It was a tiring day because I walked so much at the Getty Museum of Art. I was so hungry that I tried to find a restaurant, but I couldnt find it. After a long walk, I found a street in Beverly Hills! As a rich town, a wonderful painting greeted my family. We walked talking about going in if we saw a restaurant anywhere, and we just walked in, and we saw Cheeseecake Beverly Hill!! We went in in a hurry, ordered spaghetti, and my spouse and I left with salad to fill our stomachs and be satisfied. The interior of the restaurant was very classy with an antique feel. I introduce to you all like this: Spaghetti and Meatballs, Kids Spaghetti with Meatball, Renee s Chicken-Almond Salad Sandwich, Buttermilk Pancakes, Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake. I think the taste of the pan cake will be memorable for a long time. The main popular menu of this restaurant is as follows. You may refer to it: 1. Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp Based on Indian curry, it comes with peanuts, coconut, and chili sauce. Its a little spicy, but its still delicious. You can taste shrimp and chicken at once. Some say its sweet. 2. Jambalaya pasta It is flanked by shrimp, and it is a little spicy. More Koreans visit it because it is spicy. 3. Tai Chi Chicken Lettuce Wraps The chicken is soft and tender. It is cooked like lettuce and tastes sweet. There are many sauces to choose from, and there are various vegetables, such as bean sprouts, noodles, carrots, and cucumbers. 4. Da Vinci pasta Da Vinci, which comes in oyster sauce, is very delicious. It can be a little greasy with mushrooms and chicken in it, but its a pasta thats better with wine. 5. Hibatch Steak It comes with steak and asparagus all at once. I recommend you to taste it. 6. Miso Salmon Grill the salmon with soybean paste on it. And its served on top of the rice. Cheese is added to it, creating a very different charm. If youre not sure whats popular but want to order on top of what Im telling you, ask the servers who work in the restaurant to recommend their most popular signature dish. Without fail, youll encounter the most delicious menu in the restaurant youre visiting. Its a way to enrich your cultural life, even if you dont know all the information about it.

My experience at the Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills was an absolute disaster thanks to a higher-up who lacked any understanding of hospitality. We, 5 adults and three small children, wanted to sit at a table outside - but we were told that that doesnt look good in Beverly Hills. Seriously? Instead of letting us sit together as a family, we were forced to split between two different tables. This is not only impractical, but simply disrespectful! And as if that wasnt enough, we were also refused to close the parasols so that we could put the childrens high chair neatly at the table - even though the sun was long gone! This absurd treatment came from a manager who apparently placed more value on how the restaurant appeared to the outside than on making guests, especially families, feel comfortable. The waiters were nice and helpful, but that doesnt change the fact that this harassing decision was made from above. It is simply unbelievable how little consideration is given to families. Hospitality? None. Kid friendly? No trace. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in a restaurant like the Cheesecake Factory! Kid-friendliness: Not child-friendly!

We didnt have a reservation on Sunday evening, the waiting time for a table was given as around 15 to 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we finally got our table, which was very comfortable by the window. The service was super fast, the food was good. I can definitely recommend it, but maybe it makes more sense to make a reservation next time.

This location is one of the smaller Cheesecake Factory locations I ve ever visited. My server was Onna. Onna had a large selection to cover and I must say she covered it very well. She checked on each table. She was quick at providing with each of my requests. I had the factory chopped salad with chicken, with avocado egg rolls and a tasty strawberry blossom martini. My visit was awesome and well as my food and cocktails. The ambience of the restaurant is the same as the other Cheesecake Factory restaurants. The restaurant is clean and has outdoor dining.

The lovely lady at your greeting stand was so friendly and accommodating (I didnt catch her name) that honestly I was truly touched by her warm generosity. Its weeks later and Im still reflecting on the genuine wholehearted kindness displayed to me that day. Its such a rare occurrence. I just wanted to let you all know, this lovely human is doing great things for your brand. It was a terrible experience. We had tried Cheesecake factory in Toronto and had a good experience. First of all, the inside of the restaurant in very dark. We were seated at a table where staff were sitting and talking right behind us on another table. I had never experienced that in a restaurant. The food was below average. I ordered Luisiana chicken pasta. The chicken tasted like burnt oil and pasta was mixed with spagethi. I wish I had taken a photo. Kids spagethi and meatball was just ok. We didnt receive our drinks and the waiter didnt care to come and check on us until we almost finished our meal so that we could at least remind him. And even our water was not refilled! At the end I had to ask them to remove the drinks we were not served from the bill! I give 2 star to the food just because of the cheesecake and kids icecream.

Its a very nice place. Always the same, but the food is not the same. Anymore, and it just doesnt taste good. And the menu is different and its not the way it used to be. And that sucks because I dont feel satisfied when I leave and Im upset even though the service is very nice. But its not about that. Its the fact that the food is horrible, and even if they try to fix it, they still dont fix it. And whatever they say on the menu is not exactly what they give you. So yeah, Im upset about it and its not the same when they sing. Happy birthday. They dont care. Theyre not into it, they dont have a lot of wagers that come together and do it. So its not the same, and it just sucks, and its so expensive, so whats the point of going there? Anymore, nothing.

