Honestly, I keep coming back here because its close to the house, but I could probably drive to the one in Anaheim and still make it back here before the drinks are ready. Every time I order a simple green tea it take 20 minutes. Other than that, I mean place is clean and drinks taste as they should

I only come here because it's close to where I live. Everytime I get coffee here it's watery and just poorly made. Cold Foam is supposed to be thick and frothy and this location is lazy with it...it's almost like the just topped it off with cream. Only some employees are really nice here hence the 3 stars...girl with tattoos there acts annoyed and rude. I'll try a different starbucks location from now on 👍

Bad service, I got a caramel macchiato and they didn’t put drizzle on it. I was trying to be nice and ask for a side of caramel drizzle to do it myself and didn’t even complain about them not doing it. (It’s not the first time. Sometimes they said it sunk to the bottom. Yeah right. It sinks that fast when you don’t get the foam thick enough, but if that happens that means that barista can’t do lattes, and needs to get trained!) The lady at the register didn’t even know what I was talking about then ask someone else. She came back saying they need to charge for extra syrup because “it’s our syrup” she said. I told her how it’s not syrup I wanted, just drizzle and kept saying we charge for syrup 🤦🏻‍♀️. I just said it’s ok and left. I have never gotten charged for extra caramel DRIZZLE at any Starbucks especially if I didn’t get any, and that is part of the drink’s garnish!

Good Starbucks over all, staff is ultra friendly. I know being in the service industry is already hard so I sympathize with them when they’re busy and doing the best they can. Always my go to location

Ordered a venti iced green tea latte with light ice and this doesn't look like light ice. It's not the first time they've done it and and it's no annoying practically taking 4 sips and my drink being almost done because of all the ice.

Horrible location with rude staff. Arrived at the time the company has said they would open and was ignored by staff while waiting to be told through the glass in a rude tone we don’t open til 5 when it says 4:30. Mayne the hours are wrong, doesn’t mean you have to be rude, learn how to train your people how to customer service.

I went through this drive through 45min before closing just on a whim when I was driving past and I'm very glad I did. The staff was VERY friendly and gave helpful suggestions, and my drink (soy caramel ribbon crunch) came out absolutely perfect! I've been having trouble with service and my drinks being wrong at my local starbucks, so it was really refreshing to have such a wonderful experience, even if I was just going through the drive through! I only wish I'd caught the name of the young lady at the window. Her customer service was excellent!

After leaving another Starbucks because of an employee being rude to me. I came to this location, very friendly employees at the drive thru, especially (adelina) she was kind. But whoever made my drink, did not do a good job. Doesn't taste as good as the other times I ordered it. Not my usual location for a Starbucks drink. But hopefully they can get better at making drinks, if they are new.

Went to Starbucks on a Saturday at 830 pm and no one was there. There was no sign saying it was closed . The website says they are open to 10pm . It’s not the first time I come to this location and it is closed.

Worst Starbucks location ever! I walked up to the window to order, when finished ordering 3 cars pull up to drive through, they took care of the whole drive through before I could get my order!!

Very timely mobile order pickup. I love that you can pick up at the stand. Parking is tight because the drive thru boxes you in when it is busy.

So slow and the girl at the window had a full conversation with the person in front of me.....while I was waiting to pick up my mobile order......and after I pick it up.......my venti cup is only filled to a grand size........ripoff.....If I wanted a grande, I would order and pay grande price......

I felt bad for them because they didn't have enough workers and they were going to have to close after my car but I was very thankful that I got in the line in time. They're very good there they're very kind and I really appreciated their service.

It's a walk up window and drive through only AND there is no bathroom. Other than that the frap coffee's are awesome.

Love Starbucks drive thru. they are supper fast and friendly. I went a while back and there was this girl she was so nice and happy she made me and my mom happy 😂 she really spread the joy and woke us up who even needs coffee with all that joy never seen someone so happy to work at Starbucks. I thought it was really nice.

DEAN THE FAKE STORE MANAGER WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO MAKE A WALK UP ORDER HE SAID HE WASN'T ALLOWED TO OPEN THE WALK UP WINDOW HE SAID HE WAS THE STORE MANAGER BUT THE CONTACT INFORMATION SAYS OTHERWISE. HIM AND AN ASIAN EMPLOYEE AMONGST OTHER STAFF WE'RE MAKING A JOKE OF THE SITUATION AT MY EXPENSE.

THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I HAD PROBLEMS AT THIS LOCATION THEY NEED TO SHUT THEM DOWN IF THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK.
