I made the reservation for 22 peoples. It was a mistake going there. Some guy from the restaurant called me in the morning and asked if we can let them know what we would like to eat so they can preparation. So I texted him the order . When we got there the food was ready. . Since we got there they were rushing us . Can we start serving appetizers? I haven’t even finishing my appetizers and they said dinner is ready can we start serving ? I said 5 mins please . They just started serving dinner without asking us if we were ready !
Non vegetarian food was so bad . No taste of anything. I regretted suggesting this place to my family !
Very bad service.

Probably only decent Indian restaurant in Beverly Hills. The ambience was really nice but the food was OK. Gobi Manchurian had a heavy Ketchup flavor. Same for the Chicken Tikka Masala. 3 stars to have a decent Indian restaurant in an area where you least expect it & the hospitality from the owners.

We have ordered takeout a few times from this place and have always been served consistently good tasting food. Their vegetarian curries are not greasy and are very light. Our favorite curries to order here are eggplant bharta and saag paneer. You can pick the level of spice that you want in each curry. We also tried their samosas which were not the best but pretty decent.

We have never dined-in here so this review is only about the food they serve.

Ordered Chicken Biryani....it was nothing like Biriyiani. The chicken pieces were overcooked and tough. No flavours in the meat. Rice was a complete miss....as if it was made for the sake of it being a Biriyani dish. Needs serious reconsideration for on the menu as thats the only thing we tried.
Uber eats delivery....they had no paper napkins provided. Food was too oily and missed the mark on every note.
I am from Melbourne Aus, was expecting decent Indian food in LA...but na... wasn't a good start.
Happy to provide detailed feedback on flavours spices etc. if required.
1 star for putting it all together as the chicken was definitely not cooked with the rice...$US17 for this... Not worth it.

This is not an indian restaurant. It is bengali owned and therefore it obviously has an effect on the food. Neither the Naan or the tandoori chicken itself was cooked in a tandoor. The samosas were more of a puff pastry than a samosa. The filling was also not samosa. The bhaingan bhartha was the most flavorless dish I've had in a long time. The servers were not attentive whatsoever. The walls are dull, and random indian music is playing. Only saving grace is that staff was kind enough to refund my bhaingan after I said I wasn't going to eat it.

Great service and kind people. I just feel that the food is missing something. The two dishes that were 4 stars were the saag/palak paneer and butter chicken. I felt the kebobs were a miss.

The interior was a bit old style for Beverly Hills. Needs to be brighter and better.

#Tandoori #

It was a pick-up order. We ordered vegetable samosa and vegetable Biryani. The wrapping of the samosa was very thick. Looked like they wrapped potatoes in a tortilla. It wasn't crispy but soggy and too chewy.

Moreover, it wasn't biryani. It tasted like pulao, but it was good. So please sell that under Pulao category. As biryani requires different flavors and marination, which was missing from "vegetable biryani".

For the beverage, we ordered tea. It was good. I would ask you to try.

The service and the atmosphere were good.

Anarbagh restaurant is nothing short of splendid! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

The menu at Anarbagh is a culinary masterpiece, offering a delightful selection of dishes that cater to a variety of tastes. Whether you're a fan of rich and creamy curries, sizzling tandoori specialties, or fresh and flavorful vegetarian options, there's something here to please every palate.

The Chicken Tikka Masala is a must-try, with its tender chicken bathed in a luscious tomato sauce that's the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The fragrant Biryani dishes are a revelation, and the Vegetarian Samosas are crispy pockets of delight.

But what truly elevates Anarbagh is the authenticity and attention to detail. The spices are expertly blended, resulting in dishes that burst with flavor. Each plate is a work of art, beautifully presented and a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds.

The service at Anarbagh is impeccable. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always eager to ensure that your dining experience is nothing short of perfection. They are happy to offer recommendations and accommodate dietary preferences, making every visit a personalized journey.

To top it all off, the wine and beverage selection is outstanding, providing the perfect complement to the flavorful dishes.

