Damn good pie. Forget all the past history and locations from last few years. The universe brought me to Beverly Hills from Chicago on the day Curtis opened this new shop, and I happen to travel the world looking for the best apple pie. Blink and you'll miss the store front. When I walked in past the lunch crowd standing in line for a table, I was surprised at the world they created inside a tiny space. I ordered the pie to go, reheated it (per the instructions) and it did not disappoint. Heavy aroma of cinnamon, butter and apples. A crispy, thin crust, with loads of thinly sliced apples inside, and a marvelous mouth feel. Excellent balance of sugar and spices. One of the best of ever tasted. Highly recommend. I’ll be back to try the savory pies and pastries someday soon.

I don’t typically eat savory pies but the beef & burgundy was out of this world! Flaky, flavorful crust and tender, well-seasoned beef. I can’t wait to go back. 😋

If he opens another one that is a little closer to home. I'm thinking anywhere within a 20 mile radius of Single Thread. Would be perfect! Hint hint

This Michelin-starred pie shop lives up to the hype. It is a small store, easy to miss but if you wander inside you will find pie heaven. Savory and sweet pies of all sorts, made fresh every day and everything is absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to the butteriest, most delicious pull apart bread we ever tasted.

Be there early as they sell out quick and get some pie. You will not regret it.

I have never experienced this bad communication anywhere. First time, they were so rude but decided to overlook this because I really wanted to try it. Their cinnamon roll was good but way too sweet and rich. I had a migraine from all the sugar. Then, I came after work one day. It was just closed without any notice on social media (which I checked before going). Today, I felt like going again to try their sandwiches. Well, after checking on Google and Facebook to make sure it was open, I get there and it’s closed. I’m never coming back. This is a definite no for me.
