First Time Trying Their Breakfast Menu.
Did not disappoint, the only thing I wish that every location offer their breakfast options to go. I will make my drive again for a healthy breakfast. Great transition from regular eggs to egg whites. I was full all day just about I would definitely stop at my regular location today for another Bako Açaí Bowl.

I’m not sure where to start, but this place has so much potential if it weren’t for one staff member. It’s not just about being rude (although there’s no shortage of that), but there’s a serious lack of self-awareness. Like, how do you talk to people as if they’re all stupid and then get upset when they ask you questions? If you can’t handle interacting with customers, maybe consider doing something else or staying home. People are literally paying you for a service, and the attitude is just terrible. I think we all know who I’m talking about.

Updating (2024) because I started ordering again this year and so far it has been right every time!!

(2023 1 star review) I used to love ordering the vegan steak breakfast burritos here but in the past year I have ordered 7 times and only 4 times have I received the correct burrito. It is so disappointing to open up your breakfast burrito (at 8am) and instead of potatoes and avocado it is black beans and white rice. . . I’m tired of being disappointed, it shouldn’t be an almost 50/50 chance whether they get your order right and this isn’t even counting the mess ups on my mom’s account either.

The staff is so ni e and friendly, very helpful with suggestions for 1st timers. Very clean store. The detox water is delicious. You can have vegan meat or regular meat. You can also choose how many oz of meat you would like. They have shrimp, chicken, beef, vegan chicken, vegan beef.

Ordered 2 smoothies. The restaurant was empty. Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they lost the ticket and were starting the order. Neither smoothies lids were secure and both smoothies spilled all over me. How hard is it to properly place a lid.
All this after tipping 5 dollars. The smoothies were entirely liquid by the way. No thick consistency which is why they were able to spill so easily.

Called in my order. I Showed up to pick it up. Told the young girl my name. All three girls working said I never called and had to go to the other location to pick up my food. I asked if I could just order here. They said no because the food would go to waste. Blah blah blah. Anyways I left dident get to order anything . Also I dident go pick up the other food so what was the point of all that. Food went to waste no matter what? Should have just took my order and my money. Now the food went to waste and you dident take my money. Bad for business over all.

This review is based on the service. The girl there with glasses didn t give me the Monday deal & when I brought it to her attention she said I should ve mentioned it and did nothing to fix it. I love coming here, love the food, and I ve never had to mention to apply a deal for the item of the day. It was a weird experience

This place is straight foward..Costco/Kirkland brand food prepared and served under portioned and over priced.i paid 19 dollars for a single frozen salmon stake 4 sticks of asparagus and a handful of spinach.for an Xtra 10 i could have driven.down the rd to costco and bought 15-20 frozen fillets. If you dont have the the ability to cut chop fruit use a can of whipped cream or can thaw frozen fish this is your place

Ordered my lunch then added a smoothie, it was very watery and bitter. I asked to have another one made, they refused, I asked to add something to make it sweet, they told me 50 cent, how petty. I left the smoothie with them and walked out. I spent $9 and took a sip, so upset to receive that bitter nasty smoothie. To refuse to make it better or replace it is terrible.

Love this place but when my Uber eats order was completely wrong (Uber Eats said they couldn t do anything) I tried calling the store but no one will answer. So I m assuming their phone doesn t work? Or the night crew does not answer phones. Called 2-3 times and was ignored. Paid for extra pattys on our burgers and never received it. So now will just take the loss I guess. Even the protein brownie bowl I ordered did not come with everything it described it had. Disappointing.. Update: So I called per owners request but manager was quick to get me off the phone. All she stated was well what do you want to do about it? No apology or anything. I m super understanding because I ve been in food management and people can be horrible but that just left a super bad taste in my mouth about this place. Which sucks because we love this place. Not worth the credit. Not even worth the $40-$50 we spent last night.

