Chili's Grill & Bar

We got here around 9:30pm and were seated within 5 mins. We got a nice waitress and our drinks came out fast. My fiancé got the 3 for me combo. It came with a drink, soup and entree was a 6ox sirloin medium rare with steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes (not pictured) My son got 3 for me with 6oz sirloin medium rare, fries and corn on the cob (not pictured) and I got the fajita trio. It came with sliced chicken, sliced steak and grilled shrimp, veggies, rice and black beans. Right away I noticed that my steak was fully cooked but I asked for it medium rare. The guy that brought it out was super understanding and took it back. My fiancé noticed his steak was well done also so the waitress brought him a new one as well. My son's steak was perfectly cooked. It's kinda a bummer that my family was done with their food way before I got mine but whatever. I didn't really like the rice that it came with but mixed with beans, it didn't taste that bad. The meat and shrimp were pretty delicious. The veggies were perfect. My fiancé didn't think his plate had much flavor. We both got the chicken enchilada soup that was freaking delicious they put tortilla strips on top and it was perfect. Yum yum. We got the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. We got it to go and it was okay. The cookie didn't taste like it was warmed up so that sucked but whatever. We also got the chips and salsa because we had a reward. The chips are flavorful, light and crispy. The salsa is pretty good too. All in all I would say we had a good experience. The atmosphere was nice. The host and servers were all super nice. I would go there again.

Me and my family eat at Chili's often, like every time we're out of town. I usually get the triple dipper as my own meal instead of an appetizer. So I got it. It included honey-chipotle tenders, 2 sliders, and buffalo wings. The wings seemed undercooked on the inside, but they weren't bad, so I ate them anyway 😅 The tenders and sliders were great. The servers were kind and quick. And the inside was clean and looked good. If I'm ever in bakersfield again, I'll definitely stop by.

The service was ok, the food was eh. I went for my 12yr old daughter's birthday dinner and I couldn't even begin to tell you how RUDE some of the staff were. We were there for 2hrs and my niece kept asking the staff and our server to have someone sing the birthday song to my daughter. About 5 people that came after us got the birthday song but they wouldn't do it for my daughter. After we got up to leave they came out laughing and saying that they would do the song. By that time, my daughter's feelings were hurt and she was embarrassed because surrounding tables were Inquiring why everyone else got the birthday song except her. The worst experience ever and I'll never go there again, not that I even frequent there to begin with. 1/10. I even tipped against my better judgment because the server didn't deserve it either. And the manager on duty even had horrible customer service, he was a guy suffering from hair loss. 9/25/24 working between the hours of 6:30 and 8. Not the service I expected when paying over $100

I was very impressed with the service we received despite it being busy. This is the second visit we have had this month and both times we have received great service by all the staff. Everyone that took care of us from the host, to the server and even the bussers were very attentive and had great customer service which is very rare to find now in most places. Great job!

I've gone here for the third time and I didn't enjoy myself. For starters I don't remember burger buns being smothered in oil which was disgusting and the patty was crunchy not right. Hair in our food. We told the guy behind the bar and he just said

Had a wonderful time today 9/22/24 with my family and church family all 25 of us showed up for my birthday, the staff tried sooo hard to get us all together at one huge table, and they really made me feel so special, the food was excellent, the server was amazing and all the staff that worked together to make this lunch special for me and all my huge family a great big thank you, I truly appreciate you all ….. and we will be back again 😉😁❤️

This review is strictly about the service at the To Go area. Ordering online is fine but when you arrive there are so many employees but no one acknowledges you or speaks. They come into the space and grab something or look at the computer but no one says we’ll be right with you. It’s annoying enough to just eat somewhere else.

Worst experience ever, I was a loyal customer but after yesterday July 04 never again. My day was ruined. Everything was going good until food was being “served” all the hot zizilling trio was thrown all over me, did get burned but not to the point to go to the hospital. When the bill came I was being charged double even for the plate that was thrown . We ask our server if he can please remove it and if we can get a discount because of what happened, since we were not even offered anything. he came back and said no discount was approved by my manager, so I asked who was going to pay for the cleaning of my clothes and he said take it to the cleaner they’ll do it , 😡😡. I paid the bill and walked out with my family and my embarrassment..

Had to wait quite a while. The entire middle of the restaurant was closed due to lack of servers and I went on a Friday. Got the ribs and it was sub par very dry. However our server was absolutely amazing

My experience of 4th or 5th time at chili's Daniel the server was amazing and I will be back just because of his impact he gave such great service and all the tables he had really seemed to enjoy his service he seem like a very nice young man and works too hard running all around thanks!

