I really was impressed with the general manager. He was very polite and helpful. I will definitely keep coming to this Panera. Family friendly and positive vibe. Clean and very attentative. 10/10!

Awful customer service from “manager” Sam. I was given a soup in a bag that popped open inside and spilled. It got on all the contents inside and outside the bag onto their counter. I brought it to their attention and was told “oh we didn’t realize it” then proceeded to hand me another cup. No new bag. No new side. No napkins. Most importantly NO APOLOGY!! When I asked for replacements she smirked & chuckled as if I was an inconvenience to her. Customer service is a huge letdown at this location. Plus, the restaurant is somehow always dirty, as many others have mentioned.

I called since i was in a hurry. Phone rang for 2.5 minutes no answer. I went in. Place was half full. Sometimes my overpriced sandwich comes with a pickle wedge. Today it did not. I expect better from an overpriced franchise.

Recently picked up an order I placed online the food is smaller in portions and got one piece of bread instead of two. Never coming here I get no food for the money I pay. Usually bread is bigger and half a grilled cheese is bigger than that this is a children’s size sandwich very disappointed

Have not had any of their salads in sometime. So my wife and I gave them a try. And they were excellent and the bread was excellent. It was a very good meal. Felt like we ate healthy.

It was a colleagues birthday so we ordered Panera bread as it’s one of her favourite places to eat from.
I ordered my self a Mediterranean Sandwich which was pretty good, it was a bit sweet( I think the some kind of sauce or dressing), but i really liked it.
I also had the veg soup and Mac and cheese, the Mac and cheese was ok but the soup was delicious. My colleagues ordered salads and chicken sandwich which they said was pretty good. I’m giving 4 stars because I dint like the lemonade, it kinda tasted weird to me. (May be my taste buds are weird 🤪) But other than that everything was great, great service friendly staff, we got our order pretty quick as we had placed it online.

Love the teas! We enjoyed getting bagels and teas. The food is good but a bit pricey for what you get. Green tea is delicious, and my favorite is the black tea.

This is the sandwich portion of a $20 you pick 2 combo. A single piece of turkey that doesnt even cover the bread in a single layer. And they definitely didnt pick the tomatoes off a sandwich with mayo when they messed up the no mayo instructions.

Some of the Tables and seats were not wiped properly nor cleaned. Ordered large broccoli cheddar soup but was only given half a bowl. Not enough bread slices but it was okay. Food warmth was adequate but it does cool quickly. Expect a bit better experience from Panera.

I came in here wanting a salad & ended up getting a Caesar salad with cheese & chicken & a piece of bread & HOLY SMOKES. It was delicious. My friend got a baguette vegetarian sandwich with the broccoli cheddar soup . The food was amazing & the service was friendly & the calm atmosphere was great. Nice & peaceful & quiet. The place was clean & our meal was fantastic .. The place was busy when we got there but it settled down pretty fast & we didnt have to wait in line longer than a few minutes & our food came really fast. I was shocked & surprised. All in all, it was a wonderful experience & we will definitely be coming back for some future meals.

Food was Terrible, didnt even get our full order and live to far to go back. Our kids meals that we only got a part of cost more then our adult meals, if I would of known that I would of bought adult meals for the kids, but thats neither here or there. The restaurant was nothing special and , the best part of our experience was the young man that helped us, he was courteous and attentive to order, wont go back because of cost and food quality.

This is the first time I ve been to this Panera, I usually go to the one on California. But I will not be returning! I used the kiosk to order, to start there were no buzzers, or large cups. Slight annoyance already. Not a big deal though. Then we fill our drink, and try to find a table. ALL of them are dirty! I had to use a wet napkin to clean my table. Too dirty to sit at. Then we get our food, and the bowls of soup weren t even half way filled! And it was extremely watery soup as well as the side of one of my bowls of soup was extremely dirty. What did I pay for?! It was so disappointing.

Arrived at Panera, Bakersfield on Stockdale Hwy. I asked for NO CHEESE . I received NO EGG WHITES ( ) and cheese !! First bite, I removed the cheese. AFTER my Second bite I thought, where s the egg? I returned my brkfst sandwich, bringing to the attention This isn t correct! What I assume was the manager on duty. I told him I ordered NO CHEESE but Did want the egg. He politely apologized and said he d take care of it. Which he did. And even brought my Brkfst sandwich to my table. He did state cashier pressed the wrong button. After a 3-4 weekend (LaborDay) I took it in stride. The sandwich was delicious. The restaurant was in decent condition.

Been there twice and really not a good experience at the least. Ordered two sandwiches and soups for 30 dollar bill, I guess inflation eat most of it. The stake and cheese sandwich had one thin slice of meat in it and they were out of correct bread for it. One of the soup bowl was half empty and when I showed it to Janet the server, she said oh we put 2 scoops in the bowl. So I said ok why then one of bowl is half empty? She didnt say nothing so I gave it back to her to save on her soup supply. After speaking to Juan the manager and told him that he should train his servers a little better, he didnt seem too concerned about it. Also overall the place was dirty and the tables were really old and scratched up. They were out of most of juice drinks and at 7:00 PM and they only had 5 bagels and out of bread and the place closes at 10:00 PM. For the price we paid and service and food we got it was a terrible experience. I dont like to write reviews like this but people should know and not waste their money and time.

