Starbucks

This is my go-to Starbucks. The service is wonderful. The Baristas have the best personalities always willing to be so helpful. They know my favorite drink, and to top it off, they all are always in a pleasant mood. I’ve never had an issue with my order.

I came early to fix a problem or two if I had done by mistake on mobile app order. Rude lady as a cashier was like you literally just ordered 2 minutes ago. They're more nice to my hubby as we order here 5 times a week. My husband has a nice mustache so it's always a conversation starter. Our drinks come out okay . Food comes okay as well. Where is the original people whom worked here ? This place isn't the same .

There's always no line, very clean, very fast service. I always order a venti light iced white chocolate mocha with an extra shot.

Definitely one of the best in the area. Great service, great food, and great employees! Extremely nice and genuine and the drinks are pretty good here, highly recommend!

Drive thru is a little weird. The only entrance for drive thru is on Bellflower street and it can be a tight turn to enter. You can't access the drive thru by turning on Cedar street because there are polls that divide the entrance and exit from the drive thru so it makes it almost impossible for you to enter that way.

If you plan not to add tip when pay, expect huge delay for just one hot coffee. So I give one star for the service . Good atmosphere compared to others though.

I mean just because I order water doesn't mean I should be ignored afterwards. I order from Starbucks all the time. Plus I know that you can just come in for things like this. But whatever, some things/people will never change.

I went to Starbuck and order a drink with extra caramel. I was in the drive thru for this transaction. When I got to the window to retrieve my drinks. I was giving my drink that was not what I asked for. The cashier gave me my drink and she never say anything to be about my drink I ordered. I had to ask the cashier that I did not get the drink I ask for. So the cashier tells me that they just run out of caramel. But if I did not say nothing to the cashier then I would of been charge for something that I did not get. I request a refund and I noticed on my refund receipt amount of my drink and my extra caramel was refund. SMH .. Be aware check your receipt. I will not be returning to this Starbuck

Service at this location is second to none. Staff is beyond friendly. They remember your name and your order. Thank you Lex and Adele for your service and always having egg protein boxes ready.

The tall barista was super rude instead of helping an older customer that obviously was confused. Then yelled " you can't record in here" at a younger kid that was recording on his phone. She was just not a pleasant person.

The best Starbucks drive-through in SOCAL service is excellent! My favorite Venti dark roast with half-half baristas always gets it right and very helpful.

Standard Starbucks, you know what to expect as far as food and drinks. Staff was incredibly friendly. The location is newer, so everything is nice and updated.

They don't do drinks well here. I have purchased a couple and nope! Either too sweet, burnt bean taste, etc. They also do not give proper change here. Cashier (drive thru) dropped my change outside and made me pay change TWICE even tho it was her fault. Also, she couldn't calculate change correctly. I had to tell her what my total was. Very annoying 🙄

Overall a very chill place to chill n hangout and the staff are cool people ! No real issue , you don't have to wait too long for your orders ... 3 to 10 mins tops ! Recommend come on down and see for yourself !

I ALWAYS have the best experience at this location. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Drinks are always delicious. I prefer coming to this nee location vs any other location, hands down. It has outside seating and plenty of parking.

Brand new location off the 91 freeway that recently opened. This one has it's own parking lot so there's plenty of parking available. Outdoor seating as well. I haven't seen this particular location get as busy as other locations which is actually nice. No long lines to wait in and therefore faster service. Coffee is always good here.

The workers then greet you when you walked in .. a customer was in front of me and I thought he already ordered because he was standing there for a while and nobody said anything to him come to find out nobody even taking his order.. and then the barista that took his order looks as if he did not want to be there.... This is a brand new pretty Starbucks and it's literally across the street from my house !but the way the service was I would rather drive to the one in Cerritos next to Crumbles then to drive across the street..

Not happy with my visit, the drive thru entrance is very sharp. If you are traveling Bellflower northbound you definitely have to back up at least once in order to avoid damaging your car, especially with a full sized truck. My barista wasn't welcoming and my beverage was more ice than actual beverage.

Newly opened and staff seem eager to establish a good market. Place is clean and airy and roomy. There are seats outside if one prefers dine outside.

Hopefully, the site becomes successful. Arcade only has this store so far.
