I chose to buy one of my long sought grail bottles from Beverly Hills Liquor & Wine and was initially worried about the prospect of having it shipped across the country to the East Coast, but Beverly Hills Liquor was so professional and packaged the bottle perfectly. They have an incredible selection of rare and delicious whisky and the staff packaged and shipped my bottle expeditiously. Furthermore, they wrote a handwritten note with my bottle wishing me the best. Will definitely check their website first in the future to see if the bottle I'm seeking is available through them before I search elsewhere. Cheers!

The staff there only want White customers. If you are Black or Latino, they will treat you like a criminal. I used to go there all the time but I hate how they treat me like a suspect.

This liquor store is absolutely amazing and the best costumer service I’ve gotten in my entire life at any liquor store. The staff is very knowledgeable of the brands and Benjamin the owner will also order in whatever you need! Robert is also awesome! I love this place!

Life saver! Needed a bottle next day. Couldn't find where I live currently and they overnighted it. Only issue was there attention to detail. They didn't pay attention to address changes and almost sent to the wrong address. If they can be more detail oriented,they would have gotten five stars!

They tried to over charge by more than 150% on one of their products. When my brother walked in to their store, they said they have it in inventory and tried to charge $400. THEIR website price was $149.99. When I made the purchase online for $149.99 and then tried to pick it up at the store, they claimed they “just sold it” and said they can’t honor their online price and that they’ll issue a refund. Shady business but whatever… I just found the same bottle elsewhere and paid less than $140 including tax.

Dear shady store owner/manager: If you try to sugarcoat this situation, I’ll provide a play-by-play description of events with time stamp of each exchange together with a receipt from another store showing $138.90 purchase price.

First time buying from Beverly Hills Liquor and Wine. Purchased a bottle of Toco Cachaca. Super excited to finally get to make top shelf caipirinhas. If you know what type of drink that is I highly recommend trying it with TOCO CACHACA.

This place was a life saver. I needed the mini (50ml) Hennessy bottles for my boyfriend's birthday cake and I could NOT find them anywhere. Keep in mind I live right outside of New Orleans, LA which is known for a big party place so lots of alcohol, but everywhere I went (about 50 different liquor stores), they just did not have them and said that shipments of them just weren't coming in. So I gave up and went to searching online and I found this gem in Beverly Hills. I ordered on March 3rd, they shipped March 4th and I received March 8th via FedEx. Very safely packaged in excellent condition. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I wish this store take safety measures more seriously . The 6 feet apart rule is not strictly enforced. I requested a plastic bag for a bottle wine that is not successful. I know it is not their responsibility to provide plastic bag for gig delivery , but another liquor stores treat their customers much better, provide dark plastic bag for the delivery in the convenient for the gig workers when walking , climbing stairs etc . Most of all, It provides privacy for the customers .

Purchased an $800 bottle of Eagle Rare 17 which is 8 times the actual retail cost to then receive a phone call that the bottle wasn’t isn’t stock even though the website allowed me to purchase and apparently most of the other bottles listed aren’t in stock. In an effort to make things right I was offered a different vintage of the same bottle to only be told a couple hours later that the bottle was $1900 and the order would be cancelled all together. As a new bourbon collector I’ll never purchase from this place again and if I could I’d give 0 stars. I appreciate that Ben made the effort but the ownership doesn’t understand customer service.

Rude cashier. I went to pay and he ignored me for like 2 minutes. When he saw I wanted to pay with my credit card he said "No credit cards under $10" and grabbed the candy bar from me. I asked him why couldn't I pay with credit card when I always buy a sandwich from the deli there for $6 and his response was "Do you want to have a problem with me?" and started to yell at me aggressively.

Not coming back to this place.

Reasonable priced sandwiches are hand made by two ladies in the back while you watch. Better than chain as it's much more personal. It's hidden so you need to look at the sign.

They have an amazing whiskey selection but you will pay top dollar for popular bottles. For example, they are trying to sell Blantons for $119. You can go to other liquor stores around Los Angeles and find the same bottle for $55.

Very rude proprietor - clearly doesn't give a crap about his customers. I stopped in on a whim and purchased a candy bar for around $3, and when I wanted to pay for it by credit card (as I always do for quick purchases in small grocery stores like this), he said to me they don't except credit cards below $5. OK, fair enough, it's their right to do that, and I paid cash. I suggested to him that he puts up a sign saying that, so people know before they buy, which is typical practice on the odd occasion a retailer has a policy like this. He rudely said to me "Naaah...I don't have to do that… my customers should know". So I asked him "What about new customers like me?". He made a face and sarcastically said to me "Well, next time you'll know". Wow. I told him there won't be a next time. Douche.

Beverly Hills Liquor, Wine & Deli has a great selection of high end Whiskey's in stock that I have trouble finding elsewhere which is unlike most of the other liquor stores claiming they have high end Whiskey in their stores only to drive to the store to see it's out of stock. Excellent stock & great prices for the quality of whiskey.
