Very courteous staff. Waitress who came to serve me was polite and respectful. Ordered omelette and pancake. Ordered to eat there and switched to carry out. She was respectful and immediately brought boxes and helping transfer. Food was overall tasty

A solid breakfast. A Quick in and out to beat the Sunday late breakfast bunch (10:30am+). The service was fast for all the tables they had on hand. You can't go wrong with IHOP.

Pancakes taste like if they put salt in it. The hashbrown was stale and burned. The ham was very dry and hard.
I love IHOP but this time I was very disappointed.

Went to get a special with pancake. i ask for glutton free because I'm glutton intolerant, and they said they couldn't do glutton free for a special i said they could charge me more they said they couldn't give me glutton free even know they have them it made no sense so I left because the server was rude anyways......went to dollies dinner with more professional servers

I don't know what happened to this location. It just seems like everything went downhill.

Our server, Bryce, looked and sounded like the only one happy to be working. Everyone else looked miserable. This was reflected in the tidyness of the restaurant and the quality of the food. Imagine miserable workers taking care of the cleaning and miserable cooks cooking.

The walls were filled with the stickiness of food. The tops of things haven't been wiped down...so dust and oil are visible. It took workers the entirety of our time spent eating to come around and pick up the dropped items on the floor from other diners.

My husband and I ordered the same thing, with an exception on dressing (mine yes, his no). Both of our food came back undesirable. They got my order wrong by not giving me dressing, but both of our chicken was burned, not overreacting. Chicken was dry, not golden crispy, but black. His was more than mine, so he sent it back. This meant he was not able to eat with the family.

My 6 year old's order was wrong. He wanted buttermilk pancakes and received chocolate, so he didn't eat. I was honestly scared of sending food back. If you're sending back food that clearly wasn't made with care, what're you expecting to get back?

The diners adjacent to us sent their food back back too.

Oh, and we were charged twice. Go eat somewhere else, especially if you have kids.

Went in and ask for table by the window (with tables open by the window.) Server refused, wanted to put us in a dark corner. We left. Looked like they were trying to imposed their will instead of being open to serve. Very disappointed. Went to another IHOP

The quality of this place has drastically decreased. Some plates the food was over cooked and burnt, other things like over hard eggs were made over easy, scrambled eggs were runny. Iced tea tastes like dirty water. The server was nice and friendly but there is no quality control in the kitchen.

My mother, husband and I enjoy a nice dinner tonite. Fast service, and clean a restaurant. We dine-in. Daniel our server started us with a dinner salad. I ordered steak tips sautéed in mushrooms and onions was good👍. My husband enjoyed his T-bone Steak with broccoli🥦 and red-skin Mashed potato. My mother had her atlantic Salmon plate with green beans, and rice. Food was great. I couldn't leave IHOP without having the Double Blueberry pancakes stack, it was delicious smother with Blueberries and whipped cream. Those pancakes🥞 are to die for. Good service👍

On National Pancake Day this place was bombarded. I arrived at 5:45 pm and was seated at 6:30 pm. Once I was seated, Desiree my waitress, took my order and what seemed like a matter of minutes she placed my food in front of me. I was pleasantly surprised. Of course I ordered pancakes. I added an order of sausage and a drink. There were two other young ladies, Kimberly Leal and Leanna working feverishly to set up plates as Desiree took orders and they all served. The place was definitely short-staffed to handle the parties of no less than 4 arriving, however, all three of these ladies did an EXCELLENT JOB by pulling together to handle the full lobby of impatient patrons waiting to be seated. As I was halfway through my meal, Desiree gave me a refill as I was just thinking about asking for one.
Desiree, Leanna and Kimberly Leal were rock solid and didn't fall under pressure with the Hungry Crowd they so graciously served. Of course the cooks did a great job keeping up with the stacks of orders. I will definitely visit this place again as long as these ladies are here. They should be commended for the way they handled the situation being obviously under-staffed.

If I could give it a zero stars I would! I have never had a problem with an IHOP ever and this time it was a rude awakening! The pancakes were extremely cold. The eggs were burnt, when I ordered omelette they asked me how I would like my eggs cooked like they didn't know what they were talking about. Not to mention, I ordered my order about 20 minutes by phone before I arrived and when I got there it still wasn't ready so I had to wait about 30 more minutes. So for me to have to wait an hour for my takeout order it should have been fresh and hot and everything was cold and burnt. It was disgusting and I would not recommend this IHOP to anyone!

I have been waiting to be seated for an hour and a half, and still waiting, I asked server very politely to please give me an update on waiting time and was rude and told me a very very long time. She seemed too busy or in a rush to get rid of me and gave me the STUPIDEST answer. 1st and last time I bring my family here.

I try to give ihop the benefit of the doubt. And yet they still do the same thing. The girls were huddled talking about personal life when we were waiting to be waited on. And my food was cold. They saw us waiting to order and they didn't do anything. It was all bad never again I will go to IHOP..

They were busy, so we did wait a little, but it moved quickly. Food was hot, accurate, and quick to come out. Waitresses were friendly. Bathrooms were clean. I recommend.

Not a family friendly place. We arrived with my daughters jacket not even on so we could be in and out quickly. It closes at 10 on Sunday. We arrive at 9:08 and told them we knew exactly what we wanted but are told the kitchen closes at 9:30 and they are only doing to go orders, even though there were clearly people eating in there and we told them we would be gone by 10pm. I mean I understand not wanting to serve people to not stay past the closing time, but we are talking about being there close to an hour before closing. In the time that I tried reasoning with the server, we could have had our order in. We ended up at the Wendy's from across it, which also closes at 10 but were more accommodating in letting us dine in. We were in and out before 10pm and they even gave us a free iced coffee!

Placed my order today through the IHOP app and chose curbside. The app didn't notify me but I called after the time it indicated. I called and was greeted by a very nice staff member, he right away let me know that my food was ready and identified my car quickly too. I waited maybe 2 minutes and he arrived with such a wonderful character! I come once in a while but my experiences here are ALWAYS the best! Thank you in what you all do, to servers, cooks and management. Everything is always packed nicely and food is delicious. 💯💯💯👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

They always put the pancakes on this little bitty plate so when you pour syrup on it the pancakes syrup ends up all over the table. Get a full size plate for the pancakes by themselves. Waitresses will not be having to clean this mess up. Every single IHOP makes this mistake and it needs to be fixed. Other than that I love the place and the people and the atmosphere.

We love picking up the amazing meals often from IHop. They know who I am whenever I go inside. The food is always delicious. La espera fue corta, la atención rápida, no problemas de estacionamiento, en general todo estuvo excelente, la comida siempre es garantía, pedi chiles asados y me dieron serranos con cebolla muy ricos y picosos. There was only one server. She was very nice, but didn't have enough help. There was probably only one cook also, because the food took about 30 minutes to serve. Much too long!
