not return for about 7 to 8 minutes to take our order.
We ordered two breakfasts and one crispy chicken sandwich.
It took about 20 minutes to get our food and then only the two breakfasts were brought.
The waitress said the sandwich would be out in just a minute.
Our breakfasts were barely lukewarm so we decided to go ahead and start eating before his food arrived, but no silverware.
In the mirror ball attached to the ceiling we could see the waitress standing at the entrance to a hallway doing nothing.
But it was 3 to 4 minutes before she was back on the floor to ask her for utensils.
We were almost finished with our breakfasts by the time the sandwich arrived.
That was the cook's fault. He should have made sure all orders were ready before turning any out.

We were never offered any other flavored syrup except the maple that was on the table. Nobody ever checked back to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything.

The food tasted good (other than being only lukewarm) but the service left A LOT to be desired.

My family and I walked into this place near empty and it already took 30 minutes just to seat us, right as we sat down they asked for drinks and we asked for lemonade and it took an hour for the drinks to come. Then we ordered and it took 3 hours and the food didn't arrive, it was just pancakes so we left because we were all mad and the waitress said that they were "sorry"

Service slow and "cold". Bacon badly undercooked. Ridiculous price. Two eggs, two stripes of undercooked bacon (ate less than 1 /2 slice. Hash Browns. NO coffee. $ 19.00.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stopped in today for an early lunch. Got our coffees and waited forever to place our order. Then we waited what seems like an eternity for our food. Everyone else was receiving their food around us. Finally our waitress comes by and we looked at her and she was asked if we were still waiting. Uhm yes ma’am we are. She comes back and says the cook didn’t receive our order, our order would be ready in 5. At this point we were no longer interested. So disappointed.

Liked the blueberry 🫐 pancakes, Biscuit and gravy and Biscuit sandwich with plant base paddy. Plenty of hot chocolate. Great background music for entertaining. Great customer service. Great customer service. The gentleman served us water to go when we were done.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Good food but some of our plates were luke warm. We went to celebrate my aunt's 50th birthday and asked for a bday celebration but server never came back besides to give our good and drinks. It also took them 30 mins before they took out order and that was after I had ask for someone for a server. We had to ask other servers to give us extra creamer and a water, AND it still came 15 mins after
It also took them another 15 mins before they took the check BUT the check came right as we finished food. SMH 🤦‍♂SERVER WAS JACOB

I was just there and nobody even took our drink order. A couple got sat in the same section as my boyfriend and I & their drink order was taken right away. There were so many waiters just walking past us. Terrible service! We just walked out.

Awful service, waited an hour for just 3 plates of food when there were 5 of us, the soda was 2/3 ice 1/3 soda. Asked for a WATER refill and they somehow forgot that, but didn't forget the soda refill. The food was mediocre for the hour wait we had to sit through. Atleast the waiters were nice, when we asked for soda to go we got a cup that tasted alot like water and nothing like soda.

I truly value reviews and my time given. I had my oldest son visit from Washington. We stopped to eat yesterday, on a Monday mid morning. We had to both admit the service was very bad. The delay for getting our drinks and to get our order taken was so long. It took 15-20 minutes to get our drinks. We didn't get our drinks until after we ordered our food. We never actually met our waiter and we had to ask other tables for our strawberry syrup and hot sauces. Our meal totaled close to $70. Very disappointing we spent an hour and half there total.

If you need good service and not be ignored, please DONT go here please

The homeless population in the this area is getting worse but the young man serving our table with blonde hair was fast we will return and we were in a rush for a doctors appointment. Hopefully it will become part of our ritual before future appointments.

The restaurant is located nearby dirty cheap hotel/motels that contain bed bugs and drug addicts. The staff is friendly. The food is good now that the place changed ownership. A lot of workers are calling out sick, and one showed up sick when I was there and was permitted to work and wasn't even wearing a mask, gloves etc.

I had lunch here this past Saturday 7/29/23, only because I was waiting for my room to be ready at the La Quinta next door. The wait staff tried to seat me at a booth, but the table was SO close to me, I asked for a different booth...same thing. I then asked for a table with a chair and was seated by myself in a separate part of the dining area. Throughout the restaurant, there was food all over the floor, and tables that had not been cleared in awhile. The guy who seated me apologized for the dirty floors.

I ordered chicken strips and fries, which were good. But no one came to check on me, or bring my check to me. I had to look for someone for my check.

The condition of the eating area in the main dining room was disgusting. I'll never eat here again if I'm ever in Bakersfield in the future.

Si vaz en grupo grande, No lo recomiendo! Tardan más de 1 hora en espera, para mesa.
Las muchachas de enfrente NO se saben organizar, para vacear lugares cercanos para sentar el grupo familiar. Fuimos los primeros en llegar donde y los ultimos en ser sentados. En este lugar mire salir y entrar personas con PERROS 🐕 🐕 🐕 lo que me párese anti-higienico sin ofender. Amo los animales pero los restaurantes no deberían admitirlo!! Average across the board. -1 Star for serving spoiled milk to my children. -1 star for just telling me the expiration date is still good and it smells fine. Except my children who are all professional milk drinkers all complained. It compelled me to try the milk. It tasted awful. Way to make us feel insignificant IHOP.
