I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from, but my experience was positive. I walked in on Saturday morning for a cake, and the lady greeted me in Spanish, saying she'd be right with me. She took the cake I selected out of the fridge and asked if I needed a birthday sign. The cake was delicious and the service was great and I paid with a credit card.

The worst customer service ever. The bread is good but the the employees are rude and disrespectful. They are even liars. They made us make line over again because the bread wasn’t ready after we already made line. They also lied about lied about when it the bread was going to be ready they told me 30mins I walked about and came right back and the bread was out. They don’t care about the customers.

Don't come here if you only carry cash and don't have EBT! This location really needs to start accepting Debit/Credit!! I refuse to keep coming here if they can't upgrade their systems!!

Very unprofessional establishment. They made a mistake on the color of the cake (wrong color) and they had the audacity to say they did not have time to fix their mistake. Whoever is in charge at this establishment clearly does not care about their customers. Go somewhere else if you have an event and need a cake. We had to get a refund and now have no cake on the day of the event. Not worth the hassle as they do not take their customers serious. One less customer after many years. Very upset.

If I could give this place a 0 I would 1 star is too generous. First I paid 6 dollars for 3 breads 1 concha 1 cuerno and 1 cuerno de azucar the price was insane to me for 3 pieces of bread. The breads were hard and stiff not good at all the concha was ok nothing special not good or bad just ok. Please save yoour money and go to another bakery this place is overpriced and npt good.

I got a cake for my sons 5th birthday. The cake frosting tasted terrible! I get the artificial coloring, but this was like medicine.. Disgusting. My son spit it out and there was way too much frosting. The cake part was dry and there was barley and strawberries in it. I threw the whole cake away. I plan to go pick one up at the Wal-Mart later today to get a better tasting one. Waste of time, planning and money. Now I know where not to buy my cakes.

Me gustaba mucho pero últimamente subieron los precios demasiado en exageración que ya no volví más muy caro el pan y ahora que pusieron el super ahí puedo pasar a agarrar mi panecito más económico

El pan está muy bueno cuando entras a la panadería se siente ese olor a pan recién hecho todo el pan en general está bueno las señoras te atienden con amabilidad como se merece además los pasteles están muy buenos y atrás del mostrador se puede ver a los panaderos haciendo el pa.

Mas caro que si fueras a Portos! 21 dolar por 5 panes, la chica hace sus cuentas sin decir nada solo lo que su cerebro cuenta, se me hace una falta de respeto al consumidor no mostrar precios. Y lo peor si les preguntas el precio del producto o porqué están cobrando tanto, te dan actitud.

Usualmente yo compraba en esta panadería pero subieron demasiado el precio y el pan está muy simple. Mejor compraré mi pan en Porto’s Bakery.

Que lugar tan más mugroso, las ventanas asco, parece que no conocen lo que son la escoba y trapeador el servicio ni hablar igual de puerco que el mismo lugar, moscas por todo el pan. Hasta tienen pan duro y viejo en clearance ósea en oferta jajajjaja que ridiculous! 0 stars asco 🤮 🤢 los pasteles tienen más espuma que pan! horrible sabor, tiene tanta azúcar que no sabes que sabor es. Y aparte hasta con pelos incluidos. NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR ES UNA PORQUERÍA. El súper tiene mucho mejor pan que aquí, hasta Luceros bakery está mil veces mejor. En Porto’s puedes ordenar en línea y lo recoges sin tener que espera en fila. Bueno digo si quieren calidad de verdad.

Nunca vuelvo a comprar un pastel en esta pastelería fue un fiasco lo que me dieron de pastel fue la primera y última ves que pongo mis pies dentro de ese lugar 😡odio que te den lo que ellos quieran y no por lo que estés pagando esta horrendo el pastel y de hecho se fue la basura porque no se antojaba para nada 🤮🤮😡😡😡

Compre un pastel especial que no fue tan barato..💰💰💰...😒.. y fue escojido de las fotos q tienen ellos en su catalago.... se miraba q tenia flores natural q nunca me dijieron😒😒😒😒 q no eran😒..... fueron de plastico😒😒 ... asi como se miraba era un pastel q hiba estar muy bonito q al final. Esta panadería arruinó el cumpleaños de mi hijo el peor pastel que pude haber comprado yo ordené un pastel con relleno de fresa y decoración de fruta y esto obtuve el pastel estaba como duro no era fresco y además cobraron extra por la fruta y obtuve un pastel que ni waltmar vende algo tan desagradablemente asqueroso

Esta bueno el pan . Pero siempre te cobran de más ..EJEMPLO .. si tu vas con tu charola de pan a pagar . Te lo embolsan y te dicen son $14.50 y si les preguntas , cuanto vale cada este pan , y este , y este , y este al final cuando haces tus cuentas de cada Precio que te dieron de cada pan , siempre sale menos .. lo hice 3 veces y hasta que les dije que por que robaban a la gente trabajadora ... por eso jamás vas a ver los precios en las vitrinas .

Ya llevo años comprando en este lugar su personal es muy amable venden un rico pan pero sobre todo el bolsillo está sabrosisimo te dura hasta una semana y no se hace duro postres desde pasteles gelatina y pudimos todo bie sabroso puedes pagar de todas las maneras que existen con eso no hay problema te lo recomiendo

Gran variedad y muy buen pan mexicano,el bolillo lo hacen varias veces al día y lo puedes encontrar calientito,además de pasteles y postres.
Lo recomiendo además hay mucho estacionamiento.
