Albertsons

This store is always clean and well stocked. I come here frequently and have for years, but lately have been driving to the Vons just south of here. I realize Vons and Albertsons are part of a corporation, but for reasons unknown the customer service is lackadaisical here. Now don’t misunderstand, some of the employees are outstanding, others are average or below.
This is a easy fix and I hope someone in management takes note.

Came into the store to get flowers for my wife and I walk out with 10 bottles of Prego spaghetti sauce because they were marked 50% off so I had to buy as many as I could. Few months back when I was doing Uber I used to shop for people out in the community and then bring their groceries to them so I have experience dealing with the store associates. the customer service here is always very good, the cashiers are always friendly. And the cashiers are always very cordial and respectful

After Walmart cancelled a custom cake the day of my son’s birthday party, Andrea and her staff in the bakery saved the day by getting me a beautiful custom cake done in time for the party that evening. I am so appreciative of their help!

Very well disabled accessible great Butcher Shop Friendly cashiers and helpful people all around Steve's stocked full, produce is good Deli has yummy hot wings and other things, Nice floral arrangements and even a magazine section

Always great service here at this location. Today an employee named Justin went above and beyond to locate a product that wasn t on the shelf but the website said available today. I was in an entirely different department and he found me later with a bag of what I was looking for! Thanks Justin! You deserve a raise!!!

The store is consistent great produce and meet counter, and great people around willing to help if needed. A little more pricey than FoodCo. I can see the trade off, it just depends on if Im in a hurry or going for quality and service, then its Albertson. If Im low on $$ then its FoodCo.

I placed an instacart order and the person filling the order was snarky with me when he couldnt find a diabetec item. He offered to replace it with frosting filled cookies. I asked who his manager was and he went silent then canceled my order. I called the store and waited 40 minutes on hold for a manager. I finally gave up and ordered from Sprouts. They were fast, courteous, understood diabetec needs. I gave the driver a big tip. The BBB will be hearing from me regarding Albertsons refusal to reasonably accommodate my family members diabetec disability and their discrimination against us, mocking and ridiculing my family member who is diabetec and on hospice care. Its no joke when you give a deadly amount of sugar to a diabetec. Its a death sentence.

Good area to be chosen in rich area. There is very strict policy about dress code because rich people find this as moral. Still, good chosen to be near trees framer trees. Good price more cheerier price than other albertsons price.

Customer service is excellent, friendly environment, and I found items that werent in other grocery stores. My favorite beverages!!! Pineapples were so delicious and fresh, avocados were delicious as well. I highly recommend this Albertsons store!!!!

This store is always clean, the produce is always well stocked, they have good selection of meat, I like Albertsons meats. I usually shop at Vons or another supermarket but went here looking for a particular item that my wife had gotten from an Albertsons in Idaho...I asked at the deli counter and they had no clue. Some items I was looking for were non-existent or sparse. Wish stores could be arranged in similar fashion as others. Spent too long looking for stuff.

I love Albertsons (& Vons). When they have sales, theyre usually very good sales. And who doesnt love $5 Friday?!! 3/4/22--Another $5 Friday! Prices are up everywhere. From dog grooming to dog food. From gasoline to the price you pay for a car wash. Electricity, water, cable. Even toothpicks! So when I see the prices skyrocketing at grocery stores, I say, Yeah, saw that coming. But Vons/Albertsons never fail to toss out a pretty darn decent $5 Friday every week. Who cant be grateful for that! 5/22/22 -- What can I say, more of the same. Prices skyrocketing but thats everywhere. Still taking advantage of sales and $5 Fridays, which Im grateful that Vons & Albertsons are still doing them. And the Fab 5 is helpful as well. In the midst of all this craziness, they are still relatively well stocked on most items & very clean & organized. 7/31/22 -- Well, my nearest Albertsons is about 6-1/2 miles away. My nearest Walmart Neighborhood Market is 1/2 mile away. But I drove all the way to Albertsons to take advantage of several sale items. Had they had said sale items, the trip wouldve been worth the drive. However, they were out of just about everything I went there for. Luckily, my credit union is next door & I needed to go there, so while I went to Albertsons for no good reason, at least I was able to do my banking. Needless to say, Im NOT happy with Albertsons rite now.

Doesnt take long to understand why the prices here are higher but absolutely reasonable. The fresh food is fresh, the aisles are clean, and you will probably save time at the checkouts, even during peak hours.

I see the review that says good things about this store but then goes on to say, the customer service is lackadaisical here. Now don t misunderstand, some of the employees are outstanding, others are average or below. Can we say the name of the person we dislike, even though she appears to be pretty high up in the management structure, or do we need to dance around the fact and not name the person (lets call her J) by her full name? Heres a quick J story: This product is on sale, but none is on the shelf. Me: May I have a rain check? J: We may have more in the back. Me: I asked and S checked. J: I have to check again. (long wait - I see J doing other business). J: We should have more in three days. Me: I will be out of town then. May I have a rain check? J: The sale lasts through Tuesday. Me: Im not sure I can make it back by then. J: Have you already received a rain check? Me: Thats what Im trying to get. J: Stock is limited. Me: I didnt realize you had any. J: I dont think we do. I need to check. [J vanishes but eventually returns after a long absence] J: I can have someone get you a rain check for one. Me: Never mind. (Later, J runs out of the store to check my receipt to ensure I paid for the gallon of milk I checked out using the self checkout as she stared at me). In short, 99% of the workers seem to be great.

Im not one to leave reviews but just had to this time. The past few times Ive been to this store location has not been a pleasent experience. Dont get me wrong the store itself is very well maintained. However, most of the staff is not very friendly. I dont really want to go into detail about everything. But there is one particular checker in general with the initial M that has made it an awkard experience each time. So I had to leave a review to address this. I observe how she comes across with other consumers in front of the line, which can be ok. However my past experiences with her has not been nearly as friendly. I should not have to be the one who initiates a greeting and small talk which usually is short and awkward with her. It would be nice if she would treat every customer as equally friendly even if they are not a regular at this store location. Hopefully management can fix this. I know I cannot be the only one who feels this way.

Very clean with open aisles/walking areas That were not congested with additional display gondolas for other products. 90% of the products were all faced which made it easy to locate particular products. That additional 10% of products that wasnt faced was primarily focused in the personal hygiene aisle.
