Food was great but service was not. Our waitress, Kimberly, seemed more preoccupied with chitchatting with her coworkers than doing her job. When she finally went to check in on us I asked her for more drinks and as I was talking she walked way. I had to call her over again to get everything I wanted. This was the worst experience, I will definitely avoid her next time. But management, please train her better.

The waitress was slow in taking the order. Like she was a new member of IHop. I’ve seen her before. Waited 30 minutes for my food until the waitress came to let me know that my order never went through her little iPad they carry. If I wanted to reorder it would take another 30 minutes cause they were very busy in the kitchen. I got up and I didn’t even pay for the orange juice I have drank 15 minutes prior to her letting me know about my order.

This location is exceptionally clean and well organized. Our server Evelia was great to us. She brought our order out nice and hot and she offered good suggestions for us.

I visited ihop is not first time in USA. this is the worst one ! because Kimberly is not an english speaker. I ask orange juice is include of combo ?she doesn't offer regular or large size. just give a large size. spoken with the manager but not helpful too.
pancake is cold too.

money is nothing but no service at all.
I will not recommend people 😒 😤

A standard IHOP for morning breakfast. Quick service as you would expect from ihop.

The host was gracious and food was tasty. The omelette, platters and coffee.

The location is suitable with grocery markets around. Ample parking.

Came for National pancake day .. Get a dress shirt stack pancakes.. Hard great service . Really nice waitress.. Hey and pancakes were free what more can you ask for..mmm they were really good..

Hace 2 semanas una amiga me invitó a desayunar....soy turista....la comida llegó rápido , caliente...café bien servido, waiter muy atento. Lo único q les recomiendo es q actualizan su menú y precios por q los q salen acá en Googlemaps son demasiado viejos :) .....mi amiga y yo desayunamos un 2x2 2 pancakes y huevo y tocino y vale $12.99 más el valor del coffee......por lo demás el ambiente es bonito. Lo único q se imaginan no ver a una amiga de años....ingresamos alas 9:30am y eran las 11am y nosotras hablando Lero Lero jaja y el waiter cobrandonos por q el debía cerrar caja . Cosas q uno no se espera.....ó a lo mejor la mala costumbre en otros países q tu te sientas y no te miden el tiempo. Por lo demás estubo rico.

I grew up in Cudahy came to this Ihop as a child teen and as an adult but I left for several yrs I still see some familiar faces but service has definitely changed. The host had given me a table but I asked him for a different one and he said yes but left the menus on the table he had giving me and walked away lol I laughed not to the mad.

Manager Alicia, y Estela were amazing! I went to a different IHOP and it was packed I called here and asked them about the wait. I went in and they sat us immediately. Customer service was awesome. Thank you ladies!

I've been here several times and I haven't left boasting about my breakfast, ever. Their prices are slightly higher than competing dinners like Dennys or Norms where you could get better food for cheaper by the way. I did however like their food. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and the tender to bread to veggies ratio was really good, some would say a little too chicken heavy! The sauce was nice and added a spice and their fries were good. Would have the meal again but for like $3 cheaper and I would be extremely happy.

The place was OK we got seated quite fast. Waitress, on the other hand, was a different story. After placing our orders, she brought us the wrong ones wanting while waiting for the correct ones it took them a while. And at the end when we get our check she charged me for the incorrect item and tells me it's the same price as the one we order after reviewing the menu we told her the price where not the same

We went to breakfast this morning with my mother who is in a wheelchair and the people in charge of seating the customers made us wait for 40 minutes until I asked when they were going to attend us and the manager told us they didn’t have a table for deseable people. Please don’t visit this place is terrible.

Great experience overall. I like breakfast food so this is my place to go during the afternoon or evening. It's a bit pricey but I don't come often so it's alright. The service was ok, not spectacular but the waiter waiting on my table was super nice. Would come here again.

Me and my hubby came here for brunch today and we were seated very promptly we were given costumer service very fast which is nice but I can’t help but wonder if this was a racial kind of thing she kept checking on us and asking us if we were good if we were ready for the check eventually she left the check at our table but we were still eating and talking.. I am assuming she pointed out the fact that I am black and my husband is Latino so I guess she thought we’d dash on her which is rude and very judgmental the both of us have very successful careers so I didn’t appreciate her rushing us we will be going to Denny’s next time.

We try to have our breakfasts here every time we are in town.
The service is quick and correct, and we have yet to be given a reason to question the service or the meals.

I've been here before but this past weekend was it for us. I took my mother & daughter for breakfast & about 5 minutes into my mom's meal, she took a fork full of food & pulled a hair out of her mouth. I called the waitress, told her quietly & showed her the long hair that came out. She didn't apologize or anything, took the plate & asked if we wanted a replacement, which my mom said yes to. About 3 minutes later, my daughter grabs her bread to move it to my plate & along with her bread, pulled out from her mash potato was another long hair. I decided to call the manager, Tony, (knew he was the manager because he was dressed differently & was helping the staff, showed him what was pulled from her plate & told him that we had just sent my mom's food back for the same reason. He said that he tries his best to have the staff pull their hair back when cooking & I said that I understood. He asked what we wanted to do & my daughter asked for a replacement, which he was okay with. Both their food came out & about 2 seconds latwr my daughter pointed out yet another hair in the Mac n Cheese. We called the waitress, showed her & she took it to the back, the manager came out, placed both hands on the edge of our table & said, "This is too much, no?" I said, yeah, it is. He came up to us short of accusing us of doing it on purpose. I never asked for a discount, never said I wasn't going to pay, as a matter of fact, I paid about $70 in total. He just seemed so unapologetic & to make us feel like we placed the hair in the food, like c'mon. They've got cameras, they could have 100% checked them before coming at us like that. Just ridiculous.

Friendly and fast service without sacrificing taste. We got a table right away even though all waiters and the reception was visibly l super busy running around. Restaurant was clean, probably the cleanest IHOP I've been to.
