Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This was my first time n my bday daughter’s my other daughter n son in law treated us there! My daughter wanted to go there to celebrate her birthday! Our waiter Hayden was so kind n with a great sense of humor! He videoed n help us sing happy birthday to my daughter He made our day always smiling n asking if we needed anything else. Our food was so delicious n salad was good big portions n the breadsticks were bomb soft buttered n delicious! Thank you to everyone cooks cook preps awesome job! I will surely recommend this place!

Came on Monday at noon. Made a reservation online, less than 5 minutes wait time. Was seated quickly. Wheelchair accessible and handicap parking. Ordered off the lunch menu, 2 lunches/ 2 adult beverages/ and a Togo entre, less than $50 for 2 people. Meal also came with unlimited soup salad and bread sticks for both. Our server was amazing, very polite, very responsive, checked on us frequently. Would definitely 10/10 recommend, this is my favorite place to eat in Bakersfield. No complaints here.

Managed very well! We were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait but were almost immediately seated upon arriving. I overheard staff letting someone know that there were lots of people coming in wanting to be seated asap and they did such a good job doing so. We also got our food and drinks quickly. The server checked up on us very often. Great first time experience I’ll definitely be frequenting this place

Awesome atmosphere great service. Irina is first class she made our day went beyond and above bravo! Indeed. And mind you it is very crowded here.
Garrett is very professional just like Irina and very kind He also did go beyond and above.
Isabella walked us to our seat started the experience with an uplifting conversation.
Jasmine greeted us with a big smile.
Now as a prof of economics this above go big for me. Restaurants are in the service industry which is very difficult and guests evaluate the value chain not the supply chain. The above is BIG DEAL Good for you Olve Garden love you! And of course food is to die for!!!

Food was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Our server was friendly, although service was slow. The hostess was a bit unfriendly. When we arrived, the restaurant was pretty empty, yet she told us we would have to wait because they didn’t have tables. When we went in, we saw the restaurant was practically empty! That was kinda off putting. Otherwise it was okay.

Our waiter Joseph S. was amazing he wasnt constantly coming around, but he didn't forget about us. The food was outstanding and I loved being able to play games while we waited

We had an early dinner to Olive Garden today our wait time was less than 15 mins to be seated. Brandon our serve was an absolute delight and funny. He was very attentive even though it was very busy. Brandon has been 1 of the best servers we’ve had at any establishment in awhile. The food was amazing. Everything was perfect.

The Olive Garden seems to never disappoint! My favorite place to go when craving Seafood Fettuccine! They have the best with shrimp and scallops I always add extra shrimp and mushrooms! The endless salad bowl is a favorite as well always crisp and fresh and the bread sticks are an added treat! Fun fact: restaurants pay on average $0.25 per glass of Coke! Be warned nothing on their menu disappoints except the $4.00 charge for a glass of Coke so for 4 people $16.00 and it cost the restaurant roughly $1.00! I will order water from now on their is no reason to charge that ridiculous price.

Le doy esa calificación por qué la actitud de el manager es muy mala no sabe resolver la situación con amabilidad es racista lastima la comida es buen, pero no volveremos aún lugar donde asen sentir mal a las personas y más que son personas mayores, la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable hizo que el mal rato se olvidará un poco con su buena atención y actitud exelente, e comido en la misma cadena en otras ciudades y nunca me había sentido discriminada y menos por quien se supone de una solucion ya que el error es de ellos

I came in during lunch special at 2 o clock and was put on a waiting list for a seat. Even when my name appeared first on the list they sat 7 people before me. When they finally sat me it was 3 so I missed the lunch special and they gave me a table when I saw 4 booths open I asked if I could change to the booth right next to me that a lady was cleaning and they said no because it's waiting for someone. I just left at that point because my back was hurting and I couldn't sit in the wood chair.

