Panera Bread

A small Panera with a tiny parking lot and very few nearby parking meters. At the time I wrote the review there’s a real parking predicament because the meters have time restrictions because there’s construction nearby. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a chocolate croissant. The grilled cheese sandwich here is amazing. Tons of cheese and it tastes great! The chocolate croissant is ok but not cafe quality. I paid less than $15 for these items. The staff here are nice. They are quick. I paid at a kiosk and they’re not complicated or anything. The neighborhood has no free parking. It’s the only Panera in my area.

The staff that prepares the food is really lazy. It never fails : I will order a sandwich with extra greens or tomatoes and it even says it on the receipt... The staff can't read because I rarely get my order right and I have to waste time returning the food so they can follow the instructions on the order.....
Standards at this restaurant are getting worse by the day...

My order was ready and the lady was NICE to hand it to me.

The ingredients in soup and sandwich caused a stomach reaction. The ingredients are highly PROCESSED and dangerously high in SODIUM.

Interesting, this location seems to have the most unpleasant crowds. Bathroom users lack etiquette which the staff tries hard to keep up due to limited staff with multiple duties. In Los Angeles, rarely seen clean bathrooms in resturants.

UPDATE: ??? Bruh why is there a footprint on the table at the counter seating in the middle of the day. This either means they haven't wiped this down in minimum 6 hours or someone is just standing on tabletops during business hours.

Previous: Nice new interior with high ceilings.

Not much seating and only 3 parking spots (plus 1 handicap) on a very busy street with restricted residential parking.

I've never had a custom order made right here but staff are good about fixing it.

I was standing and waiting there, and she was handling the other delivery orders for the drivers who weren’t yet in the store. And my order was the next one on her task board but she ignored it for 15 minutes until I told her so.

Female Cashier was very rude, she even flipped her name tag over so we wouldn’t see her name. First thing a customer wants is a pleasant experience in the morning.

It's a real shame to have a good restaurant get bad ratings because a young smart mouth employee wants to laugh and make fun of customers. Time to have a general meeting with your ataff and clear up the question about who wants to work. Closing crew, Tuesday night.

Thank God they have a manager who cares about the customer and the restaurant. It's hard to find good employees who care about their job. Keep working on putting together a good team.

Horrible customer service. Never going back. Went in for lunch. And the girl was completely rude to me for no reason other than she had to take my order. "Manager" that came in to "de-escalate the situation" was no better didn't even apologize on behalf of the employee. For a grand opening it sucks. Go somewhere else.
