Terrible customer service. The managers/supervisors (women) at this store need customer service training. They're so rude, sarcastic attitude and unprofessional. It's a joke how these people become managers. The rate is actually 0 stars.

The Pharmacist at this location is very unprofessional and rude. She needs to be trained on how to talk to people. They take so long to fill a prescription., and than have the nerve to talk to you with an attitude. I will never return to this Walgreens. The pharmacist left me waiting at the window for a long time, ignored me, and I had my sick grandchild with me.

The staff here are rude, unfriendly and treat ppl like numbers. They have very poor customer service skills. They don't acknowledge you at the window, emotionless. They should not be in these types of jobs if they can't be compassionate or just consider it a job. This is why they lost my business. Neighborhood Wal-Mart south better.

Terrible place to pick up my medicine they don’t even know what medicine you need to pick up and ask your information numerous times when my Doctor already had sent my prescription and also told me that I needed to comeback in 4 hours poor pharmacy staff don’t seem to know what they are doing I’m going to switch to a better pharmacy.

Why does it take so long to fill a prescription? It always takes over an hour, usually longer. Rite Aide used to fill prescriptions in minutes after receiving the order. I don't get what the issue is

Please add staff in the afternoon!!!!! Line is too long ...only one staff working!!!!!! Value ur costumer cause without them no income for u!!!Dont let us wait too long just for pick up!!!

DO NOT HAVE FED EX PACKAGES SHIPPED HERE! I had my shipment from Nike shipped here for me to pick up. I arrived on Saturday morning at 9am after getting an email notifying me that my package was there the day before. Upon arrival, a guy greeted me and asked for my name - he went to the back and came back saying there was no packages there with my name and asked if I had it shipped in a different name. I thought this was odd and then a girl with pink hair stepped up and said that fed ex drivers always marked packages delivered but don’t always deliver them and said my package would probably arrive sometime that day. I went to my car and proceeded to contact fed ex to help me track my package and fed ex told me that my package had been physically scanned there the previous evening at 610pm and that it had to be there. I went back in and the guy who first helped me asked me what I needed and I told him that my package had been scanned into their location so that it had to be there. He went back to the same room he went to initially and came back out in less than 10 seconds saying that “someone must have placed it in the wrong area and that he found it this time”. My box appeared to have opened and taped closed again so it seems to me like they saw the contents of my package and tried to tell me they didn’t have it. Will never have anything rerouted to a Walgreens location for pick up.

It is the worst pharmacy, they tell you to come back at an hour and when you go to pick up the medicine they tell you that it is not ready yet and that you have to wait and I went a day later and it still wasn't ready

This is the worst pharmacy ever! I was supposed to get my medication delivery. Today was the 5th day. I call the pharmacy and they have no request for delivey! Km in tears with severe uti! I have nobody that can pick up my medication.

It's always the same, no one around to help you find stuff. Pharmacy is either closed or person is on break someplace..
Cashiers are polite. Prices are high.

Called this place twice just today for the pharmacist to hang up on me, was jus trying to get information about a covid appt and the people right there cant even take a minute out of there day to answer the phone. They actually picked up and hung up twice. Get your customer service stuff together.

It's my local store and I go here to get over the counter medicines and other things when I'm in a rush. Easy parking, run in get your items and you're on your way.

Not helpful on the phone at all, wouldn't check to see if something is in stock. Why would someone drive there to see if an item is in stock when they just called.

As I shopped around the store, I noticed workers following me, especially when I was in the make-up isle. My cart was pretty full of Christmas gifts. While at hair product isle, 4 Wal-Mart workers walked through and continuously stared at my shopping cart. Shopping at this Walgreens made me feel her uncomforable, as if they did not believe I was going to buy all the items in my cart. When at the register, this rude cashier asked me for my ID card, I said would use it as an ATM transaction . He insisted in me showing him my ID. As I took my wallet out of purse , he told me to step aside. I did, it took me around a minute to find my ID. I waved at the cashier holding my drivers license. He said to get in line, the line was pretty long. When I got to the register again ( for the 2nd time) this cashier had cancelled my entire transaction. when has yo ring up 230.00 worth of items all IVER again. it was a lengthy process . It was a very bad shopping experience.

I had originally walked into Rite Aide to print pictures for my grandfathers funeral and they were not helpful at all so I went into this Walgreens. Their photo staff was so helpful I cannot remember his name maybe "Rick or Rich" but that guy needs a raise. he was so patient with me and told me at anytime to press the green button if I needed help. When my order was done it said it would not be ready till the following morning and he went ahead and got everything for me. I could not be happier with this Walgreens

I love going to Walgreens! When ever I need make up I always come here there are many brands and its really convenient since I live really close. I also come when I need hair products...the deals are very good...the last time I went they had buy 2 get 1 free and really loved the Garnier hair products that I bought.