MY server Daniel was one of the best servers I have ever had at chilis and any other restaurant. My First visit with Daniel was great and in my family of 7 we came back just to see Daniel agian for my kids birthday twice again and he is the hardest working employee their running all around the restaurant. If he ever quiets at chilis I will not be back!

Went to this store today and I had the worst worst worst experience!!! As I walked in I seen an old employee of mine from a couple years ago. I have no hard feelings towards him but it was obvious that he has some against me. The manager took our order and after that we were neglected. I had to flag down someone and tell them I was ready to go. I understand he didn't want to take out table but to be put in his section and kept getting walked past is unbelievable. Worst service ever. Personal problems should be left at the door.....

Have not been in this place for a long time. Place looks better and as always clean. Staff always are very polite and helpful, and are very aware what their menu is. In no time we were served our food nice and warm, and of course very delicious. For sure we will be back for more.

Only problem was the ordered was online for curveside pick-up, unfortunately the website was having issues with payment online and that beat the whole purpose of picking up at curveside because payment had to be done inside. I still recommend Chilli's 100% it was delicious!

When we first came into the chili’s it took 1 hour to complete a order of 3 people,once the food finally came out the server said he forgot to put in my order,my fathers pasta came out raw and there excuse was the ingredients changed when we know that it’s our usual and there was no change it was completely raw the server was very slow and forgot to many things we will not be coming back and I recommend you don’t come here either as everything is very low and horrible not to mention that when we ordered a KIDS coke for my 4 year old brother they arrived with a glass cup for a 4 YEAR OLD and when my order finally came the burger was DISGUSTING,half the food was horrible and the most worst thing is that they don’t serve vegetarian options anymore,it was moms birthday and she barely could eat anything my father stuck with a appetizer because his food came raw,this ruined my entire moms birthday and also our family’s night to dinner I really suggest u not to come here AT ALL because you will be very disappointed chili’s is regularly good but this chilli is HORRIBLE,I am in very rage right now because we were looking forward to this night for so long just for chili’s to ruin it,If I could sue this place I would defiantly do so.when my cake came my appetite was already so ruined I could not eat the cake as I said I will NOT EVER come back.

First time there.. awesome little place. The service was great and the food was hot and delicious. We didn't have to wait long to be seated either. The atmosphere was nice and the place wasn't too crowded for a Friday night. All in all, we had a great time. 👍🏽

My husband and I are avid Chilis customers. Always have a great time and a great meal when we go to any Chilis. However, we came to this specific one on a day when they were understaffed and short by a server or two. We heard someone no call no showed. Anywho, Dani was at reception and she was amazing. She kept us informed of the situation at hand and made sure to let us know we hadn’t been forgotten about. We waited longer than normal but didn’t mind it due to Dani being so helpful and informative and extremely apologetic even though it wasn’t any fault of her own. She seated us, and shortly after, my husband and I saw her bussing tables and helping everywhere she was needed. What incredible work ethic Dani!! Thank you for all of your help in making this an awesome Chilis experience even when the odds were definitely against it. Chilis is lucky to have you Dani. May God bless you and give you more. Hard work is the key to success.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at chillies. Me being an African American I was discriminated against. It wasn’t that busy they had plenty of servers and they still treated me unfairly. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone eles to go. I wouldn’t go again either. I’m then when max food came to table it was extra cold so I had to wait for them to make it again. At this point I’m calling the health department

Chilis is the place to go for a nice bite without the high cost. Our servers are always great. Friendly and attentive with a sense of humor. Food is very good too. Curbside service has always been perfect. And we’re never missing anything. For a great Deal we love the three for me.

I had an order for pickup.... I walked in and the waitress walked by where I was standing didn't acknowledge me. I continued to stand there looking at my bag of food getting cold while no one would help me. So I walked back behind the register and grabbed my bag of food myself. Good thing all I wanted was my food. Pay attention people, I'm just as much a customer as the indoor people eating.

It was not even busy..half the restaurant was empty yet we still had to wait 15 mins to be seated another 15 mins at the table and the waiter never came to take our order so we got up and left.

Double check your food. Our bone-in chicken was uncooked inside and crispy on the outside when I was there on the 9th for a birthday dinner. We had one server for a group of 20 people and kids, with only half of the restaurant full, and all the extra servers were in the back.
