We had an unplanned lunch at Negroni on a weekday in August and really enjoyed it. What made our experience special wasn’t just the food but our server, an exceptional young man named David, who showed incredible enthusiasm for his work. We later learned that he is studying to become a lawyer, which was even more impressive and a reminder that whatever you do—even temporarily—do it well. This reinforces why human resources are a company's most valuable asset.
As for the food, the salmon and branzino were good, but I especially loved how they served the bread with creamed ricotta, honey, and truffle. It was delicious! Although it was pricy, being in Beverly Hills, that’s to be expected. I recommend it, a solid 4,5 ⭐️

I’ve been here for dinner multiple times and can say that the quality and service has been top tier every time. I love the vibe of the restaurant as well, it’s a great date or girl dinner spot, the orange lighting makes it moody and it has an upscale feel. I would even go just to sit at the bar for a couple drinks. There’s been a dj every time I’ve gone, they play good upbeat but still chill house music, which is played at a volume loud enough to hear the song but not too loud to where you have to raise your voice

The food items that I have tried so far are: ebi crab roll, shrimp bravo roll, truffle carpaccio, risotto Milanese (served with bone marrow), truffle fries, tuna tartare, calamari, rigatoni alla vodka, filet Mignon, home mama’s Milanese (breaded veal chop) and the tuna and salmon crispy rice.
My favorites are the salmon and tuna crispy rice, tuna tartare, rigatoni alla vodka, filet mignon and risotto Milanese

The cocktails that I’ve had are the espresso martini, a good standard espresso martini (no Baileys added) and the sunset disco margarita. Both are my favorites and I order one of each every visit!

The desserts are also delicious! I have had the tiramisu, napoleon, crème brûlée (my fav) and chocolate cake

First time stop by here cause I saw the place name negroni. I'm a big fan of negroni cocktail. Negroni is Italian cocktail with ingredients of gin, Campari, sweetvermouth and splash of 🍊. We just came by walk in after dinner time and they used very interesting gin from middle eastern. Great negroni and balance. Can't wait to have dinner in future to try their food .

We were seated quickly and immediately enjoyed the fun vibe, our server David did a fantastic job recommending several items on the menu. He offered excellent service during our meal and was warm and friendly, we can't wait to return.
Crispy Rice with tuna, Tataki Salmon, porn star martinis, some fab pasta dishes, it was all top notch quality cuisine, their Creme Brulee was best we've ever had.

we went there for a quick bite and some drinks, our bartender Wyatt was so lovely, he turned my vegeterian friend to a pescetarian! he recommended the octopus, which we both really loved. the atmosphere was great too, definitely worth a try!!

My husband and I looked in because we saw this fairly new restaurant in Beverly Hills and Negroni s are one of our favorite drinks. We were invited back for a tasting and Negroni making class that night and had an awesome time. We went back a couple nights later for a tasting menu that was superb, and now we ve gone back for cocktail hour this place is a gem! The vegan cough cauliflower dish was to die for! Vegetarian options: The cauliflower dish was superb and to die for I believe it had a cashew crème sauce. Parking: Public parking is right next-door and it s free for the first two hours.

The chic Negroni restaurant impresses with a stylish atmosphere and excellent cuisine. Particularly noteworthy are the tender salmon and the homemade cacio e pepe pasta, whose quality you can immediately taste. The handmade noodles are a real highlight. The attentive service contributes to the feel-good atmosphere, and the delicious dessert rounds off the experience perfectly. A visit that will definitely be remembered!

My husband and I stopped into Negroni, without reservations for brunch September 14th. Not only was the restaurant beautiful, the food was great and our server was personable and gave us an absolutely wonderful experience. David was authentic and fun and gave us a memorable experience for our first visit to Beverly Hills. My husband had the delicious truffle burger and I had the truffle eggs. We drank aperol spritz and macchiato s. They were perfectly made! We also tried a new (to us) cocktail, fernet branca and coke! Yummmm! Excited to go back someday soon!

The food, the ambiance, and the atmosphere. Top notch new addition to Beverly Hills. A socialite spot with best happy hour cocktails and celebrity sighting. Highly recommended must try the Campari infused cocktails literally feels like you are in Mykonos or South of France. Parking: Building next door first 2 hours free and elevator to street level on canon just next door.

Negroni BH is in Mirame s old space, but has its own feel and character. My friends and I enjoyed the ambiance, and food + beverage offerings, but we were especially pleased with the professional and friendly service. Make a reservation as it can fill up rather quickly on the weekends!

I was very impressed with Negronis atmosphere and food. I usually do not love going to Beverly Hills for a meal, but this space with its indoor-outdoor feel, made me think I was having a pleasant lunch on the Amalfi Coast. The menu was fun and delicious, service was spot on, and the color scheme had a great Aperol Spritz vibe (despite being called Negroni). All in all, would definitely recommend.

Celebrated our friends dinner here and WOW! Dinner was excellent! The restaurant staff is top-notch!!! So warm, genuinely friendly, and we had a wonderful dining experience. Definitely check them out and enjoy Happy Hour from 3pm-6 pm, so you can enjoy delicious curated drinks! You cant go wrong with their tasty menu from sushi and sashimi to rich, flavorful pasta! My friend absolutely loved the grilled octopus and the Beef Carpaccio--my buddy said its the best hes tasted and hes had it in Spain and Guatemala! We sat in the front patio area and the ambiance was so enjoyable. Loved the tasteful and stylish soft colors of the decor and music was on point too.
