I recently visited Yard House for happy hour and had a great experience, thanks in large part to our server, Lyric. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she provided helpful suggestions, and even brought us a side of lemon for our waters, making us feel well taken care of.

The food was delivered quickly and hot, highlighting the kitchen’s efficiency. We tried a variety of dishes, and each one was The cheese pizza was simple but flavorful, with a crispy crust and a generous amount of cheese. The carnivore pizza was loaded with meats, perfection!!, while the mushroom truffle pizza stood out with its earthy, rich flavors. The classic sliders were juicy and well-seasoned, making them a great shareable option.

The appetizers were just as delicious. The cheese curds were crispy and gooey, a classic comfort food done right., however, they need to trashcan that horseradish sauce that they serve with them and they would be absolutely amazing.The firecracker shrimp had a nice kick, balancing spice with a hint of sweetness, and the Cali roll stack was fresh and light, with a creative twist on the traditional sushi roll.

Yardhouse was clean and well-maintained. Overall, the service, food quality, and clean environment made for a fantastic happy hour at Yard House. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

We went straight right after my cousin’s graduation and waited for about 35minutes to be seated around 11:00PM ( we were actually a group of 6). I like the ambiance very zen. As soon as we ordered our appetizer, it came so quick like around 10-15minutes which is 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I super enjoyed the nachos and fried calamari totally recommend it. However, most of our entree were too spicy like it overpowers the whole food. nevertheless, they enjoyed the flavor tho and well cooked meat. Luckily I ordered the orange chicken so it was kinda safe with my palate. Definitely we are coming back maybe during lunch time or early dinner

was good.. food wasn't as good as the place makes you think it was . I know that's confusing but the atmosphere was good tons of beers on tap the menu looks great but the execution was meh. not bad but just not as good as it could be. with the exact same menu the food could have tasted better . just like having things seasoned properly and executed properly would make all the difference

Yard House is worth every penny. An improvement on restaurants like Chili’s, Applebee’s, and other American-style sit down restaurants. During happy hour you can get enough food to happily feed 4 to 6 people without breaking the bank with incredible drinks to match if I had to recommend something I would say the Poke Nachos are most definitely worth the price.

Came here on Father’s day, was busy as expected but fast and kind service! Our appetizers came out after the food, but we weren’t mad about it because everything tasted amazing! Large portions, and menu has a great variety of options. If you’re HUNGRY, come here!!

Came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Everything went well in the beginning but his order got messed up. No big deal she got it mixed up with another meal on the menu but when we told our server she had an attitude about it. Biggest problem is that the TVs are not all white balanced. Some are blue toned, which is irritating. They're also not that HD. Some are hard to see depending on where you're sitting. Hard to hear game plays over people talking. It's an OK place to watch a game, but not the best. The calamari is really good. The service is okay. They need to get better at refilling water.

Came in with some colleagues prior to a conference at the college and had a very pleasant meal. Had a Philly cheesesteak and while it was okay, it just needed more seasoning and definitely more cheese on it. The it's part of the meal. The fries, quite enjoyable. There are very good servers here, who are very attentive and helpful. Definitely the highlight

Took my family there for my daughter 16th birthday. Worst waitress ever.. she put the wrong table number so they was taking our food to wrong table and when she was finally notified she just laughed and said my bad and chuckled.. Food was less than warm. And we didn't even receive all that we ordered so when it was time to pay we let her know and her answers was hey I saved you some money and laughed. My daughter didn't even get her slice of cake there.. what a Birthday Dinner for her..to say the least it wasn't even packed..

Went there for Thursday night football with my family, ended up cashing out and just leaving. Seen there was a lot of fans so we decided to ask if they were turning the sound on for the game. The gentleman we asked walked to a large table with what I take It all the managers eating and talking, their response was very dismissive. They seemed almost annoyed we asked. He came back and said they told him they would see how It goes. Seen a lot of other customers go up to the manager and he was very rude to them. Not how you run an establishment, have some respect for the people who are there spending money. Took the family to another restaurant and literally scrapped all the food. Managers in the Bakersfield location need some training and customer service lessons. Miss the Santana Row location in San Jose,CA.

Yardhouse is one of the places that at first I loved and than the years went by and it seems like their food quality and service has kind of gone downhill for me , especially for the price. I may end up eating here twice a year now if that , but the last few times I have gone , I was a little dissapointed in how much the food quality changed.

Our waitress was new but did a great job. The food was delicious as it always is. My only complaint is I thought the Nashville Hot Chicken could've been spicier lol.

Really good food, service was okay, they take your order on a tablet and then a runner brings it to the table so you don’t get any more service here than a Mc ds. So if you skip the insane suggested tips for the work they did then the price can be justified

First thing's first, our server: I loved him! Super helpful figuring out what drink/food I would like, very patient, friendly, welcoming, and kind.

