Not impressed with how they don't listen to what you are ordering. They put mustard on my daughters sandwich when we didn't want it and then just scraped it off as if that does anything. Tried ordering a footlong cookie, but they made a wrap instead and forced me to pay for it. Outrageous!

An absolute joke we went in and we didn’t even get to build our own sandwich we had to ask for the sandwiches on the menu and we kept asking the lady about what are we allowed to ask for with the coupons or we could order any one and she took it as if we asked for the number one and started to put meat on the sub and we asked what she was doing and she was like “you wanted the number one right?” We answered no she then proceeded to lift up the sub and slap the meat off with attitude at this point I’d rather stop going to subway all together and make my sandwich at home, I miss when I got to get the meat I actually wanted too which is capicola but they didn’t have it so I ended up getting boring turkey (I like turkey I just prefer capicola)

Service was horrible . The older women that works in the morning needs a good reality check! her service was horrible . i can’t believe the service i received being the fact me and a couple other people have been regulars for the last couple months we come at least 2 times a week and get treated so horribly we used to love this location and now it is the worst ! she doesn’t even wear uniform looks like a customer just hopped in the back and started working . asked to use coupons and was told no we couldn’t because they were not valid even though i just received them in the mail yesterday. she doesn’t even smile when people enter no greeting or anything . and the young girl working the morning is the sweetest ever , very helpful . so sad to see this establishment turn into this

I online order my birthday free cookie they not give to me… I never eat sandwich from there philicheese sandwich, little meats, a lot lettuce I didn’t order the vegetables sandwich, but look like that 🥲 on Panama store next AT&T….
Curb pick up but nobody come out like 10min my sandwich is cold..

This is my go to Subway. They take a long time if you order online an pick up. Go in for better service until they master it. We tried to online order it. And app order it several times and they have yet to get our orders right. Or have it ready. And it only for me and my boyfriend.

In person. They are spot on.

I've been here a few times. Most of the times they are slower than most Subways in town but they get the job. Sandwiches taste the same as any other Subway. Place is usually clean. Employees are welcoming and usually acknowledge you as you walk in.

Good food and nice servers. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner, especially by the soda dispensers, but it wasn't horrible. The parking outside is terrible due to the design of the parking lot. It kind of criss crosses and makes getting in and out difficult.

Ordered curbside pickup, they literally skimped on the meat! Just make sure if you order to go in because they do not give you your money's worth

Went to pick up my sandwiches and they gave them to someone else and basically tried to turn me away. Sure they remade my sandwiches but then rushed me away and it wasn’t even busy. Horrible staff tonight! Smh

It was only 5 pm and they ran out of white bread. Really subway. Then their is one worker that has curly hair. I guess he thought he was from kid n play lol. Didnt greet at all or didnt even apologize they ran out.

I don't know what was wrong with the guy Friday night but he didn't even toast any of my subs even after he told me toasted and I said yes it seems like he just placed them in there but didn't toast them.. I was irritated..

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! they forget orders! I went in yesterday and ordered a broccoli soup and they told me I had to wait because they had to warm it up . It took them 40 mins! But I brushed it off because I'm a forgiving person but today I went in again and ordered the same soup and what happened? it took 40mins again for the soup! I was soo irritated I was about to walk out but one kind employee who was on his break reminded the people I was waiting on a soup then they apologized and claimed they forgot and gave me a free cookie but still that was 40mins wasted of my life I cant get back I will never go here again for the record.

12/15/16 10:40 am. Horrible! Wanted one sandwich which wasn't complicated and had to wait 15 mins for the sandwich to be made. I wasn't to upset about that but annoyed. Then their register "froze" and I had to wait another 10 mins. Total of 25 mins waiting at this point (btw there were only two customers in line not like it was busy at all!) But that wasn't my biggest problem, the employees having a bad attitude was. The girl at the register copped and attitude because her own register froze. Management should defiantly work with their employees on customer service. THEY NEED IT. No wonder the tip jar was empty