Anarbagh restaurant is a true gem, a place where the love for food and hospitality converge to create a splendid dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a night out, Anarbagh is the place to be. Treat yourself to this culinary oasis; you won't be disappointed!

Let me start by saying that I lived in India for five years and have eaten the best and most authentic Indian food from the source. Saying that Anarbagh Beverly Hills ranks with some of the top Indian resturaunts globally. For example, I ordered the chicken tilla masala and most places in the US boil the chicken and mx it with the sauce. Tikka means grill. Well, Anarbagh actually grilled the chicken. Make a BIG difference. Also, papdam is a complimentary appetizer common at Indian restaurants. The crispness is what makes them the best. Not only was the papdum perfectly crispy, there were not hard bits that would have come from. Importer frying. All the food was authentic and top class. Also, were plenty of servers and the service that supreme! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED🔥🔥

BEST PAPADUM!! Food was fantastic, great quality, very flavorful and supremely tasty, the service is top notch, I’d say this is by far one of the finest Indian cuisine dining. Thank you and keep it up :)

The food was very delicious. We are from San Francisco, and despite having so many Indian restaurants there, it was the best Indian we ever had in the US.

Horrible and arrogant staff. We were made to wait for almost 45 minutes for food and when we asked for an update, the waiter arrogantly replied saying he will bring it when it is ready. We just paid for appetizers and food, and left.

Don't ever order Biryani if you end up here. Tried to give this restaurant another chance hoping they just messed up an earlier delivery order but the food taste was still pathetic. The food is not okay to Indian palate. Not getting any food from here and would recommend people to go to other Indian restaurant in the area for better food options.

I ordered chicken curry from them through Grubhub. The order was quick, food was hot, and it was DELICIOUS. The portion didn't look large to me, but I am sitting here full and satisfied. Would definitely order again.

We ordered fried rice and biryani. Both were more like pulao rice. I'm pretty sure they used the same pre cooked rice for both the recipes with some extra spices mixed afterwards. Definitely not the authentic indian taste.

First time here based on a friend's recommendation. The Gobi Manchurian, Veggie Korma and Eggplant Bharta were all spectacular! The Mango Lassi was smooth and delicious and helped balance the spice. Will definitely be returning here again soon!

I did not enjoy this Indian food at all. It was very whitewashed and not authentic whatsoever and was the biggest waste of money yet. The naan you could still taste the dough and flour through every bite, the chicken 65 tasted like orange chicken, the seekh kabob tasted like rubber, the butter chicken and the chicken tikka masala was okay but smelt spoiled. It messed up my stomach and the $100 spent was all wasted because of how badly it tasted.

Amazing Indian food. All the curries are delicious. Quick for take-out when you need to, but also so nice for dine-in! Easy parking out front, some meters, but the tip is there is residential parking the next street over if you don't mind walking a bit. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

Came to this place plenty of time AS A CUSTOMER and a delivery driver. Food is very good and restaurant is prompt but I will never eat there again or will I deliver any order for them here is why, when I politely asked the blonde lady if I could use their bathroom during a delivery for them (their customer) she shouted at me " no you can't " and the guy sitting on him phone said in a discriminating tone " you could use it back then now you can't, bathroom is only for customers".excuse me????? We delivery hundreds of orders for your restaurant per week and kept you connected to your customers as we risk our lives during a pandemic and you decide to treat us like garbage because we are not the actual customer? Well we represent your customers when we are picking up the food and bringing to their residences. Nasty staff.

It was amazing Indian food. The only reason why I'm giving them a four star review is because they went a little to light on the spices. We got the Buttered Chicken. Not sure if its the reason I clicked medium spice. Not sure.

It's the 1st thing I order. Anarbagh's Naan was a disappointment. It was just ok. I will probably not go back because I NEED delicious Naan.

My husband and I came for lunch here for the first time. What a pleasant experience we had! Food was superb and the service was phenomenal! What impressed me most was the honesty of the server! He guided us what to ignore from the menu and what to try. The prices were comparable too for being in the Beverly Hills. I would love to back multiple times!