I wanted to understand the 4.2 rating so I went and tried a protein bowl (meat, vegetables that you build yourself). I got steak, sweet potato, spinach and an egg on top. Well, they delivered exactly that. -Overcooked steak with too much seasoning. -Literally cooked sweet potatoe with no seasoning of any sort. It probably had s pinch of salt. -Raw bland spincah straight from the spinanch bag. -Overcooked dried egg. I also never said it was to-go but they gave it to me in a to-go container. The most bizarre experience honestly because they have tables and nice couches too but it felt like they wanted me to leave and eat in the crispy Bakerstown summer. Anyway, the 4.2 is justified because its not BAD. Its just....bland healthy food so 4 stars from me. Disclaimer: I did NOT have their açai bowls so those might be better. I highly doubt it haha

Ive been here a lot. Everyone usually looks like they hate their life which is understandable from a minimum wage job. However, there is one particular employee a young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes who is beyond rude. In all seriousness she became upset that I was there in the first place because she was flirting with two boys that work in the back and didnt want to help me. She gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. Its obvious that she only wants to flirt instead of do her actual job.

Soon as you walk in you re greeted by a handsome tall young man with a bright smile and a charismatic personality, their bowls tasted fresh and amazing. Customer service always on point!! I m always going to choose the Pacheco location because of the staff!! The bowls are amazing always fresh fruits literally no complaints! I like the smoothies from this place. I saw this was an option to stop by after a work out. I was craving an açai bowl and I stopped by and had an amazing smoothie. They have a fridge full of other really interesting goodies and a super full menu also. It takes a little bit of time to figure out what I wanted. The vibe of the place reminds me a bit of LA places especially with the vegan options and the chalk wings on the wall. I love it. There werent many people just relaxing in there at the time that I went and I think if they had a slightly different set up, they may have more people settling in. Overall, I recommend it but I will return to see how the rest of the food is.

You have to order an açai bowl from Brazilian Muscle Bowl! One of my all-time favorite desserts its a must have every Tuesday when I play dungeons and dragons! It has become part of my weekly routine, and sometimes my cheat meals on the weekends. A quite literally taste like nectar of the gods!! Now you might think Im over exaggerating this but until youve actually had one, its hard to explain. My favorite açai bowl is the Baco bowl half peanut butter have almond butter with extra honey. The service is usually always spot on. Im greeted as soon as I enter the door with a smile and youre welcome. They also give out free, lemon, or cucumber water to all that are waiting. And if youre hungry, and you want something real quick to eat while they make your food, you can simply buy a protein cookie, protein doughnut or one of their many detox drinks that they have.

I ordered the chicken with white rice and broccoli. The chicken was very over salted and the broccoli had black specks on it so I was very concerned about what that was. I contacted the restaurant and the manager told me they would only offer me another meal or some protein cookies in exchange for my troubles. I didn t want to order more food as I was already having doubts about the quality of their food and I didn t want to get anything else but a refund at this point, which would ve been the appropriate thing to do. They said unfortunately that I would have to get credit and pick something else or just lose my money overall so I decided to take one of their protein, cookies and they gave me some donuts for my troubles . The donuts state they are gluten free but they are definitely not. I have celiac and had a flare up after eating just one bite! I will never go back here with their false nutritional information.

Definitely hate to do this especially cause me and my family love coming here but it s unbelievable that since new faces are at this location service and phone etiquette have gone for the drain. I was placed on placed on hold for 13 plus minutes got to the location placed my order in person while I had my call STILL on hold waited until I had my order served to me and politely let the young man know that they still had my call on hold he didn t really seem to care which is fine cause he didn t even bother to apologize or say anything to me other than look embarrassed and stare at the call still on hold on their in store phone. Please do better with your staff we have never experienced this at your location and it would deeply saddened me if we would have to look for a new spot because of this. I am deaf and communicate in American Sign Language. I ordered first and then there were several customers came in to order. They all got their foods and I m the last person got the foods! I felt very offended and inhumane! With my disability as a deaf person, they think I m nothing and forced me to wait longer! Very disappointed!

The Pacheco location is open at 7am compared to the other locations they open at 9am. The Pacheco location was clean and some soothing music playing and free detox water. We purchased their breakfast burrito and immune booster shot. Both were very delicious and made fresh. Will definitely go back to this location.