We had an early dinner to Olive Garden today our wait time was less than 15 mins to be seated. Brandon our serve was an absolute delight and funny. He was very attentive even though it was very busy. We were seated at a different section than requested. We were told that our preferred section was closed. They started seating people in that section 4 minutes later. No wait staff yet for us yet. Then started filling up the rest of the “closed” section tables. In the interim, still no wait staff visiting us yet. Wait staff was all over the “closed” section now, but none for us. Decided to leave and mention to the host and hostess at front. She just said “ok. Thank you.” No apologies or anything. It was 11:00 AM and the restraint wasn’t that full. Don’t think we’ll be returning. Over 15 minutes to wait for any acknowledgement is ridiculous!

I only eat here when it's a friend or relatives birthday and I'm requested to attend. The service was excellent especially for a Friday night. As far as food...if I want real Italian food I'll go somewhere else. Meatball's had water running out of them when they were cut into, no flavor, sauce watery. Typical olive garden c- food

New server 😫with LG table needed experience server..she got totally frustrated alot .the order was jacked up too 😱drinks slow not enough ice in all drinks..the wine was wrong..the club said never again 👹lot went home hungry when food bundled up 3 didn't have their together corrected 🤪they called but no resolution was offered or refund.. Olive Garden our negitive comments will certainly shine a already negitive taste in folks mouth 😡 you've been around you know what you're doing..just doing it Right and remember our patronage gives you jobs♥️🥳

Really Bad Management (Mario And Vicky). On top of that, they keep telling ppl a super long wait time and kick business away. Their reservation system is nonexistent. If you want to have a group bigger than 6, GOOD LUCK.

Very tasty food! Managed very well and the portions are big. The only downside I find is the decor. It looks a bit like a cheap common food shack and that's a shame. But above all the food is great!

Had a nite out with my girls and the staff was amazing. We stayed till closing and never did they come up and say hey we are closed they were so polite. We left 5 min before closing and they were like you guys are ok. Super friendly staff!! The food was delicious!!

Drink was good, salad full of onions & croutons, 3 olives & 2 tomatoes lettuce too small to eat with fork, tour of italy chick parm burnt chicken, paid extra for shrimp in fettucini shrimp burnt which made it taste burnt lack of alfredo noodles stuck to plate lasagna was good. Only reason I didn't send plate back was I started on it last and had prior engagement. First set of bread sticks hard and dry, 2nd set softer but still dry. Sad there's only 2 here & food was this bad. Guess I have to tell my not so good one in Las Vegas they got a leg up🫢🫣🫡

My table was waited by the most sweetest server, Alex. He was very attentive to our table, even brought some alfredo sauce to dip our breadsticks in. At the end of our service without us even asking he brought all of us to-go cups of our drinks. Overall very nice experience and would recommend!

Why is it called Italian at all???? Pasta terribly overcooked. A margarita with amaretto? A green apple sangria? A sad, sour Cesar salad with no Parmigiano as the only salad option? Is there a pizza? Only on kids menu ... and why they play Sinatra and that kind of music is beyond my understanding

We went there at the right time for dinner, this place is always busy and there's waiting time, but this time it was fast and not crowded at all, service was awesome.

Waiters stand around waiting for people to be sat at their tables. Meanwhile the hostess is making customers wait 10 minutes to be seated at one of the empty tables. We left after being seated next to the bus station instead of any of the better open tables. When we asked to be moved the hostess acted like she didn't understand what we were asking.

The bad thing is, same thing, tis processed, nothing fresh everything from a bag!
Can't go to bad with a Salad right?

We had 7 in our party and requested a table. After a 15 min wait we were given a booth and told it would be 45 minutes for a table. Our server was friendly but busy so we had to flag her down a couple of times. Food was fast but fairly warm and the chicken was overcooked in all our dishes. Also a bit on the over salted side. It will probably be another few years until I return to any Olive Garden due to I’ll forget how I didn’t like the food and hope they’ve improved.
