We’re a Belgian bakery and restaurant serving simple, wholesome and seasonal food. Le Pain Quotidien means “the daily bread” in French, and like our name suggests, we’re bakers at heart. Although our handmade, organic bread is how we got our start, we serve a variety of healthy options like organic coffee, pastries, eggs, tartines, soups, salads and desserts.
At Le Pain Quotidien, we believe that food should be simple, nourishing and delicious. That’s why we source ingredients that are local or organic whenever possible. We also believe in the importance of eating a healthy, plant-based diet, so you’ll find many vegetarian or vegan options on our menu.
The atmosphere was very nice for a quick lunch. There was live music as well!
Our meals came out in a timely fashion, but it took a while for our waitress to return or check up on us so we had to find her to pay the bill.
Other than that, it was a pleasant spot to have light lunch before hitting the beach. Definitely recommend it.

It's a shame how awful this place has become. The place leaves a ton to be desired. Also, they are no longer fully organic but still charge premium prices (funny how no mention of this was made to customers. They simply removed the word "organic" from their servers' T-shirts).
The last time I was there, I ordered a dish with red sauce. I took one night and knew something was wrong. I called the server over and asked him to smell the food, in case I was wrong. He took one sniff and gagged. The sauce had gone bad. Very very bad. My meal was replaced, but it didn't make a difference. My appetite was shot.
I contacted corporate and they could not have cared less. They denied the whole thing, even though their own server confirmed it. They decided to do nothing to maintain my patronage and told me their decision was "final."
Pathetic customer service and very poor quality food. For a discerning community like Beverly Hills, this place falls very very short.
A big shame.

From the moment we arrived, the vibe was wonderful. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly. We chose to sit outside, and the same gentleman was our waiter. Usually I’m not a fan of ham, but was intrigued by the Croque Monsieur. It was recommended to have an egg on top. Tre bien! It was surprisingly delicious.
The whole atmosphere was lovely, delicious food. Loved the bakery inside, quite a selection of pastries.
Not sure where others parked besides the street. But there’s a parking garages at 415 N. Bedford Dr. which is the best valet parking garage in Beverly Hills. It’s a pleasant walk from there to this cute bistro.

Fantastic food! Love the aesthetic atmosphere of the restaurant. I'm obsessed with exposed brick. Menu was clean, simple and easy. Lots of delicious choices to choose from. I got the turkey, bacon and avocado open faced sandwich and it was delicious. My friend have the prosciutto and manchego sandwich which she raved about. Wait staff was attentive and courteous. He was the only waiter who ever asked me if I wanted ice in my water. Small but it was nice to be asked. I don't think I've ever actively taken pictures of restaurant bathrooms but this one was awesome! Couldn't resist. Would love to come back when I visit california again.

This French cafe is an absolute gem! The coffee was rich and aromatic, truly a perfect brew that hits the spot. Their cream donuts were out of this world—soft, fresh, and filled with the most delicious cream. The bakery selection was just as impressive, with everything tasting fresh and expertly crafted.
What made the experience even better was the lovely ambiance. Soft classic music played in the background, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. To top it off, I loved seeing a few patrons engrossed in friendly games of chess—it gave the place a warm, communal feel. This cafe is a perfect spot for relaxing, savoring great food, and enjoying a little slice of French culture. Highly recommend!

Service was good but tables, menus, and seats were unclean.

Le Pain Quotidien is a gem! The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends & family. The food is exceptional, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and delicious flavors in every dish. The service is outstanding—attentive, friendly, and efficient. Their coffee and pastries are particularly delightful. Whether you're stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or a casual coffee break, Le Pain Quotidien never disappoints. Highly recommended!

This bakery chain is originally from Belgium and has locations around the world. They focus on fresh-baked breads, pastries, and light meals in a casual setting.
Here's what I like about Le Pain Quotidien:
Healthy Focus: They use natural ingredients and whole grain breads whenever possible.
Variety: They offer a wide variety of breads, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and tartines (open-faced sandwiches on bread).
Breakfast & Lunch: LPQ is a good option for breakfast or lunch, with menus featuring items like egg scrambles, oatmeal, and quiche.
Here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
Limited Dinner Options: Their menu options are more geared towards breakfast and lunch.
Price: LPQ can be a bit pricier than some other fast-casual restaurants.

Bone-dry sauceless bkfast bowl and diffident service. Nobody came to my table after asking me to take a seat so I ordered takeout. Wouldn’t give me the pastry case items until my hot order came out. Charged $7.12 for a side of cheese— sliced cheese— because they couldn’t figure out how to add it as a $3 add-on to the bkfast bowl after the fact.

Pathetic sandwich, when did Beverly Hills get so ghetto lol. Couldn't be bothered to cut the avocado at least once? They attempted to to put sauce on the top I guess.
Best thing abt the sandwich was the egg. Next time I'll choose Wendy's, I'd get better execution for half the price
Coffee was solid, better than Starbucks with less sugar.
Croissant was decent enough.

Come here for Sunday brunch each week. It is VERY casual. So good for a nice relaxing bite with family or friends. Seat yourself kind of place. A big communal table plus regular ones. Might have to wave to get the waiter's attention when it's busy.
But food is GREAT. And just a nice laid back spot to even sit by yourself if you want for a place to eat and read etc.

Comparing to the other locations, like the one on Westlake village, this location is more commercially than customers friendly.
The food is a bit low quality as well. The services, you kinda have to ask for all in order to receive. Need water, ask for it. Order something that normally comes with let’s say butter and gem, ask for. That’s not so nice, since you pay for it.

The food is delicious. I have been in many different locations. Service has been always great, until today. I seat down in one of the outside tables at the Sunset Blvd location. Mona, was the server that supposed to be the one taking my order. Since the very beginning, without even talking to me she had this negative attitude. I asked for the menu, she was so rude. I waited around 10 min. Nothing happened. Then, I said I'm ready, and she responded just wait, very very rude. I waited 6 more minutes, and she came to take the order of another table, that got there after me. I was just a second of leaving. I move to another table, just because i love their food.Gaby and Enrique were my new servers, they were really nice.
If Mona dosent enjoy her job, she should move on. Any customers lost, is really hard to get back and there word of mouth can really affect the business bottom line. I had a catering business, and one employee can really affect the business reputation. Hope management take this seriously.
Food was excellent as usual. I order the goat cheese an mushrooms omelet, americano, chocolate croissant and the apricot jam. All delicious.
Mona, almost really messed up my experience. Gaby and Enrique saved the day.
Before I left I complained to 2 other employees. Mona, was there and she had the nerve to tell me that I should have left.
She really has an attitude. It takes years to get a reputation for a business, having employees like her, it will destroyed it in a second. She should not be working for a company that cares about their customers.
If you are a customer and Mona is going to be your server, just choose another restaurant. She can really mess up your experience.

We've done two catering orders here. Both times I call to confirm and ask if it's okay with pickup times. Both times they were late....
First instance, pickup was set at 7:30, and they got it done at 7:45...
Second time I did 7 and they got it done at 7:55!!!!!! I ended up leaving two coffees behind because they were taking forever. I'm going to work with ezcater as if they can't get it ready by the scheduled time, the. Why offer it.
Oh and before people think I should be nicer. We spent over $1500 the past two orders, so it's ridiculous for how expensive it is.

completely appalled and insulted by the rudeness of the staff. i stood and waited for a free table for 20 minutes. not once did the staff mention that we should be ordering first. once a table became available we sat down only to have a staff member rudely run up yell and berate us in public, telling us the table belongs to another customer. really, there should be a more tactful way to handle a situation without publicly embarrasing your clients.
