Conde Cakes

Wouldn't recommend this place. Cakes are mid and customer service sucks and their handwriting is that of a beginner if not worse.
I ordered a $48 square cake and they don't even put it in a box. The staple up cardboard together and to top it off, it doesn't come with a cover/lid to shield the cake on the car ride home. All the dust and debris was on it by the time it made it home. I asked for a empty cake cardboard so that I can use it to cover the cake and the old man refused to provide me one. Will not buy again. Take your business elsewhere

First off I am not a picky person I love cakes and baked goods but this place makes horrible nasty cakes. I purchased one for my grandmas birthday my family not being picky as well, they said it was nasty it had no flavor and it looked old and tasted old. Also purchased some breads they tasted stale and bad maybe it was a bad day for them but I will not be going back ever again. Also he took my money and then decided to put decorations on he cake after he took my money and some other customers money

This place gave us the worst experience honestly NEVER GO!!! We placed an order for the cake we needed and asked for it to be ready at 2pm, well that was a waste of time because it was 4 and THEY STILL DID NOT HAVE IT READY! Aside from that the employee was super rude he basically threw the cake at me when I told him that the decoration was no where near what the person taking my order told me they could do for me. Then he said that everyone was laughing at me... WHY? Because I was dissatisfied? The cake was ready super late, and then the decoration super ugly the color from the black writing smeared everywhere, HOW IS ANYONE SUPPOSE TO BE HAPPY WITH THAT! I would give this place zero stars if I could. Super sloppy work!!!

They misspelled my son's name on the cake even though I clearly wrote it on a piece of paper for him. Owner didnt seem to care. Plus I ordered a 3 leches with flan & the cake was still dry. Cakes use to be good here. Not anymore.

Family has been going here since 89’ they’re just regular good tasting cakes with standard decorations. What are you expecting? Some cake boss type of experience? Get out of here with that and cry about it else where.

Mi orden de pastel resulto mucho mas hermoso de lo que yo esperaba. Aparte de lo detallado que resulto, el sabor del pastel también salió muy rico. Los 20 años que tengo de conocer esta pastelería no me deja de sorprender. Gracias por cumplir su promesa en brindar un pastel hermoso y sabroso. No es muy común recibir las dos cosas en uno. No lo recomiendo ,el 27 de Marzo compre un pastel de tres leches y no volvere a comprar Jamas; el pan sabia viejo y duro y ni húmedo estaba solo lo relleno de una crema o pudin? con la pena todos tiraron su pastel porque a nadie le gustó , también compre unas empanadas de carne y lo mismo viejas y la "carne" era más cebo y todo duró todo lo tuve que tirar $100 dls tirados a la basura ese día

Don't place an order the phone. They dont understand and they forgot to make my cake. Worst service. This place went down hill after the few years. Use to be a good place. So disappointing, thabk you for runining Mother's day. Avoid this place.

worst bakery ive ever been!!! first time there i bought a cake for my father when i came to pick up the cake the lady dropped the cakes box sure enough it happens but she proceded to place my cake onto that dirty box that just fell on the floor! i told her off & said it wasnt sanitary how dare her put my cake on a dirty box in front of my face!!! 2nd time which was last night went to this bakery again to buy 2 "pan de nata" aka milk bread to only get home & find mold at the bottom of my cake!!! i called conde cakes to only be told its normal to find mold on milk cakes to take layer off & eat it like that!!! i couldn't believe him! PAN PODRIDO ABAJO DEL PAN!