The place itself could use some work with cleanliness. The table was sticky, dirty, but our server had no problem helping to clean it up for us to enjoy our meal. Bathroom soap sucks, could barely wash my hands, I worry about hygiene in a place like this. Would recommend management to be on top of this, sets the tone for me wanting to stick around and order food or leave and dine elsewhere if an establishment isn't clean.

I had an issue with the menu tbh, when it includes a "warning" of sorts, saying food contains or may contain raw products, when you order a burger, it makes me worry why the business is trying to avert liability, if that makes sense....

The food: I ordered a beer and burger. The burger patty was probably one of the best I had. Get it in medium rare. You are welcome.

Would definitely come back again in the future, but management gotta get on top of cleanliness of the place.

Update- stopped in for lunch, Kylee our server did wonderful with our group of five. Steak bowl was outstanding. No complaints!

First time here. Very nice sports bar/restaurant. Very large wraparound bar in the center, over a hundred different types of beer on tap. Several flat screens all around. This is not a quiet bar, noise level is high. Continuous music playin 80’s rock playing-great music, but kinda loud for lunch crowd.
I ordered the Korean BBQ beef, comes with rice and vegetables. It was pretty good, would of been great if they would of cut the hunks of fat off the thin slices. Soup was pretty good. Waitress was wonderful and attentive.

Angela is a great server, very nice and attentive. Didn't have to wait long on a Sunday night and the food was great as always. The staff also had to deal with a mega Karen and handled it very professionally. Love this place.

Experience was awful. I really never do ratings because I totally understand things happen BUT hair in the food goes above and beyond specially specially, now that going out is very expensive specially for a family of eight as per me I go out for the experience, the good time and the good food money money well spent but things like this make it really sad. Of course they made it Where They took that plate Out of the receipt, but we don’t go out for that we go out because we want to have a good time eat good food and spend the money. Food was excellent. The service was great and atmosphere is a sports bar with music...not loud music, nice.. I love the fish and chips...it was delicious and the largest beer battered fish (3) I ever had. I can't wait to visit again.

We went with friends, our first experience at yard house. I had the ribeye steak and it was delicious! It was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. Every one of our table loved their food. Can't wait to go back.

we always come here to celebrate special occasions. we loved the ambience and the food but yesterday was different. we didnt enjoy the food, server RENATTA was rude to us, we felt so rushed, spends 5sec on our table but spends more than 5mins on the other table, we're trying to order mexican cuisine but she seems upset while getting our order not very encouraging on the food we want. completely lost our appetite. all smiles and freindly to other costumers while all frown to us. i was still saying something to get an order but she walked out on us. so we ended up just observing her. we heard shes asking reveiw from the other table but didnt ask us to do the same. i guess this what happens if u have color? or we didnt fit the crowd? racism at its finest?. ".. i dont want to comeback anymore .

Went for lunch and sad to say the service and food were less than subpar. My Caesar salad has hair in it. When I let an employee know he grabbed it from the table and walked away without saying anything. Our server came by and asked if they were bringing me a new salad. I said no and she left without saying another word. No apologies. Nothing. We received our entrees and shortly after, the server set to go boxes on the table when we didn't ask for them. I wasn't aware we had a time limit to eat our food. When we asked for refills she left and proceeded to clean tables instead of bringing refills first. We got our refills and continued our meal, then the server came and started grabbing plates off our table without even asking if we were done. For such a nice restaurant, they really need to work on their quality control of their food and service.

This was a disappointing visit today. First, the front doors were filthy and heavily fingerprinted. Second, our waitress wore a mask and my friends and I struggled to hear anything she said since we are all nearing our 70’s and the music is typically loud. When we asked her to lower it so we could hear her, she said she leaves it on because she always gets sick (how unsettling). Third, when we were first seated the table was sticky so we asked her, our same waitress, to wipe it down for us and she brought us back some sanitary hand wipes for us to clean the tables with ourselves. We refused to clean it ourselves so she asked someone else to come wipe it down for us.

Great food, great music, great place however sometimes the service is unattentive and slow and seems like the slower they are the slower their servers are to come back to your table which is total opposite of how it usualy goes. Food is worth the wait. Drinks don't have much alcohol in them for the price and bloody mary's regardless of how u order it they'll all be the same......premade mix, vodka and some veggies on a stick. They don't seem to allow u to customize or is its definitely ignored if they do.

March 7, 2024 at around 4:30pm I went in with family. Our server was the trainer for the day. That’s what her shirt said at least. What I did not like is when the payment screen was brought around she puts it in your face and watches you very closely, and makes you feel uncomfortable while you’re selecting a tip, and it felt like it was on purpose. If I’m pressured to leave a tip I do not ever return to a restaurant unless I get a response from a manager ensuring that they will work on this procedure, because at the end of the day that takes away from the experience .

Hostess Selena is unfriendly. We love this place and visit often. She always asked first “How many?” first, not “Hello.” Remember. The hostesses are the mainstay of the restaurant and they have to be worth it so customers will come back again.
