Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food could have been better, but Nomi was very pleasant and helpful. She kept coming to my table to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was satisfied with my meal. I had a few questions, and she answered in an educated manner. Will definitely be coming back because Nomi made my visit very welcoming.

Not a good visit tonight, I usually love Red Robin, but tonight they were not focused or seemed to care, waiter did not pay attention to the order never brought out my kids sides after multiple times of bringing it up, I received my drink after I was finished eating. The waiter left when we were nearly done to keep the review from falling on her and tried to make another waiter take the bad survey on the kiosk. Burgers came out burnt never asked how we wanted them. Manager only gave out a free appetizer for next visit, may never return to this one.

Been going to this Red Robin for about 2 years and the service has been hit and miss at lunch time 11:30 am so I go into the Red Robin here at the mall and there where no signs anywhere saying wait to be seated. So I do what I have done many times before and go to the bar and set and start to enjoy my lunch and the waitress came over and said this is not seat yourself and asked us to move to the dinning room and I said no thank you and left she was polite but the place needs some new management or more servers .

Went for a birthday celebration. Ordered drinks..took 30 mins or more just to get water. Half of the group didn't get water, another server (not our server) brought out water.

The orders was messed up. Very slow to come out, some in our group never received their food at all.

Wasn't cooked how it was ordered. Personally made me sick.

Fries was cold, burger was not well cooked.

I waited and waited patiently. 30 mins later a warm beer came. $9.00 for a warm beer and drank 1/4 of the glass. Bartender was way to busy tending to tables rather then tending to the bar. I guess I should have sat at a table 🤣🤣🤣.

The restaurant was clean, the hostess, Manager, and waitress were all very nice, helpful, and attentive. There was approximately 25 minute wait time for a table but that is usually the case at this establishment. The manager was doing interviews to bring on more hostesses and wait staff due to a shortage in staff. Our waitress made sure we had everything in a timely manner and the food, although a bit salty, was good and tasty. I would recommend this place to others as they have a wide variety of food for the whole family.

Niya was awesome! She had great customer service, helped us with our take out order, was so nice and respectful and was super patient as we looked over the menu! She even made sure we got our order in a timely manner and was constantly checking on things to make sure we had a pleasant experience! Definitely will be returning!

We waited a while for the water and waited quite a long time for the food and it didn't come all at once I had an avocado salad and my son had the ribs and we were sick for 2 days the waitress seem to know she was doing a bad job and didn't seem to worry about it cuz she let everybody know out loud this was on Tuesday during lunch

If the door is nasty just before walking in.. run. You don't wanna eat there

Dinned alone.
Let me start with the moment I go to grab the door. I notice it looked grimy and smelled funky. Ignored it and proceeded to open the door with just my index finger. Gentleman greats me with a smile a sits me in the bar area. The table was sticky and the whole place smelled like if the tables were wiped with old soda. Waiter shows up sort of awkward he didn't really greet me or even ask what I wanted to drink. He basically just stared at me. I thought maybe it's this kids first job. I ask him for a drink. Took a while to take my order. I didn't get any refills until I got the attention of the woman at the bar. I get a burger and burger gets to me cold.. They never once asked me if I wanted fry refills since they were bottomless.

First time eating here
I Got a jalapeno burger that had sweet sause my burger didnt have those breaded jalapeños
The burger was small and sweet not worth $18.somthing
The bottomless fries are pointless and dont get offered more fries by the time they come around youll be done eating

We arrived super excited, and the place was nearly empty, supposedly due to being understaffed. They told us to wait 20 minutes, soon after we register for the table we got a message that it will take 30 minutes instead of the 20 minutes, so when walking back to be there at the 30 minutes mark we received a message saying that the table was ready , walking from the other side of the mall took 5 minutes , we arrived 2 minutes before the 30 minute mark and they told us that we had to register again, which made no sense to me , showed the message to Nicole the receptionist ans she was no help , super rude. She had a terrible attitude and kept rolling her eyes.

Once a few years ago I fell and had to use a walker for a few weeks. My sister went to the car and I went over to get a table. The guy at the door refused to let me in without my sister with me and told me to wait inside the mall. We left. My legs were giving out. This is the first we have been there since. It was my sister's birthday.

