Absolutely amazing pasta, better than most high end restaurants in Bakersfield. Owner is beyond kind and very generous to his costomers. 10/10 experience and food to die for.

Breakfast burritos were BOMB!! We had the chorizo and sausage. We also tried the watermelon agua Fresca which was delicious as well. This place really prides themselves on quality and you can taste the difference in the food! Also…. Bailey the manager was super sweet. Highly recommend!

What was a quick stop on our road trip turned into a delightful lunch. Alan, the owner, was so kind and generous with my family! The Alan pasta is very fresh and the spicy pasta was my favorite. The frescos are fresh and the whole experience was great! I recommend their spot for lunch and dinner for kids and adults.

I work nearby and have become a regular due to their high quality burgers (some of the best, if not the best in town). The workers are always friendly and welcoming. Today I met Chef Alan who gave me a sample of the Cajun pasta. DELICIOUS. He remade my burger fresh as well since I was late to pick up my order. You can tell he cares about his customers and the quality of the food. I'll have to start trying more of their offerings. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing!!! Met the chief Alan and he was extremely friendly, he gave my wife and I samples. Everything was fresh and flavorful. My wife had the Cajun chicken penne with sun dried tomatoes which was cooked perfectly and I had the chicken pesto ciabatta. Can’t say enough about this place.

Decided to try this place out after hearing good reviews and left disappointed. I got charged for a full sandwich when asking for a half and got charged 4$ for 2 onion rings. The burger was okay but wasn’t amazing, the pesto chicken sandwich was good, and the onion rings were slightly over cooked. Needless to say, it’s a one and done experience.

We live nearby and might need to make a rule to walk if eating here, because otherwise we are going to be trouble! The food is delicious! We especially love the pasta bowls! They are packed with flavor and are on par, if not better, than some famous hometown Italian restaurants. The Cajun pasta, Creamy Pesto Penne, and Chicken Parm are some of our favorites. The tiramisu is also amazing! The owner recently helped me carry my food out to the car because I had a baby with me. He is generous as well comping us drinks. All the recipes are his own. Check it out and support a great local new restaurant!

So yum, all the employees are so kind, especially the chef! Would come back for the service alone. got some free samples of the kiwi drink, so yum! great quality food as well, love the custom pastas! If you're a taco bros/pasta bowls fan, brunch n burgers will NOT disappoint!

Stopped by this plaza for a quick food break, Chef Alanito really made our day!!! He’s the nicest, most friendliest guy ever and his food is amazing. The pasta, the agua frescas, the fries, everything was so good (all his own recipes)! If you have the time, have a chat with the chef. His story is awesome, truly inspiring. Thank you Chef Alanito for being great, best wishes & keep up the good work!!!

The food and service is superior! This place is much more than just a gas station, the atmosphere is cafe like and the seating is so cute! Every table has flowers and the small details make it perfect!

I was recommended this restaurant by many friends and it did not disappoint. Outstanding customer service. Clean establishment and great food. The cali burger was excellent with
Quality bacon, avocado and a Smokey flavor. The pasta bowls were also great. Give this place a try and support a local business.

Had a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was amazing. The girl that took my order was very kind and very sweet. Will definitely be eating from there again.

Honestly, I won’t be coming back. Took almost 30 minutes to get a $13 breakfast burrito that was cold. Not warm, cold. They knew we were waiting, so if it was done, why not just give it to us? Even if it was warm, I don’t think it would have been that great. Very much a disappointment.

i’m visiting from out of state and i’ve had breakfast and lunch from this spot. the staff is super sweet and the food is top notch. i went in once and doordashed once. both times 10/10. if you like biscuits and gravy, get it!!!!! so so so good.

The English muffin with sausage tastes like a burger and it’s so good! 🤤 The meat lover’s breakfast burrito was good but kind of lacked that meaty greasy flavor. Pretty good overall, would come here again.

We had burgers, pasta samples and churros. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The owner gave our kids a churro sample and it was delicious. We will definitely be back to try some other menu items.

Tried the pasta bowl and it’s pretty amazing, the watermelon agua fresca is delicious too! I ordered ahead and it was ready in 15 min, I will definitely be back for more!

im a plain jane and got a chicken sandwich and agua fresca but it was sooo good! made fresh so i love that 🤩 , will be back for sure ! the ladies up front were so nice as well and let me try the agua before committing lol
