I ordered 18 bbq wings and they delivered 18 Buffalo wings. I called to ask for a replacement and I was told to call back and ask for Marko for a replacement. When I called I was hung up on the phone then I called the other location in Beverly Hills and I was told I was only entitled to 12 wings but I have to pick them up even though the original order was delivered and I paid for 18 wings and 4 sauces. I have been a loyal customer for years but I was NEVER treated so rudely. I will NEVER order from Mulberry again. My recommendation is Upper Crust pizza.

This was a very good NY style pizza but for a $40 Beverly Hills pizza was a bit under par. Could use a bit more flavor, sauce and cheese. When it's fresh it's delicious but a few hours later dry and flavorless.

The consistency of quality for the specialty pizzas is disappointing. This applies to both delivery and dine-in. The BBQ Chicken, Chicken Ranch, and Buffalo chicken pies are either some of the best you'll ever have, or exceedingly dry with only a hint of sauce and overcooked chicken toppings.

It's really almost 50/50 and it blows my mind they can't get this right more often.

We placed an order online for pickup for a pizza with a side of ranch and Dr. Pepper. The pizza took a little longer to be prepared than quoted but it wasn't too long of a wait. The restaurant is much bigger than you expect from the outside. It goes back a long way and there are plenty of choices to sit and dine in. We were staying at a nearby hotel and walked the pizza back and it was still hot when we got back - (about 10 min walk). The staff is very friendly and the place was clean. I would recommend this pizza place to anyone in the area. It's new york style with reasonable prices!

Decent NY style pizza if you have an itch. Doesn’t compare to what you’d find in NY. Red sauce isn’t as flavorful as a Prince St or L’industrie slice. It is reminiscent of a dollar slice but for $6. Ordering is chaotic and unorganized. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and another of egg plant parm, never got the eggplant slice. Friendly staff and a cozy dining area. Would definitely stop in for a slice if I’m already in the area.

I've been a long time customer extremely disappointed in how a store error made on my order was handled. I ordered through PostMates, and after waiting the expected delivery time of over an hour - the wrong pizza arrived. It appears to be a buffalo spicy chicken pizza when I ordered a cheese pizza. I called the store to try and arrange a replacement, and they refused to send me another pizza and only offered me a refund, which is nice in theory, but leaves me without dinner for the night as the pizza delivered is not edible for my family. I understand mistakes can happen, but the store representative told me they made a mistake, and another person with my same name had an order, and they mixed them up (I don't have a common name). He put me on hold to see if he could send any of his drivers but then returned to say none were available and again said that someone with my same name ordered, and they mixed up the order, but he would not send a replacement. So unhappy and so hungry.