Just witnessed a young couple eating dinner with their baby. The baby started to cry and a girl named Nicole with ginger hair who I think was a hostess walked past their table took a deep breath and rolled her eyes at an African American server with curly hair I didn’t get her name. The mother was visibly upset trying to console her baby. They also kept whispering to each other about other people as they came in and laughing, or meeting back in the kitchen to talk badly about customers like there aren't customers sitting near the kitchen including the young couple with the baby !! isn’t Red Robin supposed to be a family restaurant?! If they don’t have patience they’re working at the wrong place. We left and won’t be back because both girls are rude and disrespectful and I wouldn’t want them handing my food or being around my family .

Glutenvrij eten wordt geserveerd, wel even aangeven natuurlijk. Als je je de app download krijg je ook een gratis voorgerecht. Wij konden dat niet compleet doen omdat we geen Amerikaans telefoon nummer hebben. De manager heeft het gewoon geregeld! Fijn personeel wat de tijd voor je neemt ondanks de drukte. Heerlijk en lang gezeten om te genieten van de muziek en rustig zoeken naar het volgende motel voor de reis.

The buger wasn't correct, cold,bun dried out..fries cold...salad was weilted had to ask repete of why not as advertised....never askk refillls,waiter was not kind..other waiter helped....never adked to re make quality food....it was a terrible day for all 4of us and expensive for nasty food..diet was flat,ice tea looked like pee water🤬😫👹

It's all bad. My burger was cold, and cheese wasn't melted. I do like that if you sign up for rewards, they give you a free burger on your birthday, which is why I gave 2 stars. Their burgers are $17+, and they suck, but if it's free, it's free. Lol the place is dirty because they're busy from being in the mall. The waiter seemed bored and careless. He never refilled my water. I will only be back for my free burger ever. They also have unlimited fries. You can order as many as you want.

All I can say is WOW! I didn't expect to have 5 star service at this location. I've had a bad experience a couple years ago but this visit gave this review a 5/5 for the experienced staff tonight. We were greeting by a friendly host at the front and was seated immediately. My server was Anela. She was very polite and made this experience very welcoming. After I got my food the Manager Naomi asked how everything was and if we needed anything else. We gladly told her everything was fine. She was very pleasant and made sure we enjoyed our dining experience. I noticed she was also helping her staff with bringing food out and cleaning the tables which I normally do not see with Management. I wanted to do the survey on the device on the table but since I paid cash it wouldnt let me. These girls were all very professional and made our experience enjoyable. I will be coming back very soon. Thank you Anela and Naomi for making your guest a priority! 👍

Over the years we have been to this Red Robin many different times. The waitress was spot on and very attentive to our needs. The food was slightly off in flavor. I thought it was just me at first but soon realized that my guest was experiencing the same thing. We got the pizza as an appetizer. Conceptually a good idea, but the flavor was similar to a smoked cheese on top of it. Then we both had a variation of the burgers, and found that the flavor was slightly off on those too. I am not sure what was going on, this particular day but it was not their best. For the sake of it after being at this place dozens of times, it was a first and something we were able to look past. I hope the experience is different next time, if not, i will come back and add to this to let everyone know.

Had to wait 20 minutes before I even got my drinks ordered on a dead Tuesday night. Girl who seated me told me my waitress would be right there. Then went and hung out with her other 3 Co workers in the back where I could see them for 20 minutes. Then she came and took my drink order. Bottomless? What a joke, why even offer if you don't get it without force. The fries were supposed to be bottomless, drinks were supposed to be bottomless as well as the kids mac n cheese was supposed to be bottomless and we literally had to wave someone down to get 2nds after waiting a ridiculous amount of time seeing numerous waiters pass by us (I get it no one wants to work and everywhere is under staffed but come on). We were over it, it wasn't even worth waiting to get more so we left hungry and went somewhere else to eat. Definitely won't be going back which is a shame because the food itself is good.

Our mushroom burger was very good. The garlic fries, while tasty, were not crunchy (probably from the small grease pool in the fries basket) and some of the fries seemed a bit under cooked.

The Fish and chips was a big serving. It came with four big pieces of fish, lots of fries, coleslaw, And tartar sauce. The only thing disappointing was the onion rings because it looked like bite-size onion rings instead of the huge onion rings that used to serve back in the days. Overall it was great.

I went with my wife and daughter whole place felt dingy, dark, and dirty. We were sat at a table that had water near the ground not even a mop ran through it. My wife was able to run back to the car and come sit down and we never even seen the server. After she sat down the bench was found to be wet as well. We ended up leaving and I don't think anyone was the wiser. Side note please fix and fill your hand sanitizer by the bathroom. Corporate should really bring this place up to standard.

