The Cheesecake Factory

It is always a great experience at Cheesecake Factory.
Starting with Chicken Parmesan, it comes in a great portion enough for 2 almost. The sauce is a bit salty but I really love the taste. I forgot the name of the other dish, but it was so fresh and tasty as well. Cheesecake strawberry was huge! A very solid basque cheesecake with fresh fruit and strawberry sauce. I don’t like super-sweet cheesecakes, and this one was just perfect and creamy.

We enjoyed our dinner. The food was okay and the service was great. Rodriguez is a great server and he took good care of us. Nothing special tonight. For the price we paid it was over the value. The food portions were smaller than before. Either prices should come down or you increase your portions. This is so true for the cheesecake slice.
Putting the burger together was a mess and the whole thing came apart. It was so annoying. This is the dumbest idea I've ever seen. It felt as if the chef is too lazy to even give you an assembled burger. No special sauces for the burger. No options for potato wedges or sweet potatoes fries or garlic aioli. The burger patty itself tasted good.
The bread was good but the butter was too cold and it didn't melt easily.
It will be a long time before we visit the Cheesecake factory again.

This place is decent, but there are better Cheesecake Factories in Los Angeles in my opinion. The salad that we ordered didn't seem fresh, but everything else seemed okay. The server was nice, but it wasn't amazing either. He forgot to bring us water a few times. The atmosphere was somewhat loud. But again, there's nothing wrong with this spot; it was just very average.

i was excited to finally try the fabled cheesecake factory that literally so many of my friends have urged me to try back home from australia, and i was so very satisfied with the food, and only the food, unfortunately. the menu was huge, and the portions were way bigger, like it's probably a meal for an entire family in some third world country. it's immense. i couldn't even finish it, but i really did try my best, and i was foolishly ambitious to think i wanted to order a cheesecake as well. i'm glad i didnt. the poorest part of this experience was the service. we had two different wait staff completely ignore- perhaps forgotten is a better word- us for most of the night apart from the initial seating. after my friend waved someone over and made a request, they never ended up coming back, despite us watching them go back and forth to accomodate many other customers, completely ignoring our presence somehow. we decided to simply leave after the lack of attentiveness, after paying, and it unfortunately left a sour taste in our mouths after a stellar meal.

A good place! This branch of Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills offers great service and delicious food with a wide variety of options. The portions are generous, and the cheesecake is a must-try. However, the interior can feel a bit dark and dimly lit. Overall, a solid dining experience in a prime location.

This location is one of the smaller Cheesecake Factory locations I’ve ever visited. My server was Onna. Onna had a large selection to cover and I must say she covered it very well. She checked on each table. She was quick at providing with each of my requests. I had the factory chopped salad with chicken, with avocado egg rolls and a tasty strawberry blossom martini. My visit was awesome and well as my food and cocktails. The ambience of the restaurant is the same as the other Cheesecake Factory restaurants. The restaurant is clean and has outdoor dining.

I’m not a big fan of Cheesecake Factory. We had a really nice server though. He suggested the fried chicken sandwich I ordered. It was pretty good. Pretty average Cheesecake Factory. There are a few parking structures in the area and meter parking is available.

Long wait for a table but cleanliness was an issue. Waiter was weird and made my wife uncomfortable because he made inappropriate comment about her appearance. Portion of food was large but taste is another story. No flavor at all. Cheesecake was only positive thing here.

We had lunch here and we were impressed from start to finish. Not only did they quickly accommodate our large group but the food was delicious and Saeku was amazing. We had all 4 kids with us (oldest 16, youngest 4), we had just landed in LA and our youngest ears were hurting. They brought her ice cream, a warm cloth for her ear, Saeku was so patient and took the time to interact with our kids which we always love. And the bill was absolutely reasonable. 10/10

They got the billing incorrect and when we asked this to the server he denied that he got it wrong and we didn’t want to make a big fuss about it and decided to ignore it. Big shame on staff trainers. Also, we asked to have us seated outdoors and we were told that it’s a 45 min wait when all the tables outdoors were vacant, not sure why they said that because when we came out of the restaurant after we ate even more tables were vacant outside. We won’t be back here. This is not the first CCF we came to and all other locations have been good. This is a big let down for your location and your brand. Thank you.

My family and I have been regulars at The Cheesecake Factory, but our recent experience at the Beverly Hills location was disappointing. We waited over an hour to order and another 45 minutes for our food, only for my dish to arrive with a hair in it. When I asked for a remake, I was told the kitchen had closed. The manager, Josh, was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful, implying I was lying about the hair and failing to honor his own promises for compensation, until I spoke up for myself. On a positive note, our waiter Daniel was kind and professional throughout the ordeal. This experience fell far below the standards we’ve come to expect, and I hope the management improves how they treat customers and staff in the future.

