The food was very tasty it was served quickly even though it was very busy. I got the ribeye chilaquiles with red and green sauce. Eggs and steak were cooked perfectly. I also got the gansito frappe also delicious. My only suggestion is for the ladies taking the order to be a bit friendlier. 🧡

Ordered the red chili chilaqulies with prime rib, cooked to perfection! Wife had the green chili chilaqulies with pork belly. Rose frappe was a little milky but still good. Definitely coming back

We came here for brunch, the restaurant was very nicely decorate with an open floor plan. To drink i had the Jamaica agua fresca which was very good. To eat i had the enfrijoladas, they were ok a little on the salty side. My friend had the chilaquiles, she really enjoyed them. We both got a frappe to go, mine was the mocha abuelita which was very good. I would visit this restaurant again but probably would order something else.

Mistakes happen! Item was missing from a to go order, but the team did everything right. Apologized, fixed the issue, and a gift.

First time here and it did not disappoint! Super good food and service, our waitress Sarahi was so sweet and attentive💖 The food was amazing, i got the burrito and it was HUGE but so good, i could not stop eating it even when i was full ! I shared the guacamole with chicharrón and the salsa macha and it was bomb! We also got the licuados and café de olla and they were both HEAVENLY . Really recommend coming here ! Affordable and really nice staff !

When we arrived it took 15 minutes for a server to come to our table even though they walked by several times. They got our order wrong not once but twice, after we had mentioned it to them. For the taste and quality food is overpriced, you’re better off elsewhere. I tried to speak to a manager but or server was no where to be found and it was hard to get anyone’s attention. When we got our receipt there is a QR code for a survey to fill out, which we decided to do. It has been over a week and have yet to hear back. What’s the purpose if you won’t follow up?

Nov 2024 - Party of 3, sat outside, waites about 20 minutes on a Saturday around 1pm.

Food/Pricing - Breakfast Burrito Mojado $15.99 - ordered it with green sauce and sausage. Yummy! The potatoes in there were crunchy.

Horchata Frappe $6.99 - deliciously cinnamon and sweet! But not sure that it's worth the price. The couple small and there was just about as much whipped cream as I was drink.

Service/Ambiance - Friendly and quick service!

Parking - Located in a busy plaza with a grocery store and many other businesses. There is plenty of parking.

Maria our server was so attentive to us. I would love for her to be our server next time we come dine she also surprised us by singing happy birthday to me and my friends she most definitely did not disappoint and they are all kid friendly I brought my one year old and he had a blast

The first time I liked the food they had common plates but new ones too, the problem the girl was my waitress only showed 3 times
1 when she took my order
2 when she brought the food
3 and when she brought the check. Never stop to ask how we are doing or if we want something else, I know the owners think that we like to be served for a girl but in my case I like some one show me that I am having a good experience don't care if it is a girl or boy 😭😭

Had the rose drape which was AMAZING and I'm really picky esp when it comes to rose bc it can be over powering, not enough or fake rose but this was spot on. Also had the brisket eggs Benedict which is my go to at any restaurant and it was top notch here. It was elevated, like -gourmet. So good. I loved everything about this place and can't believe I didn't come sooner.

Came here for the first time and got seated within 10 minutes although they were busy. The service is super quick and Maria our server was so friendly, kind and attentive. Hi we went to eat a late lunch because my mom wanted pancakes for her bday.
I got huevos rancheros it came with county potatoes which were cold and hard not good at all.
My other daughter got chiliquilles that were soggy. She said the meat was good though.
My mom got eggs bacon and potatoes with pancakes

I came to Cali for a rave and as a recovery meal my friend took me to this amazing brunch spot. It is absolutely beautiful area and very clean. All of the servers were so attentive and kind. Maria was our server and went above and beyond to provide the best experience! The food is amazing and it this is now one of my favorite places to visit in california! You wont regret it!! 💙💙💙

VACA Brunch & Beyond is a Latin-inspired (Mexico) breakfast spot in Baldwin, CA. It is located on a huge plaza on Maine avenue. This spot is famous for its licuado, tres leches pancakes and fresh juices.

Given the popularity of this local spot, thanks to the Tiktok hype, we came early Sunday morning (0800) and a female waitstaff fervently greeted us upon arrival. Indoor design was chic and infused with lovely Mexican culture. Atmosphere was relaxing. Similarly, it’s fairly spacious as well as their outdoor seats. Service was on point. Menu was vast. Prices were economically competitive but fair.

I enjoyed their Green Juice, Café de Olla y Fresas con Crema Pancakes. Food and drinks were sublime. Overall, it’s a good breakfast/brunch spot. I’d recommend you try this spot.

Trendy place serving good Mexican food ! Definitely has its strengths and room for growth ! My son loved his Wagyu burger, I loved my egg benedict ( could be better if you made fresh hollandaise! ) the food presentation is good ! The place has good enough traffic means they are getting it right somehow !

Second time here, I had to try the Chilaquiles. I ordered them with green salsa and my eggs over medium. The Chilaquiles had a really good flavor, and I like how my food was hot! Straight from the kitchen. And this is one of the few places that actually cooks your eggs the way you ask them. They came out a perfect over medium. Portion size was great.