Most of our food was good. 1 of our burgers only had the meat, mushrooms and a slice of cheese that was not evenmelted. For dessert the chocolate cake with icecream was hard and not very good. Everything else was good! Garlic and sweet potatoe fries bomb n best of all you can get as much as you want!!

We were gifted 2 giftcards to go here so we ate here for the first time. Great family bundle. The food was hot and tasty. On the pricy side. But you get what you pay for. Only down side I was asked over the phone if I was getting takeout or curbside, I said curbside, she said when I get there call the number back press 4 and let them know I've arrived. Once I got there and called, the first time no one answered, the second time I told the lady I had arrived and she was like "ok, come up and get it" I said oh ok. .... I brought it up to the lady in the front, telling her I ordered curbside and what the lady said, and she informed me that at this location they don't go outside. Interesting, and I was ok with that, but I shouldn't be offered curbside, and it shouldn't be an option upon ordering if that is the case. .... no big deal, but kind of. Say a handicapped ♿️ person ordered curbside and got that response. 😒 aside from that. Everything else was great.

I just Thank God for our server, Danielle! She was nice and she was fair, as she was BEAUTIFUL inside and out! I had a bad experience with a rude cashier at Target and Danielle turned my day right around! She has a wonderful smile and was completely and extremely sweet and kind to me and my child. I circled the sunday on the childs' menu and told her I'm thinking about getting my daughter that since it was just her birthday but I dunoo.. Let's see if she acts up or stays good, it depends! And then she mentioned she could give it to us on the house, since it was just my childs birthday! I said that sounds good! A very outstanding birthday song was sung to my daughter, and I couldn't thank you enough! This last year (2023) hasn't been very easy. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I know, my little one apprieciated it as well:) You guys are wonderful and we love you cats! Keep up the excellent customer service! Made me forget all about that "bad Target" experience. More women should be like, Danielle! Nice girls exist! Eureka!

This location was a disappointment. The food was not as good as other locations. The server kept forgetting things. The floors are slippery and felt dirty. The bathroom looked poorly kept and needed some maintenance and cleaning.

My family and I decided to have dinner here last night & Ms.Ruby was our waitress she was AMAZING! She was super sweet, friendly and very attentive we never had to look for her she was right there when we needed her. She even recommended the pretzel bites for our appetizer and let me tell you we weren’t disappointed at all!! The food was so good!!!! One thing I did want to point out is that there were 2 guys sitting behind us being super rude and super picky about every little thing it was disgusting to see and hear how they were demanding things from Ruby! She wasn’t even THEIR WAITRESS! She handled them which such kindness, grace and Class. I commended her when they left because NO WAITRESS deserves to go through that! She definitely needs a promotion or raise because the way she carries herself is top tier! EVERY RESTAURANT NEEDS A RUBY!!! I would definitely be back again BECAUSE OF RUBY! she made my experience here super memorable and that is rare now a days when going to restaurants. Thank you again Ruby for being so kind we appreciate you and need more people like you in the world! ❤️

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but the food and service has really gone downhill the last few years. Today, the service was really slow and the burger wasn't very good. The garlic fries were awesome, but it took 20 minutes every time we would ask for a fry refill and they were really small portions. We kept having to flag down whoever was nearby. Within an hour of leaving, everyone in our group had upset stomachs from the food. I think this is truly the last time I'll come back to a Red Robin, or at least this location.

Arrived during their happy hours, which are Monday thru Friday from 3pm to 6pm

•Alcoholic drinks under $6 each during happy hours.

We had for appetizers the mozzarella cheesesticks & a cheese pizza.

For food, we had the red Robin double tavern and chicken strips with fries each, fries have unlimited refills for free.
All delicious!
Love their Baja ranch sauce (I think it is called something differently now, name was recently changed for the sauce) to dip their fries & also their seasoning, only place besides Steak n Shake were I go crazy on seasoning on my fries, I enjoy it very much ❤️

I've been here a couple of times already and so far so good. It's definitely good food for good prices. Careful what to order, you'll get full quickly. Their freckled lemonade is to die for. And their malts and shakes are always top tier. Amazing staff too

I used to love Red Robin due to their burgers and unlimited steak fries. I feel over the years the food has become okay. They got rid of their sesame buns which I loved. Their fries come out lukewarm and the service has become bad.

