The burgers taste like any other shake shake - pretty good. The seasonal sugar cookie shake is too sweet. The location is located right next to Rodeo Dr. Service is quick, tables are clean, and washrooms are clean.

Small, clean, and chill Shake Shack location off of the iconic Rodeo Drive. Even though it’s expensive for fast food, it’s definitely a good “cheap” option compared to the much more expensive sit down restaurants that are in the area. The quality of the food is consistent with all other SS locations I’ve been to in the past.

The food was OK and I loved the ease of ordering but the food was so tiny! For the price of a full size cheeseburger I feel like I got a tiny slider from white castle. The Creamsicle shake was amazing and worth coming back for. If it was twice the size it would've been even better!

My first visit to Shake Shack.
Service is excellent.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger… OMG it’s so small from what I expected, like kiddie-meal small size. Totally delicious, but way overpriced!!
So far (still testing) Walter’s has the best burger 🍔 in Beverly Hills.

I ordered a smoke shack burger, as I do at least once a month. The chopped cherry peppers are amazing on it. This time I substituted a veggie burger. My order came so quickly it surprised me.

When I opened it, I was no longer surprised. They had not bothered to cook the thing. A slice of cold American cheese is not pretty or tasty, although I am a big fan of melted American cheese.

I still ate half, but once I had some food in me, it no longer seemed worth eating.

Disappointing. I will buy a jar of cherry peppers and look for burgers elsewhere. Sad to see a favorite go.

Alles in Allem schon in Ordnung, doch hat mich der Burger etc. nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Für mich gibt es persönlich bessere Fast Food Ketten.

Une très bonne expérience dans cet établissement de la chaîne de fast food Shake Shack à Beverly Hills. Les locaux sont très propres, bien agencés et la décoration est sobre et épurée. Une terrasse est également disponible en extérieur. Les commandes se font sur des bornes avec une navigation intuitive et simple. Le personnel est serviable et très efficace, avec des commandes préparées rapidement malgré le monde. Les plateaux sont présentés avec soin, les produits sont d’une grande qualité pour dire qu’il s’agit d’un fast food et les prix restent relativement accessibles. Les burgers sont excellents tout comme les frites au cheddar. Bref à tester pour une collation rapide.

I went here during my visit in LA from Humboldt on the way back home and got the cookies and cream shake which was insanely good, definitely one of the best i’ve had in a while. The store was super clean even with how busy it was. The staff were extremely helpful and kind when my mom’s boyfriend left his phone in the bathroom the day we were flying back home. We had literally gotten to the airport before he realized it was missing. We called and they offered to ship it back to us for free. We’re all extremely grateful for the honesty and the helpfulness of the manager who was working that day. Thank you so much Shake Shack! Will definitely visit again if I get the chance. 😁

Idk what's happened to shake shack but this is not thr shake shack I remember. It was all bland. Yes its been a couple of years since I've been but it's so bland and why do they not put the shake shack sauce on the burgers anymore? Why do I have to request it. Same with the one in San Diego 2 yrs ago. The ones in Dubai are 100 times better. The snickerdoodle shake tastes like warm salty cinnamon milk. It was all melted and salty and warm. How? I didn't think it was even possible. Cooperate needs to refund my money. Highly disappointed never coming back. I'll fly to Dubai to get a real shake shack before I ever eat at one again. Used to be my favorite place

De sabor estaba bien, las patatas se piden a parte si las quieres y lo bueno es que puedes coger un vaso de agua sin pagar un recargo ya que en los sitios de comida rápida suelen tener solo refill y aquí tienen fuente para agua.
La hamburguesa estaba bien, pero pusieron toda la cebolla carameliza en el mismo sitio y al principio es donde queda todo y es una guarrería

First shake shack experience. We tried the shroom burgers and chicken bites with spicy and normal fries. Everything was amazing and flavorful except the portobello mushroom was tough to chew, otherwise the added breading and oozing cheese were so good. Service was prompt and friendly, and the place was clean. Would definitely go back!!

I love Shake Shack. Sadly this was my worst experience at a Shake Shack. We ordered on line for pick up. Arrived, food was sitting on the counter. My friend picked it up and brought it out to the car and the fries were cold and limp. The burgers were hot and fresh. We had ordered cheese fries and an extra side of cheese and they only gave us one. I took the fries back in and they replaced them with fresh ones and said we could keep the others also. They also gave me the missing cheese sauce

We ordered 3 burgers, and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese, was literally, flat as a pancake. The burgers were not great, but, not awful. My sister requested grilled onions, which she got, but, she also got my raw onions, that should have been on my burger. Very disappointing, for spending over 70.00.

xtremely rude and lazy staff, especially at the pick-up window. Don’t ask for any extra sauces unless you want an extra side of attitude with your order! Can you believe they have the audacity to ask for tips on top of their attitude and laziness? I recommend anywhere else in Beverly Hills for lunch.

Horrible. I called twice to make sure that they adding souse on the side, lady confirmed but she didn’t even had my order it been transferred to different location. I was trying to order particularly from this location several times on the website and finally was able to do so just to find out that they send my order to century city location instead. Absolute disgrace
