The fries were so good, they were already packed up ready for me before I even finished paying for my order. The young lady, whose name is Caitlyn was so nice and quick with my order. Even asked me how my day was, I don’t get that too often at fast food places. This place is the perfect combination of yummy food and a nice welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming again with a smile!

Their food is good, especially their breakfast burritos and their biscuits and gravy surprisingly are pretty tasty. But, they are pretty pricey. A meal for 2 will set up back about $35.00 for burgers?

The perfect mom and pop style burger place.

I took one look at the extensive menu of fried foods, the huge list of frozen options, and the creative burgers and I knew. I knew it would be amazing!!

I went for the first time with friends and we all ordered different items.

All our orders were correct, staff was friendly, and food was served quickly. To be fair, we went late and there was only one other patron so I cant claim they provide the same fast service in the middle of a lunch or dinner rush.

If you like good burgers, pastrami that isn’t all fatty, and fries crisped to perfection, come to Flame ‘n Freeze!

Want to love this place since it’s close to my house but- I wish they would clean the soda fountain! Sodas are consistently undrinkable with the heavy taste of mold and can’t even say the food is worth the price. Decent soft serve ice cream cones.

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and a small ice cream sundae and I was not disappointed! I wish I would’ve taken a better picture because this place actually has really good food and the ice cream was good too! When you order a Sundae you get to choose from an assortment of different toppings, including butterscotch which you don’t come across that often. The prices weren’t bad either, and the restaurant was clean and the staff were down to earth and professional. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place, it was a pleasant experience!

The employees don't listen to your order at all! The food always comes cold or unfulfilled. The atmosphere is very rushed not family oriented at all! Make sure you check your food completely before leaving!

This was the perfect example of how not to judge a book by its cover. The outside didn't look the best but l.
The food was actually fresh, the fries and the chicken tenders where pipping hot. And the salad we ordered tasted soo fresh. I got my son a shake and we both thought that it was the best that we've had in a while.

First, they serve breakfast all day, good job on them. Second, their sausage & egg breakfast sandwich is amazinggg. I bought it at $7.99 just for the sandwich but it's worth it. It's a really good portion, I was able to eat half and become full. Third, went through the drive-thru and the communication was good.
I look forward to trying the place again.

The food is always great and I love the atmosphere of this place. I was very disappointed today. I went in for a family fry and some corn dogs. While I was waiting to order, one of the girls was packing an order she was picking up the food as in chicken fingers, burritos,and corn dogs. When the other girl came to take my order I told her what I needed and also let her know that I would like the girl to wear gloves or use tongs when she fills my order cause that it is disgusting. She told the girl, and she proceeded to get an attitude with my Bestie and said I wash my hands. She was then told by us that when you work in any food restaurant, you use gloves or tongs. She had an attitude the whole time after with her face all mad looking. I have been in the food industry for more than 20 years. I know what I am talking about.

The food was as normal as normal can be for a burger place. The fries were small and on the dry side but still edible. The killer was the price, too much for too small of a meal. It was not good nor bad. Overall take…dine at your own risk.

Burger sauce was super watery like instead of making a new batch they jus tried to cut it with water cuz they were too lazy. Ex: #4 is 7.99 just for the burger or cost to add cheese and to make it a medium combo i spent $13. The food was filling but not flavorful. I didn't get the sauce, just subbed for mayo

I ordered a double cheeseburger plain, with just meat and cheese. I got one with everything on it. I came back at 10 pm to exchange it and they had closed even though they advertise as being open to 11. I came back to the next day and waited 20 minutes, with the burger, and was rudely told by the lady at the register that they could not exchange it without a receipt, despite my having the untouched burger. I didn't try the burger but it looked far worse than even sonic, which was the worst I could imagine before this.

Not sure who's Running your drive-through but they need a little bit better customer service open the window handed me the bag and shut the window no thank you nothing they need to work on this just let the drive do right now. Simply rude. Food is great.

When I presented my mishap of a shortage on the meal I had purchased the day before, a very rude, young lady by the name of Jasmine quickly became defensive when I told her she was the one that had helped me, of course she didn’t recall then started raising her voice at me . I told her there was no need to yell at me, I could hear just fine but she said my truck was loud and that I wasn’t letting her talk (when in all actuality I was thanking her for correct the problem - she acted like I was problematic but I wasn’t at all. My Dad was with me and suggested I don’t go back there again-but now I won’t!

I passed by this fast food joint many times but never thought to stop in to see about it until now. It was late night and I was probably their last customer of the day/night. As I pulled up to order the employee at the drive through window was extremely rude. Customer service was lacking in that woman. As I pulled up to the window to pay she gave me my total and snatched my card fast and aggressive out of my hand. I was in complete shock but too late to cancel as she already charged my card. Then they took FOREVER to give me my food. Waited at the window about 16 mins. to be exact because I was timing them for their poor service. When I finally received my food, I asked the woman for one more last minute order item. She huffed and didn't even try to hide it. I just looked at her and said nevermind. She immediately closed the window without saying anything.
NEVER WILL I STOP BY THAT PLACE AGAIN!
The food wasn't even prepared all that great neither.
ALL AROUND I GIVE THIS PLACE A 1 STAR!

Food is a 5 but staff is seriously to much so I've been ordering a 20 piece nuggets and receiving "1" bbq sauce for it literally "1" I also had ordered a breakfast burrito and did not recieve any sauce with it notice the older lady and the young one really have attitude towards the sauces I'm really trying not to be a Karen but when I'm spending a good amount of money I'm expected to have the right condiments I need for such burrito or 20 nuggets.

It used to be my favorite place. But now the burgers are not juice and are dry. No thousand islands will make it better. The double cheese burger just comes with 1 slice. It's not the same as before. Unfortunately will not be coming here again. I need to look for another burger place.

Been coming here for a long time, and I’ve never been disappointed in the service I’ve received. Until now. I went through the drive-thru and young lady was very rude (I believe she said her name was Destiny)- closing the window when I was requesting an item. Had a burrito missing so got back in the drive- thru, waiting a long time. When I informed the, again, rude young lady that we were missing an item she asked for the whole bag and then gave the bag back and said “They will give you a burrito.”By this time all the food was cold so I asked for all fresh food. However, what I got was refried food. I worked in fast food for a long time, and I know what refried food tastes like. Again, very disappointing. I called and asked to speak to a manager and Lola spoke with me. She stated she would give my number to the manager and have someone call me. That never happened. Which is why I’m posting this here.

The fried wings were burnt and they gave me unsweetened tea when i asked for a sweet tea i also ordered a 6 piece fish strip and i got a 3 piece i was still charged for a 6 piece.

Never had a pastrami here until today, an I never will again. My bread was so soggy. After I had asked to have it extra toasted so it would be crispy.. usually this place doesn’t disappoint but this was a horrible experience for me. Maybe it’s so bad bcuz I’m 8 month’s pregnant right now an was craving this but eww. Will never do that again!

Called about my taquitos. They failed to put the sauce in the bag. They straight up said come get your .25 cent. Customer service sucks and they were. You will be losing my business. Who’s going to eat rolled taquitos without the sauce. Your best policy is to replace the taquitos with sauce the next day. Wow.

I go there for the grilled chicken salads...never had any problems with my salads until recently....if I have to pay 8.99 for a salad then I want a good salad...not something that hardly has any lettuce...i don't like going thru the drive thru cause it takes forever, so I go inside...and my biggest pet peeve is bad customer service...and a few of the girls are very ugly with their customer service...Thank You Sandra for your great customer service...
