First time going there just for the cashier to be rude I asked for a box for my bread and she got upset and kept saying only if I buy more bread but I have gotten enough bread for a box -__- she didnt even close my bread or look at me after I was being nice to her.. I work with customer service as well ... It's hard but too bad u should always have a smile -__-

Lots of flies landing on bread that is left to cool out in the open. Lady was sweeping while the bread was not covered. Used a soiled glove from where they have utensils on the counter to bag 6 bodies which I was charged 2x$1 when the door says 3x$1.
Bread had the taste of alcohol from the sanitizer they use before using the soiled glove!
Never buying bread there again.

Closing times varies. They close when they feel like it. So don't go by the times posted. Also bread is a hit or miss. Some are nice and fluffy some are not.

DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ORDER WRONG TWICE! I ordered a cake and they got it all wrong so I called and told them. They acknowledged they gave me the wrong cake so they apologized and offered to redo it. Well the second one was also very wrong. How can you get an order thats written on paper wrong??SIMPLY READ WHAT THE ORDER RECEIPT SAYS. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!

We got a cake perfectly detailed they had the wrong design. Not only that flavors were made wrong as well. NOT INLY THAT BUT we cut the cake and shared with the family. Next thing you know a long white hair pops up in the cake. Not only do they get the cake wrong but they also leave you a suprise hair in them. Don’t recommend

Pedí jugo verde, la cajera ni se lava las manos ni pone guantes para agarrar los vegetales de la vitrina, se le cayó la manzana y así la recojio del suelo. No le agrego todo lo que debe y es demasiado caro. DEBEN DE TENER MAS HIGIENE!!!!

Superb! Excellent quality and friendly service. Put in a huge order for Piedras con Chocolate (which were not on the shelves) and we’re ready at 7AM the next day for collection.

Por Dios!!! No les doy no 1 estrella !!! Solo por que 1 es la menor calificación.. que horribles pasteles , es la segunda ocasión en la que ordeno un pastel y están muy horribles, tanto de sabor como de apariencia, los ordenas con 1 semana de anticipación y ni aun así! El pastelero se esmera en hacer bien su trabajo no tienen nada de sentido común. Y aparte de todo esto el precio es muy alto.

Okay this is the spot for bread, we enjoy the bread selection the fact they also have fresh juices made, coffee, Centra America cream, cakes. Must visit, even bolillo 😋.

Mal servicio mi esposa pidió un pastel de tres leche y parece que solo le echaron media crema por estaba más seco que el desierto... y luego pidió de fresa con nueces y le dieron banano con fresa como quien dice hacen lo que quieren y luego pago 5 dolares más por que hiban a ponerle no que cosa para que se mirara más bonito el pastel y no fue así...así que mal servicio para mi es la primera y la última vez que se compra ahí lo bueno que no es la primera jajajaj

Ordered a cake a week in advance for my sons bday when I received the cake no happy birthday caption how I wanted on the cake neither the Oreo’s around the cake but one just one Oreo cookie on the cake the lady stated the delivery man that drops the cakes off just dropped it off and she was busy with customers I told her busy or not u should have the time to check the delivery’s you’re getting and give the paying customer what they ordered that is what we are paying for i told her I kept calling and calling the day before because I had read the reviews so I had a feeling for some reason something was just not going to be right so I wanted to call and confirm my order to be on the safe side and nobody answered called multiple times no answer so disappointed never again to top it off she only states she can give me 5 dollars and when we cut the cake not the flavor we wanted plus it was very dry not moist at all

Good pan dulce and fresh juices! They even have champurado in the mornings or Avena! They also have a ham sandwich that's pretty good.

In the morning they sell oatmeal and champurrado and Bread of course. The bread in my opinion was kind of dry and the oatmeal and champurrado tasted weird especially the champurrado