Love this location. Great seating. More privacy if dining with someone or working. Vegetarian options: I do not look for them but see them on menu Kid-friendliness: Not for kids, persay, but has kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Needs more than 2 ccessible parking spots. I have a ramped van for disabled grown son. Our fave lunch spot.

Weve visited a few times in the past month. Every time I go, theyre out of bagels. Thats why I go there. Ordering ahead of time doesnt help, unless I say Im picking up early, because they dont fill it until pickup time. But I really cant before 11 am. I find myself trying less and less. We ate there once this month, it was St. Patricks Day, and a lot of places were full, and we needed a quick bite. It cost over $53 for two sandwiches and two drinks. It wasnt really worth it, but it fit our needs at the time.

Really, half-booths?! How embarrassing for the management. I have been dining there off and on for more than 10 years. My wife and I walk in today, order our lunch, then proceed to find a place to sit and eat. Its only then that we realize that management has removed all the booth tables and put on place 30 inch table tops. The booth seats are unchanged, however. I was dumbfounded to discover that I now had to uncomfortably maneuver food items, plates, and drinks on a seriously reduced in size table top. If it was your plan to make the dining experience uncomfortable in order to push patrons out more quickly, then you have succeeded. We will help you in your endeavor to not occupy your place of business too terribly long as we shall not be returning. I will also assist management by passing on this review to our family and friends.

One star is generous. I don t like going into the Stockdale Hwy location because on a number of occasions I have found the counter workers to be rude. I usually bypass them these days by ordering on the app. Today I ordered 4 items and after getting to work, I opened the bag to find 2 of the 4 items incorrect. My receipt shows I ordered correctly. If you can t order online because the employees apparently can t read and they are rude when you order in store, I guess that means I m not returning to this chain.

Tried their Baja bowl and wasnt impressed at all, it definitely isnt worth the price I paid. Also their staff werent very helpful or friendly, I watched 2 of them stand there flirting and messing around instead of trying to help the 3rd person make the food.

Everyone got a you pick two which is any half sandwich and or soup/salad. I also appreciate the side of chips, apples or baguette! Very tasty and fresh. Also my dad got a free pastry for his points, their loyalty points is worth it. They have so many delicious options out there. Definitely a place to check out and to keep coming back to try more things on the menu! Parking: Parking is great because they have many options of where to park including places for handicap right in the very front. Kid-friendliness: Highchairs for kids. They have food that you can get for your kids Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap searing which looks pretty cozy to me and not uncomfortable.

The service is very good they greet you as soon as you walk in .. I go here everyday now am part of the sip club . Sometimes they don t have the drinks ready for customers like they don t always have iced coffee ready in my mornings sometimes they do sometimes they dont. they sometimes have brown raw sugar and sometimes they dont they sometimes have stuff and it kinda sucks . I get weird vibes from some managers because I do go there everyday and sometimes I don t order food I just enjoy my unlimited sip club drink it s like dude why have the unlimited sip club if your going to act weird lol . Anyways I still enjoy coming here their employees are very nice great atmosphere.

I really enjoy Panera, but this one came up way short. I ordered the half chicken take sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was terrible. The chicken piece was tiny and didn t come close to covering the disappointingly dry bun. I wish I took a photo of it because it was a major disappointment to Panera s normally decent quality. The sandwich was worth a 1-2 star review. The side salad was the Asian salad and it was the one redeeming part of the meal. The salad was quite good and worthy of 4 stars. The prices shocked me. Somehow my $12 sandwich/salad plus an iced tea cost me $20. I was with a guest so I didn t want to make a big deal out of it, but this meal was not worth even $10-12 total. I ll continue to go to Panera, but will avoid this specific store in the future.

I ve spent a lot of money at Panera for marketing purposes apparently they re out of boxes and can t organize boxes of pastries like I ve done before in the past they don t have boxes for the bagels and send them in plastic bags now very disappointing I m gonna have to find another company with pastries that can do assorted boxes and make a nice presentation for my clients. Won t be coming back here again.

Never written a bad review until now I am frustrated. They still didn t have my order ready, 20 minutes after it was ordered online! The guy with long hair and an earring just kept talking to his coworkers instead of asking customers what orders are being made or how he could help us. The conversations just kept going I get there s a shortage of worker but please hire someone with better hospitality! This is unacceptable.

This store is a great location to stop by and enjoy a meal. The service is friendly, professional, clean, and well maintained. Meals I ordered tasted so good & the consistency in preparation was on point as well. I travel for work a lot and I wish more Panera Breads had this level of service & cleanliness. Made it easy to get work done and also take dinner to hotel. I enjoyed so much I chose to stop a second time for lunch & dinner. Keep it up! Thanks!! Makes traveling work so much easier.

Ask for a BLT with Avocado It came with 3 of the tiniest skinniest pieces of bacon I have ever seen. And it had turkey? I picked it up, and it was really cold and wet on the bottom of the bread. Needles to say I could not eat it was $16.00

I have visited this restaurant three times. One time, coffee was old and cold. The second time, breakfast sándwich was wrong to order, and the egg was old (dark). Last time, we order two salads. Some of the lettuce was like extremely old and the wrong salad. I ll probably give it another try, since I believe their bread and pastries are good. I hope they improve their constant mistakes.

I like the products of Panera but we walked it to know body saying anything. Standing at the register there was 3 people working. I get being busy but you can acknowledge customers.