The only thing I'd say would be service was a little slow, we sat for a while before we received any service. But other than that, it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Nos atendieron rápido, el personal amable, el lugar no es muy grande, pero está organizado, las conchitas estaba calientitas. los platillos que pedimos estuvieron bien, solo que pedimos los huevos estrellados cocidos y me los dieron muy tiernos, también el bistec 🥩 estaba muy crudo así que imagínense el olor del huevo y de la sangre, no se si así den aquí el acai porque estaba congelado y tenía una mínima cantidad de granola, pedí azúcar para mi café y nunca llegó. Así que mi experiencia no fue tan agradable del todo.

Just FYI for takeout orders, the waffles and French toast don't look like the photos, and very little amount of country potatoes for the price you pay. 😬

Was really looking forward to trying this spot out (first timer) I went with a safe choice of chilaquiles and tbh those were the worst chilaquiles I ever had, the chips they used were not it they didn’t even looked smothered in sauce. I also requested brisket as an add on and they gave me pork belly like okay …

Also got an ice coffee and it tasted very watered down as if they don’t change the coffee frequently and keep brewing from same batch.

Mahi mahi ceviche was decent did taste like to much lime for my liking very acidic but still enjoyable

Best thing I had was the chocomil and the cookies.

Been there twice both times disappointed. First time I ordered the french toast and orange juice. French toast were small like if it was pan bimbo and the orange juice tasted watered down. 😞
So I decided to give it another try this time I ordered some chilaquiles con carne. When I tried them they were half cold and the meat was hard and dry 😓. Also is not a very cheap place. Their dishes are a bit on the high range, I would expect more than what you get. Or maybe Im just too picky. Not sure but I have been to many places and some are great food and good pricing O just feel like this place can improve.

Really great spot, left Kaiser looking for a good spot for brunch and this spot was just 10 min away from the hospital and it did not disappoint it was so good. I had the chilaquiles and a latte and they were both amazing. Great spot to visit the next time you leave Kaiser or in the area.

If you guys want bad bad service and rude servers this is the spot! Parties of 6 or more the tip is included in the bill so your server got her tip secured and won’t bother in trying to make your experience worth going back for. The food is not the best and comes cold. Just to get a refill we waited like 20 mins. Honestly it’s all just hype. If you guys have Ruth I hope you guys have a better experience than I did with her.

Muy mal lugar.. no saben atender malicimo el servicio.. las ordenes tardaban en servirles y las servían equivocadas.. y las tortillas al aire libre en un plato y para cuando llegaba las comida ya estaban bien frias... y les pides que canten las mañanitas al festejado y le ponen apodos es una falta de respeto.. pésimo servició no lo recomiendo no saben atender.. y aparte te exigen el 20% de propina de lo que consumas como si supieran atender a las personas....

The food is delicious. Cafe de olla esta rico y no muy dulce. Everything we ordered was delicious. Make sure to order the banana foster waffles they are delicious and the portion is enough to share. Xiomara is great, attentive and gracious. Definitely coming back to try something different which I'm sure will be amazing. P.S make sure to come with time since the wait can be pretty long, but once you are seated you will not feel rushed at all.

Buena opción para desayunar, todo el personal habla inglés y español, recomiendo llegar temprano ya que cuando lo visite era martes y había mucha fila para cuando salí, la comida es buena, me encantaron los huevos rancheros, no pude probar la canasta de pan ya que no había, los smoothie o licuados te los dan en bolsita algo curioso, tienen su salsa macha de la casa que es muy buena y café de olla, en general si me gusto, si regreso!!

I had a terrible experience at Vaca Brunch. My party was left waiting for more than an hour without any communication from the staff. We never even got seated. To make matters worse, they didn’t have internet to take orders. The lack of organization and customer service was appalling. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Was hungry for breakfast and wanted to see what all the fuzz was about since I have driven by and noticed an unusual amount of people lined outside waiting. This place is sorta new to BP (at least since I moved out of BP) I know Hispanics usually line up where there is either 1. Good food or 2. Just because something is trendy, which in this case it was the second one. Servers were attentive the atmosphere was friendly overall but the chilaquiles weren't the best. Chilaquiles were made from tortilla chips which had an aftertaste. The chilaquiles sauce was thick which I liked but it wasn't spicy or flavorful either thus ended up being simple mild americanized chilaquiles. I did like that you can ask for eggs the way you like them but if you want added protein it's an extra 10 dollars which I opted out. I asked for salsa and they gave me a chili oil sauce which doesn't necessarily go with chilaquiles. The walnut cookies, licuado and cafe de oya were delicious tho.👌🏼 Might come back for a different menu item but in the future who knows.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice already and I’ve had the pleasure to have the same server, Ariana M. She is such a doll and I appreciate her patience with my mom and I when we go. She explains the menu very thoroughly and is always happy to answer any questions we have. Her attention to detail is exceptional. The food was delicious- we ordered the birria melt, fresas con crema pancakes, s’mores frappe and the horchata matcha latte. We had the best server, Maria was very kind and accommodating! We will definitely be back ;)