Huge disappointment. Horrible customer service. Very slow. I m ok with expensive if the food is high quality and the customer service is good. We spent $100 on lunch for 4 people , received a poke bowl with warm sushi, waited more than 6 minutes for someone to even come to the counter, we were made to feel like we were bothering the staff when we asked for hot sauce, then they were irritated that their other staff member forgot to charge us, rolled their eyes and then said just have it . When we asked for a replacement for the poke bowl, two of the employees argued with me over the sushi in the bowl and the temperature - saying it was supposed to be warm . They were obviously agitated through the whole conversation and then finally agreed to make a burrito. We also waited for 30 minutes for our order. 2 poke bowls a steak bowl and a breakfast burrito.

Went to this place at 10 am and I had a positive outlook. The place was fresh and clean; it gave me a homey feel. However the food DOES NOT COMPARE. I ordered a breakfast burrito and IT WAS SO BLAND AND TOOK FOREVER. They even ran out of spinach like how when it s barely 10? Anyway I do not recommend to spend your money so save it plz!

Came here today with my fiance after our workout. We got 2 breakfast burritos and it was VERY disappointing. We waited close to 30 min to get our burritos. When we started to eat them they were cold. My spinach was not cooked at all. Very bland. Hardly any meat. For as pricey as they are we were very disappointed would of rather spend 2 bucks for a burrito at taco bell honestly.

They are often out of many of their vegan ingredients, but there are still a couple decent accomodations to be made. The BYO bowl is a must-try for vegans and the veggie burger is always available! The amount of juices and vegan baked goods are very impressive, too.

Called this place because I had ordered off of door dash. So I called because I specifically ordered sweet potatoes and they ended up giving me rice. The convenience of getting food delivered and they messed it up. So I spoke to the owner and told her I was willing to return the food for my money back and she mentioned she didnt have to give me my money back. Wow. Ill remember that. Crazy that a business owner is willing to treat her customers that way. Well I will never be returning to this place ever again. Lost a customer for life.

First time there, friendly service. I got a smoothie, it took a little while to make but there are chairs and even a sofa to sit on while you wait. Super cute. The smoothie I got is a weight loss smoothie so I wasnt expecting it to taste all that great but it was pretty good. Id give it an 8/10. Overall super cute little shop. And best of all healthy. Great for quick meals when youre out, hungry and trying to watch what you eat!!

Skimpy bowl. If its not full, add more of desired ingredients and charge accordingly. Spent $10 for a half filled SMALL bowl and they even forgot an ingredient so it was even emptier than it should have been. Like. I dont mean to use up all your ingredients, but you should have enough to fill EVERYBODYS bowl anyways.

I tried a breakfast burrito from there a year ago and the ingredients were so bland and mostly potatoes and so expensive but I threw most of it away. Today I bought the blazin poke bowl for $12+ and the flavor was just horrible, my 2 friends also got the poke and felt sick. The rice was basmati which has very different flavors than the rice youre supposed to use with poke. Raw bitter onion chunks made it smell/taste worse. Again I threw away most of it.

I placed an order via postmates and got some incorrect items. Tried the store that night w/ no answer. Called the next day spoke to the GM and OMG did he go above and beyond to fix the issue. Totally impressed and will be back. Thank you once again you are the best and deserve a raise!

Twice I ve ordered a particular bowl and requested an additional topping. Twice NO ADDITION of the said topping. Also wanted extra granola to one bowl and got additional granola on the other bowl. Right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing. Disappointing, to say the least.

Addictive! Just ate a charcoal coconut vegan vanilla protein bowl with toppings and it was super good! My second one since last night lol the vegan meals are good good and spicy mayo is good too..lol

I do not recommend eating here. This place is good for açaí bowls only. I have many complaints. This place is advertised as healthy. But it s not. All of the healthy options on the menu are crossed off. Nothing about their bread or meats or cheese is healthy. Everything is OVER SALTED including these sweet potatoes that I got and drenched in dirty oil. Extremely over priced. I would compare the bread on their burgers to off brand bulk bought hamburger buns at winco . I asked what healthy bread options they had and the cashier said we use regular bread the açaí in the bowls themselves is super sweet and the bowls are overpriced compared to better places like rio. Service is slow. Attempted to get an employees attention and was told hold on for about 10 minutes, because the employees were chatting about work.... Never again will I waste my money here
