First time visiting. Great location. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of inside space and wonderful customer service. Food was good & staff were attentive. There were a lot of dirty dishes laying around when we went.

This store is a major upgrade to the one in Redlands and in San Bernardino. It’s classy, open and has the perfect accent of deco to match the theme. The kiosks at the front are easy to order from and help yourself for drinks. The coffee bar is a nice touch. Overall, loved the open feel and the food was good as always. They also have a drive through which is so nice for the times that you don’t want to get out of the car.

Friendly staff, clean, reasonable prices and fresh baked bread.
Convenient order machine AND fast service.
Asked about breads and bagels luckily not realizing I was speaking to a very nice Baker lady. Will be back!

The Hemet location is always good. Gonna write off this one for sure.

I asked for the Mediterranean Bowl with chicken for dinner tonight and I received it with bacon in it which is shocking and unacceptable. In the bowl description, it doesn’t mention that it has bacon in it. I am allergic to Bacon and I had a very bad reaction from eating it. One of the workers said maybe they use the same spoon for all of their sides which is unacceptable again. I feel really sick and I have been vomiting ever since I had the plate. I always get the same order from this location but this time they disappointed me.

Ordered the chicken caesar salad and I was shocked on how bad it was. For $12 I think it would be better. Lots of dead lettuce was packed into the salad bowl so beware! Do not buy salad from here.

I quit doing business here over a year ago because they never got my to go order right. When you get home you never know what you got. So my wife wanted to bring bagels to a function. She made a to go order and we picked up a dozen bagels. Before we left the parking lot I checked the order. It was incorrect again. There were bagles we didn't order, and none of what we did order. Its amazing this place is still in business.

Oscar was very helpful in assisting my parents who are elderly and couldn’t decide what to order. He shared his recommendations and did it with a smile on his face. The workers in the kitchen who gave us our food were very nice. They all do their best to keep the restaurant clean as they constantly empty the trash and pick up the dishes. It is also a study spot for the high school students and it is very refreshing to see students with great ambition.

Panera is my "go-to" when eating fast food. This location has always been quick in the drive-thru and gets my order correct every time.

I travel back n forth a lot and will stop here for coffee and a treat ...but this last visit they seemed a little impersonal at the register area.....I asked if they had artichoke breakfast souffles at this location and the answer I got was "it's lunch time there wouldn't be any" ...
That wasn't my question... Just wanted to know if they carried them... the Panera I go to normally has them until they run out so it could be up to noon or later.....jus sayin....
But the restroom was clean, the place was warm inside, very cold outside that day and it smelled delicious walking in.

Drive through service quite often makes mistakes on orders. If you order anything with a special request be prepared to double check before you leave. Staff is not rude but most of the time in a big hurry. This probably explains the mistakes. Check your receipt carefully.

I go to this Panera Bread sometimes after work. The service is nice however majority of times they mess up on my order. First I asked for a broccoli Cheddar Mac and cheese and they gave me a regular Mac and cheese. Then the last time I went there I asked for the same thing and just got broccoli Cheddar soup. I wish they would double check the order before handing it out. However, if they don't, always check your order before you leave this Panera Bread.

ate at the restaurant and was given the wrong soup. When asked which soup I ordered, the gentleman behind the counter told me chicken noodle came up on order, but I'll give the cream of chicken wild rice. my email receipt said cream of chicken wild rice. I ate the chicken noodle because I was raised to not waste food, I know they would have to throw away the chicken noodle soup if I didn't eat it, was good soup but not what I wanted or ordered. I also do not appreciate being lied to. If you make a mistake, just own up to it. Mistakes happen

Very chill. Relaxed feeling. The food was everything. New cinnamon bun breakfast sandwich that I highly recommend. They have fruit drinks that are soooooooo good. This is my second time in two days going there. They should let me do a commercial. A whole new rebrand. Google Pernitha Tinsley. I'm no ordinary :-) great job.

The other day I went to Panera for the first time and I had a great experience. I was a little nervous since I didn't know how things work there beyond what some family and friends told me. In the end I had a good time enjoying good food and being helped and treated kindly by 2 pink haired women there. I'm particularly thankful with the help figuring out how to connect to the internet. I'll be sure to return in the near future.

I recently did a mobile pick up for a pastry item. I arrived at the store 15 min later around 3pm to pickup and I saw 5 workers and no one approached me at the ordering counter. They have a print out notice saying Mobile orders go to the counter.

I saw a lady with short red hair talking to someone in the back, I yelled out excuse me multiple times … for her then just to walk away out of my view of her.

Terrible customer service, this store has frustrated me enough! Tables and floors are always dirty.

Service was a bit slow as the only cashier was taking a large and apparently complicated phone order. She did greet us, however, and said she’d be with us as soon as she could be. Another person finally came from the back area and took the order. She entered the order with no problem, but had issues entering the Panera club card and taking payment. She was pleasant during the transaction and asked for assistance as soon as the opportunity arose.
The food was ready quickly and was very good. We each ordered sandwiches - turkey and Mediterranean vegetable. The iced tea was very good, but the black tea was quite low, so I had to opt for the green tea. I enjoy green tea, and this one was sweetened, which I didn’t anticipate. It was quite good.

Bowl of soup only less than half full.
Hard to hear person taking order, wearing mask, not speaking loud enough to penetrate mask. Pagers go off only after they shout out a number that is on it a few times. Why hand these out if not using adequately?

I haven't been to Panera Bread in 15 years and I went with my daughter today. I am so very happy with the food and service. I am definitely coming back here for many future trips. The food was amazing. Thank you to the staff for such excellent service. This is a wonderful establishment.