In this area prices are already a little higher than in other areas of the city and in some cases they skyrocket. So this is a reasonable option, with an extensive menu, full of options. When you finally decide, the dishes will be served quickly. In our case, everything was delicious. In addition, it was one of the few places where the childrens menu, in addition to fritangadas and fast food, included fish and vegetables. Kid-friendliness: Yes, there are options on the menu for the little ones, which unlike many places in the city include a fish and vegetable option. There are high chairs for babies.

I recently had an incredible dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills, and I cant thank the staff enough for their outstanding service. Despite missing our original reservation at 5 PM and facing a hiccup with changing it to 6 PM, the two hosts, Blue and Ryan, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even though we were an hour late, they graciously found a way to seat us and even allowed us to change our seating because our initial spot was in a colder part of the restaurant. Our server, Valentina, was equally fantastic. My mother has a dairy allergy, and Valentina was exceptionally attentive to her needs, ensuring that her dining experience was enjoyable and worry-free. She also made my nieces birthday celebration extra special by bringing her a birthday sundae. When the candle went out, Valentina came back and relit it so my niece could blow it out and make her birthday wish. The level of care and professionalism from Blue, Ryan, and Valentina made our visit truly special. Thank you to the entire team at The Cheesecake Factory Beverly Hills for making our night memorable. Salmon was yummy; however, broccoli was so hard that I could not cut it with my table knife. I was also disappointed in the waiter s service. The waiter continuously took too long to come back to the table. It felt like he was serving in a zig zag way; no system to make sure our table didn t go too long without revisiting us. It felt like he forgot us. We waited a long time after we finished our food for the waiter to come back to the table to ask us if we wanted dessert. I had guests from out of town with me. I was embarrassed. I ve never felt that way at any of the other Cheesecake restaurants. I just assumed Beverly Hills would deliver the same or better. Our waiter seemed to be moving fast but he was likely forgetting that he was not coming back to our table enough. It was either his system of keeping track of how frequently he was going back to tables or a lack of staff. I m not sure. I would definitely return but I hope to get more attention the next time.

Been to a lot of different cheesecake factories as it is one of our solid go to restaurants. We have our favorites on the menu, love the starter bread and cant beat the dessert. Tried the Beverly hills location for the first time and unfortunately was very let down. To start the parking is a hassle, but to be fair knew that going in as there is usually issues parking anywhere in Beverly hills. If your lucky to find paid street parking take the first spot you find. You most likely will be parked a couple block away. But it is a nice area to walk around. If you cant find street parking there are 2 parking garages close by. About 2 to 3 blocks away. These can fill up and are a little misleading. Large signs that say free 2 hour parking but only durning certain times. The restaurant itself is a little smaller than most cheesecake factories but they do have a nice outside area with good views of the Beverly hills shops. Inside is nicely decorated but tables are too close together. You will find yourself hearing everyones elses convs and sharing your stories with all the other strangers eatting next to you. We had our table bumped multi times from the table next to us trying to get in and out of their seats. The food was the biggest let down. The starter bread tasted old and extremely bland. Which was very depressing as its one of their stables. Prices were up but whos arent now. But the same menu we got in another location 4 months ago for 24.00 was now 30.00. We got the jambalaya which was also much smaller than we had before. Their was very little sauce, though the sauce was the best part. Both the shrimp and chicken we both over cooked and rubbery. All and all the dish lacked both flavor and size. Dont get drinks too often but now as days you kind of need one. Tried the lemon drop martini, and that was pretty good. Made very well and we will ordered again for sure. Finished off the meal with a classic cheesecake which was as good as usual. Servers were friendly but didnt stop by to refill drinks, water or bread. Still a cheesecake factory fan. But there are other locations close by that were better and easier to park. Parking: Most parking is street paid street parking which can be very difficult to find. There are a few paid parking garages close by about 2 blocks away. These parking garages have large signs that say 2 hour free parking. But be aware that 2 hours free is only for parking before 5pm. After its normal parking prices. Kid-friendliness: They have the free starter bread which seams to be a kid favorite. Larges kids menu which seams fairly good priced. Can get a good choice of different meals and a drink for around 10 dollars. They have a free birthday Sunday with candle and of course kid favorite cheese cakes and chocolate cake. I would rate one of the best places to bring kids in town to have them enjoy while the adults can have a good enjoyable time.

Your typical cheesecake factory in a blingy neighborhood. Great as always service; we arrived 10 minutes before closing and they happily sat us and didnt rush us through our order or the meal. Avocado eggrolls were ok and weve had better. Bread was warm and delicious, and the chicken Louisiana was on the average side, overfried chicken and a bit dry pasta, but overall a good meal. Dirty martini was great, this place makes great drinks. Well be back when were looking for familiar food in a welcoming place.

What a wonderful experience at the Cheesecake Factory today. The host Ally was darling and accommodating. My server Tyrin was also wonderful, always checking in.

Worst Cheesecake Factory in the country! On one of the most iconic streets in America on Rodeo Drive. What an absolute joke. The bartender is absolutely miserable. Hates her job and makes your experience at restaurant miserable. The food is awful. The place is so dark and depressing to eat in. It all starts with the manager who literally has no back bone. Go anywhere else. Hundreds of restaurants in Beverly Hills.

Walked into this establishment. Not only were the rooms dark, but the bartender was just as miserable. She was the worst person to ever have making drinks even in a dive bar. You re on rodeo!!! After a day of shopping we thought we d stop in for a drink. Worst idea ever. Do not go here. If you do, get a table. Don t sit at the bar. Well go to the Beverly Hills hotel instead.
