Love the fact that they have mini conchas! They are so fresh and soft .
Their bollios are also good! Oh and their jalapeño with cheese bread is the best!
I haven’t tried their cakes yet but they have some really nice big cakes and invidual cakes.

I was highly recommend this bakery by my friend. It was absolutely 💯 what I ordered the bread was delicious, not dry and I am truly thankful for such a beautiful cake.
I would have given 5 stars however, I had only 1 issue. Paying a deposit for the stand! It's plastic! Definitely not valued at the deposit charged. And very inconvenient to be responsible for retrieving them at a hall party where I had other priorities...
But I will absolutely be back! I loved it. My guest loved it... Thank you....

We don't come here often... we've gotten our "rosca de reyes" from Reyna's bakery 2 or 3 yrs in a row now. We purchase sweet bread once in a blue moon, and birthday cakes even less often. This year I got a cake to celebrate my husband's birthday from this bakery. In all honesty, I was too lazy to drive all the way to Lucero's in Bell Gardens. So I stopped by here more out of convenience than anything else. Let me tell you... my 1st time buying, even trying a "cachiflan" cake (half cheesecake half flan) and for the whopping price of $28 for an 8" cake?!? Definitely NOT worth it!! My whole family was kind of disappointed in the flavor. Maybe we're not a cachiflan type family? Maybe the cachiflan is not Reyna's forte? Who knows... one thing is certain: I won't be buying it a 2nd time (at least not from here).

Definitely ordering from here again. I was able to make my order and payment over the phone. The person taking my order was very polite and attentive to my order. I sent her what I wanted through text and I got exactly what I asked for. The cake was DELICIOUS!!!!! I got the cachiflan special which has a layer of chocolate, white, flan and cheesecake. And price was very good. I definitely recommend this place for ur next cake order.

I usually bought at this bakery but they raised the price too much and the bread is very simple. They are always changing prices, they have lost a customer. Id better buy my bread at Portos Bakery.

Always ask for your receipt. I was told Id be getting charged $20 for 12 pc pan dulce. Usually, I ask for a receipt, but based on the service Ive had, I thought I could trust them. I checked my billing, and it was changed to $28. It was a short, dark, fat guy who attended me. After their not only did they lose my trust but a client.

They beyond met my expectations. The ladies are very polite the bakery is well stocked with lots of different kind of pan dulce its very clean. Went to ask for a cake last minute thinking they would turn me down like every other bakery in town and thankfully they did not. They took my order and assured me it would be ready the next day. Not only did it look gorgeous but it was delicious fresh and moist. Frosting was perfect as well not so sweet.

Bad customer service. Been coming here for years but it s time to find a new spot. Lady wouldn t give me an extra box for the bread and kept calling me demanding. So rude

I asked for a tres leches and they gave me a regular vanilla cake with strawberries. When we call to let them know they said there s nothing they could do. Basically tough luck. Won t be buying anything from them again as this isn t the first time they look bad. Awful customer service they only care about $$$$$

I have been to this bakery 4 times and won t be stopping ever again. Customer service is poor. First time I ordered a cake smash cake and everything was great. Second time I went in for bread and to order a birthday cake. Bread was dry and hard and the cake was overpriced. I ordered a plain white 10in cake for $100. Third time I decided to give the bread a second chance. I ordered 13 conchas and the lady threw them in a grocery bag. I asked her nicely if she could placed them in a box instead as I live in Irvine and she told me she would charge extra for a box, I agreed to the extra charges and she seemed annoyed. After placing them in a box she puts a bag over instead of the lid. Fast forward to this weekend, I sent my sister to pick up the cake and it was given to her in a huge bread box with no support or lid. The cake was obviously not make it anywhere. My sister asked the worker if she had an actual cake box and the lady said no. She told my sister that she can put it in the trunk and there s risks with all cakes. She then forcefully puts the cake in another box and ruined the cake with her hands. She said they would fix it but then she never came back and sent another worker. The people in line couldn t believe what the worker was saying. Completely absurd. Very unprofessional, rude and overpriced. Definitely won t be purchasing from them again.

These where our wedding cakes for our Dia de los muertos themed Wedding. Absolutely loved them. We had such an assortment of cakes and flavors. They where all a big hit both in looks and flavors.

TOO EXPENSIVE!! Theyre prices tripled over the years!! I rather go to El Gallos Bakery. I 100x would rather drive a couple miles for good quality and great prices, than to walk around the corner for some hard old high priced bread.
