Beautiful restaurant with wonderful service. Did the tasting menu with wine pairing. It was pricey but everything we ate tasted amazing. Loved the lobster thai red curry with pinot noir they paired it with. It is literally something I make at home, eat and drink. Or atleast try to.

$9 for a blob of latte art that we ordered when we sat down. Then realizing that there's 2 breakfast options that included coffee. We asked what happens to the previous order when our breakfast selection has coffee. Staff said it'll be included and additional latte would be a charge.

We asked for black coffee at the end of the meal.. Specifically wanted to know if that was included refill or not. Staff said it would be an order. We refused and was still poured coffee. Called the staff over and asked if it was a charge, then they said not to worry. What's with the confusing service?

Black coffee is like 0.25 cost, nickel and dime your guest who spends crazy amount for their stay.

Feeling robbed, got to the hotel, valet parking asked if we were dinning, we said yes, gave us a pink slip and said to valid it. We expended 500 USD, asked for validation, waiter said “ don’t need cause you ate here” Asked for car, manager for valet parking comes and asked for 32 USD. We explained and showed receipt, he keep apologizing and asking for the payment. Shame of the place for ruined the experience, do not mind to pay but do not mislead patrons. Its just not right Hilton.

Jean-Georges is excellent in presentation, ambiance, and service. Their staff is accommodating and thoughtful to your needs. Waiters and staff are attentive, and they work well as a team to service your table. You aren’t being disrupted but there appear to be 3-5 wait staff who take care of you while dining. The ambiance is low warm light, and high quality leather chairs and couches that are comfortably distanced from other patrons, (which I feel is uncommon in recent times). The pictures online do not do the restaurant justice. 30 ft high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass, clever elegant design and decoration, with a traditional dining layout. It is a very comfortable place to spend an evening.
The food was excellent, and the cocktails were well balanced. We ordered the cheese ravioli and requested to have them split as an appetizer, and the presentation in the plates made us realize the level of fine dining being provided. The staff and restaurant will do what they can in reasonable fashion to accommodate you. Next was the encrusted salmon. My wife had never been happier with the texture and flavor of a salmon filet! She loved the leek and butter sauce, and paired well with the white wine. I enjoyed the colorado lamb with broccolini. The lamb was perfectly cooked, but in my opinion lamb doesn’t require any sauce and it was still excellently crafted. We shared the wild mushrooms, which I recommend but we felt that these were a little under seasoned. The luxurious experience of the Waldorf Astoria supports the excellence that Jean-Georges provides with dignity and humility. We will be coming back to enjoy the food and service again many times over!

A beautiful space that had incredible breakfasts. We were there for two days and got their French toast and eggs benedict. This was one of the best eggs benedicts that I've ever had. The ham was outstanding, the potatoes were perfectly cooked, and the eggs were perfectly poached.

Spectacular meal and ambience. We had the tasting menu which I must say was one of the best meals anywhere in the world. There were so many dishes I wish I had taken a photo of the menu. Each course was a masterpiece of quality, plating, ingredents and flavor. The service also just impeccable ( I think our main server was named Bill) but the training of each and every person that approached our table was beyond expectation. And the prices are quite fair for a restaurant of this caliber. If you want one of the more memorable meals of a lifetime, book a table here!

Very disappointed, amazingly beautiful place but the food. We ordered lamb chops, spinach and mushrooms. All that was very oily, lamb chops were over fried and too fatty., I even didn’t finish one piece..I thought the spinach would be the solution, but no, it was also fatty(too much oil) and with no taste;sauces didn’t fit with the lamb chops at all. Lady came and didn’t even ask if we liked the food. After that I and my friend had stomach pain. So giving 1 star.

Very great service but food was not hitting on all notes. My girlfriend and I went out to eat and got the chefs tasting menu. The first course was very nice caviar toast with egg and the chocolate dessert was great. But the other dishes didn't go over very great. Beef fillet had tendons and connective tissue which is chewy and gross and sauce was broken with cold carrots. The ceviche felt lacking in acidity and felt bland. The bass skin was not crispy instead very soggy, the vinaigrette was too overpowering and some random pile of nuts off to the side of the dish that did not make a lot of sense. Disappointing for a restaurant we had a lot of excitement going into and spent over $200 at per person.

I had the 3 course meal at Jean-Georges. Severely disappointed with the experience. Food is not good enough for the high-end price they charge. The salad is too salty. The chicken was ok but the sauce for the entree does not blend well with the dish. The chocolate cake with ice cream dessert was pretty good though. I don't know how the business can sleep at night charging $14/bottle of Voss Sparking water and not warn the customer beforehand and not have the price on the menu. Valet parking only. Concierge said valet parking was $20 but was actually $26 when I was picking up my car. In general, awful experience. Will not be coming back.

I always love my experience at Jean-Georges and the Beverly Hills location did not disappoint. I went on Christmas Day for the prefixe menu. Yes, it’s expensive. $160 pp but keep in mind it’s not just about the food, it’s about the whole vibe at JG. The decor, the service, the ambiance is all breathtaking. There are vegetarian options too. I had the butternut squash soup, tagliatelle and a trio of deserts. Highly recommend the Ginger margarita.

We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday last night at Jean-Georges and had a wonderful meal. The restaurant space was elegant and seemed to be divided into three dining areas, including a covered patio. We had the eight course tasting menu and shared the premium wine pairing and every single dish was delicious, creative and beautifully presented. One of our favorite dishes was the sea urchin and caviar with crispy potatoes, yuzu, and crème fraiche, which was an amazing combination of flavors and textures. Another was the roasted beef tenderloin, which was cooked evenly from edge to edge to a perfect medium rare and accompanied by a buttery habanero hot sauce. The wine pairings were excellent. The wait staff were all warm and attentive throughout the meal. Special shout-out to our server, Lena, who went out of her way to make sure this special night was perfect in every way.

This is definitely not the destination for those on a tight budget but we felt that the value was equal to the price. Also, for those concerned that their “coach” might turn back into a “pumpkin” at the stroke of midnight, be sure to make an earlier reservation than usual. Our perfectly paced meal lasted over three hours.

Nice chef restaurant. The service was very confused. In a 6 course menu we got 5 dishes in the wrong order. It was good, great steak and lobster. Caviar was great too. But is it worth the price? Not sure. Especially sitting in the tent felt a bit cheap and not adequate. The wine was ridiculously expensive. Better bring a bottle from home.

FOOD POISONING NEW YEARS EVE. Four of us had the price fixe menu. 3 of us got sick that night. The only person in the party that did not get sick was the one person that did not eat the scallops because she was pregnant. I oticed the scallop tartare was a little warm and strange in texture. I only ate half of it but unfortuantely, the other 2 guests ate it all. I was a litle less ill since i did not eat the entire portion but they were violently ill for all of new years day. We called the restaurant numerous times that day and the next and were told that a manager would call us back. No one returned our calls for 3 days. They did not seem to be concerned that their food poisoned 3 guess who paid over $400 per person. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BEYOND TERRIBLE. This was one of my favorite restaurants having frequented the Miami and London locations.