I hadn’t been to a Panera Bread in about 10 years because the last time I was there, the sandwich I ordered was not legit. I stopped off here for a light meal and wow, I was very impressed. Cheerful and helpful staff. Ryan is the manager and he takes really good care of everybody. I ordered the creamy tomato soup/ half tuna sandwich combo and it cost $8.61 including tax. It came out fast and perfect. Tomato soup was on point, hot, had the right amount of freshness to it. The tuna sandwich was great, with plenty of lettuce, tomato, excellent tuna salad, on fresh artisan bread. It even came with an extra portion of sourdough bread for the soup. I complimented Ryan on the whole thing, and he insisted on making me another one of his favorite sandwiches to go on the house. But I decided to just wait until next time and try it, though he did get me to take an oatmeal raisin cookie home with me :-). Very clean restaurant. Lots of healthy options. I have a feeling this is going to one of my regular stops on my way from Central California into Los Angeles. Thank you, everybody!

BEWARE: If you use their app to place an order for delivery and they fail to provide all the items you paid for, they will tell you they cannot refund your order unless you drive down there and request a refund. Basically choosing to rob their customers rather than correct their mistake. You're better off driving there yourself to pick up the order so you can verify its correct and fix it right then if it's incorrect.

Paid $55 for a Pick Two of a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with a Salad and a sandwich, including delivery fees and a tip. Salad incorrect (when did they start putting edamame in a Fuji Apple Salad?) and sandwich missing. No refund for the missing sandwich. Won't be patronizing this location in the future. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Every time I visit the Beaumont location whether it's in the drive-thru or Cafe he always greets guests with a warm welcome and a big smile! I ordered a flat bread pizza, 2 half sandwiches with soup and Mac and cheese, with chips and I ended up getting some full sandwich with bbq chicken and a loaf of bread. Completely wrong order. NEVER EATING AT PANERA BREAD AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!! I have NOTHING but problems when I order food from them.

I am giving this specific Panera location a one star because my experience here was just that. I ordered the broccoli cheddar Mac & cheese for my toddler & some broccoli cheddar soup for myself. The Mac & cheese was extremely runny! It was more runny than my soup! Which also resulted in bland tasting pasta. This is very disappointing, especially since their food is expensive and getting worse. I paid $11 for watery Mac & cheese that is not edible even for my toddlers standards. My soup was also more runny than usual but at least it was edible. I am a long time supporter of Panera but will not be returning to this location. I will also add that we waited for our food to go order for just under 30 mins. Not a good experience to say the least.

Normally in the past even during the pandemic, I've had great service at this and other Panera Bread locations. Not recently, however. Late orders and mistakes are happening way too often. This evening, they got the order wrong. I don't know how they could substitute a salad with chicken for a tuna salad sandwich but they did. To a person who doesn't eat meat, no less! So I called after arriving home after a 30-minute drive. Know what they said? No refund but if I drive 30-minutes back to them --- and another 30 minutes back home --- they'll make it right. Yeah. Sure. Drive another hour for a tuna salad sandwich. How rude! How preposterous! I told the person at this Panera that I would dispute the charge on my credit card. She said go right ahead. Hmmm. Not sure if I'll ever eat at this location again.

Lukewarm latte, tiny cinnamon twist, overly sweet cookie weren'tt enough to keep us from enjoying a quiet hour talking. No paper towels in the men's room, so my husband had to use napkins, but Ryan came by and asked how everything was. He told him about the towels. Ryan quickly apologized and said it would be taken care of, as he crouched down to talk to us. The counter clerk was also friendly and efficient and busy all over the place. We love Panera and will always come back for good soup and salad!

They love to ask me to go to one of the drive thru waiting parking spots when I only ordered a sandwich and soda. And no one was behind me in drive thru. It then takes 20 minutes to get my food

The food is served fresh. Prices are great, especially the Duet Combos. Service is always good. But Panera hides a dark secret. Many patrons believe a hot bowl of soup is a great way to aid their sickness. Many people who are sick will come here for their bowl of " healing soup ". On my last visit there were at least 3 patrons inside with the " Covid Cough " hacking Their lungs 🫁 out inside, all the while trying to sip down their bowl of soup. Management should keep healthy customers safe by telling these Coughing customers to leave or eat outside of the establishment.

As I was purchasing a baguette, I asked the cashier to please put it in the oven for a few minutes to warm it up. She said no but called manager Ryan Flitch who said "NO" without hesitation. I asked why and he said it was because there was no room in the main oven, and the only other oven available he had was the small one, and that a baguette wouldn't fit in it. As he walked away, a female baker told the cashier that she was grabbing a baguette and sticking it in the oven for me. Corporate office will hear about the poor customer service I received from manager, but excellent service from baker.

This location looks nice but my sandwich had barely any toppings on it and the smoothie was 3/4 full in a teeny cup and wasn't even fully blended, the lower 1/3 of the cup was just unblended ice. The people behind the counter seemed to be bothered that I had to come up to ask for my food since it wasn't on the shelf to pick-up, as he was talking to some random person about personal things. I only give this place two stars instead of one because it was fast.

Love this Panera. I eat here almost every meal anywhere from 3-6 days a week! The team is always so on point and polite! The manager Brian does an amazing job as well! Thank you for feeding us in always such a timely manner.

Extremely disappointed. Workers more concerned about gossiping snd giggling than helping and cleaning. Dont care to hear about your date night. Was served cold, uncooked mac n cheese. Old salad, 2 small pieces of chicken, no nuts, had to ask for the dressing and I hate to eat with bent forks! Rancho Bernatdo location, you suck!
