There is about a 1/5 chance you will get portions of food for what you paid for. This place consistently skimps out on peoples orders leaving you feeling like you just got shafted out of your money. Just ordered a crest your own bowl with peanut butter and Nutella. There is barely even a lick of peanut butter in the bowl and absolutely NO Nutella.
They are also very stingy with the Açaí, sometimes barely even filling it. If you’re looking for good Acai bowls, take your money somewhere else.

Not sure if the young female with glasses was working by herself on 03/6/22 @1724, but her customer service was horrible. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because I’m trying to give her the benefit of the doubt as I feel bad if she’s the only one working. However, no matter what the circumstances are CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. When getting my order, I didn’t even get a spoon or napkins, I wouldn’t bother to come back to the stine location. I hope management hires people with more customer service skills, because no matter how good the food or bowls are, if the customer service is horrible don’t expect customer to come back.

Amazing experience at this establishment. The food was delicious and the guy with glasses who was on the register was really pleasant to talk to and recommended me to get the bako bowl since it was my first time there and it was really good. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was really nice and calming in my opinion. Overall I would say this place has good food, good atmosphere, and great customer service.

I come here often. Never again
I waited over 30 minutes for my order, a Keto acai bowl, and a dragonfruit smoothie. I asked how much longer after a gentleman who was there before me received his order. Freddy let me know we were next. However, after waiting half an hour, I could not wait any longer, I asked for a refund, which he said would be on my card in 3 to 5 business days. He didn't offer a receipt, so I guess it's on good faith. There is ZERO customer service or a sense of urgency.

I ordered two gorilla bowls & waited over 30 min for them. It’s happened all 3 times I’ve been. I come here bcuz it’s right by my house. But I feel like it’s better to make the drive to Rosedale location to get my order in half the time

I ordered two of their meals. It comes with one protein, 1 starch, and one vegetable. It was a little disappointing. The chicken was so dry I could hardly swallow it. The spinach side dish was such a small portion. I had 2 bites of spinach and it was gone. The ground turkey was very salty too. It was mediocre at best. I've had their tacos, turkey burgers, acai bowls before and they were all delicious. What I ordered today was not good.

Sam took our order, a smoothie and bowl for myself and my friend. They were quick and he had a really friendly energy overall. The food was really good, would definitely go back for both the atmosphere and bowls!

Bunch of rude unprofessional workers have been given moldy strawberries on two different occasions in my açaí bowls. Food was still thawing out once so clearly not fresh even got food poisoning which leaves me to now leave this review.

The vegan chicken burrito was so bland and my chocolate smoothie was just chocolate and peanut butter flavored milk with tiny pieces of ice in it. This order was $22 and not at all worth it.

I thought the girl with the glasses was great. Even remembered my name. Lowering a star because I can't get help online with nutrition info, and the prices are getting unreasonable. I won't pay 15 for a bowl of blended fruit with granola.

I don’t know the young man’s name that was working today around 12:30pm, but he represents this business very well. He was very busy, yet still gave excellent service. He was friendly, made suggestions, he did not rush through his customers, was patient and takes pride in his job. I hope he is recognized as any other staff with those qualities because they are hard to find. Thanks from myself and my husband Darrin.

This place has brand new employees who don’t know anything about what they sell or how to make anything. I couldn’t get what I wanted. What good is this place? Was this place opened to benefit anyone other than the owner?

I had the vegan steak muscle bowl with brown rice and asparagus. I admit I didn’t have high expectations for such a simple meal but it was delicious. I will definitely be eating here often.

Came in and was greeted by seidy, she was such great help. This my first time in and she recommended me the açaí smoothie bowl. This place has such speedy service and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back because of her! 🥰