Absolutely the worst food ever. The crispy fish sandwich was soggy and lukewarm. The fries must have been sitting in a warming tray for hours.

The side salad (bottomless) was just iceberg lettuce and some shredded carrots.

The place (bar area) was basically empty. Our table was filthy, and no set up.

After about 10 minutes, an obviously drunk older man with his daughter and perhaps son in law, came up and got directly in our face an was obnoxious and rude. We shooed him away. I suggested they shouldn't serve him. Not only did they serve him, they kept on. He was extremely loud, and the people next to us got up and left.

The atmosphere is old and outdated. Looks like it us going out of business.

Never again.

I used to love red Robin but it's just not it anymore. The burgers were tasteless and had no seasoning. The service was very blah like I get no one wants to work anymore but it was just not it kinda makes you not want to go out. Definitely will not go back.

I really wanted a burger. A simple, good, happy-smile making burger. Got the bacon cheese burger. Blue Cheese as the cheezer.

Happy burger makin experience when I really wanted one.

RedRobin saved the day that day. Happy Human.

Went for a birthday celebration. Ordered drinks..took 30 mins or more just to get water. Half of the group didn't get water, another server (not our server) brought out water.

The orders was messed up. Very slow to come out, some in our group never received their food at all.

Wasn't cooked how it was ordered. Personally made me sick.

Fries was cold, burger was not well cooked.

Good food, great service, cold fries. Overall a good lunch, just hate when you are done eating and they bring the hot fries. Good chicken BBQ wrap!

This morning at about 11:45am My and & I walked into the establishment and were waiting to be seated, the hostess/waitress saw us and stated to give her a few moments and she would seat us so we waited appropriately 10/15 minutes and the girl still ignored us and kept waiting on people up in the bar area instead of acknowledging us and kept doing other things so we walked out and went across the way to Just Wing It where we were seated & served right away. I can easily say as regulars at the Red Robin establishment it’s a shame of how bad the customer service. Thank you Just Wing It for the great service today!

been going here for more than 12-15 years periodically. always order the same dish which is artic cod fish and chips. very consistent quality and bartenders are always very friendly.

First visit to a red robin in 5 years. It's still just red Robin. It's basic, very average portion sizes, veggies are unevenly cooked. The mixed drink was mostly mixer. If you've been to reb robin, you've been to them all. It's on average or below. I would suggest going to a local burger place before going to a RR.

Love the whiskey river wrap and freckled lemonade. I've always had a friendly staff member serve me and my food was hot and fresh.

My chicken sandwich tasted like a fish sandwich all bad, my guest where satisfied at least there meals was ok. Noticed one waitress was working when we I arrived so it was going to be a bit slow ,she was very friendly and polite and tried to service us as best she could I appreciate that...

Not a big fan of visiting valley plaza area. But one reason we go on occasion is red robin. Wife and kids like their burgers. So we brave the crowd to make rare trips. The food is always reliably good.

Took the family out last minute. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. It was very nicely done. I figured it was later and might not be to par. I'm happy to say I was wrong. The service was spot on. I ended the day with happy and full bellies 😁👍 ty Red Robin!

Very slow service. Asked for chocolate oreo shake and got regular.. to so long to be the change back, I had to get up and go to them. She was sweet though

I had multiple hairs in my food I’m blonde & all the hairs were black. My server left while we were in the middle of eating I think to go on break? They forgot my sweet potatoe fries & then she apologized for forgetting them & said she’d take them off & then never did & then she was gone so I was just over the whole experience at that point.

You know, it's been many years since I ate at Red Robin. I used to eat there quite frequently along with "Woodys" on Truxton...its long gone.
Anyway, we were in town the other day, and my wife mentioned Red Robin. I'm like, "Sure!"
Parking was easy and close.
We didn't wait for more than 5 minutes to be seated. The atmosphere has always been very good here. It has changed. Our waiter , who was also working the bar, was courteous and dressed well. I ordered a double cheese burger(they added a patty for $3) with all the fixing minus the bread. They wrapped it in lettuce. Instead of fries(which I absolutely love), I got the House Salad. Everything was fantastic. Honestly, that was the best Double Cheese Wrap I've ever had.
Waiter stopped by every so often to check on us and kept our Coke Zero's full.
Thanks for a nice experience, Red Robin. You guys did great.