It was a tiring day because I walked so much at the Getty Museum of Art. I was so hungry that I tried to find a restaurant, but I couldn't find it. After a long walk, I found a street in Beverly Hills! As a rich town, a wonderful painting greeted my family. We walked talking about going in if we saw a restaurant anywhere, and we just walked in, and we saw Cheeseecake Beverly Hill!! We went in in a hurry, ordered spaghetti, and my spouse and I left with salad to fill our stomachs and be satisfied. The interior of the restaurant was very classy with an antique feel. I introduce to you all like this: Spaghetti and Meatballs, Kids’ Spaghetti with Meatball, Renee’s Chicken-Almond Salad Sandwich, Buttermilk Pancakes, Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake. I think the taste of the pan cake will be memorable for a long time.
The main popular menu of this restaurant is as follows. You may refer to it:
1. Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp
Based on Indian curry, it comes with peanuts, coconut, and chili sauce. It's a little spicy, but it's still delicious. You can taste shrimp and chicken at once. Some say it's sweet.
2. Jambalaya pasta
It is flanked by shrimp, and it is a little spicy. More Koreans visit it because it is spicy.
3. Tai Chi Chicken Lettuce Wraps
The chicken is soft and tender. It is cooked like lettuce and tastes sweet. There are many sauces to choose from, and there are various vegetables, such as bean sprouts, noodles, carrots, and cucumbers.
4. Da Vinci pasta
Da Vinci, which comes in oyster sauce, is very delicious. It can be a little greasy with mushrooms and chicken in it, but it's a pasta that's better with wine.

Meine Erfahrung bei der Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills war eine absolute Katastrophe, und zwar dank einer übergeordneten Person, die jegliches Verständnis für Gastfreundschaft vermissen ließ. Wir, 5 Erwachsene und drei kleine Kinder, wollten draußen an einem Tisch sitzen – doch uns wurde gesagt, dass das “in Beverly Hills nicht gut aussehe”. Ernsthaft? Statt uns als Familie zusammen sitzen zu lassen, wurden wir gezwungen, uns auf zwei verschiedene Tische aufzuteilen. Das ist nicht nur unpraktisch, sondern schlichtweg respektlos!

Und als wäre das nicht genug, wurde uns auch noch verweigert, die Sonnenschirme zuzuklappen, damit wir den Hochstuhl für die Kinder ordentlich an den Tisch stellen konnten – obwohl die Sonne längst weg war! Dieser absurde Umgang kam von einer Vorgesetzten, die scheinbar mehr Wert darauf legte, wie das Restaurant nach außen wirkt, als darauf, dass Gäste, besonders Familien, sich wohlfühlen.

Die Kellner waren nett und bemüht, aber das ändert nichts daran, dass diese schikanöse Entscheidung von oben getroffen wurde. Es ist einfach unfassbar, wie wenig Rücksicht auf Familien genommen wird. Gastfreundschaft? Fehlanzeige. Kinderfreundlich? Keine Spur. So ein Verhalten ist in einem Restaurant wie der Cheesecake Factory absolut inakzeptabel!

Wir hatten keine Reservierung am Sonntag Abend, die Wartezeit für einen Tisch wurde uns mit ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten angegeben. Nach 40 Minuten bekamen wir dann endlich unseren Tisch, dafür sehr gemütlich am Fenster. Der Service war super schnell, das Essen gut. Kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen, vielleicht ist reservieren das nächste mal aber sinnvoller.

Hello from Australia.. I popped in to your restaurant during the early afternoon on 09/11/24 just to buy 4 waters. The lovely lady at your greeting stand was so friendly and accommodating (I didn't catch her name) that honestly I was truly touched by her warm generosity. It's weeks later and I'm still reflecting on the genuine wholehearted kindness displayed to me that day. It's such a rare occurrence. I just wanted to let you all know, this lovely human is doing great things for your brand. We have now gone to several of your other restaurants on our travels & when I return to LA, I am looking forward to returning to you for a meal. Thanks for a great experience!

Absolutely the worst location and customer service one can ever get here.
I love Cheesecake Factory but this location deserves 0 star.

Was there with my husband yesterday and we ended up self serving ourselves.
We didn’t know who our waiter was as all the employees had attitude issues and no one was approaching our table.

Anyways, decided to give them a second chance and placed an order for french fries and cheesecake slice.
They put 2 french fries.

Parking is pretty easy, to almost easy, with all the free two hour parking nearby, from parking lots, to the neighborhood north of Santa Monica blvd.

I was so impressed with our server, Daniel’s, exceptional service that I had to write a review on here. Daniel was attentive and thorough when accommodating our allergy-based dietary restrictions and so knowledgeable when recommending general dishes which was really appreciated with such a detailed menu. His kindness and attention to detail made our dinner experience so enjoyable and the food was excellent too.

It was a terrible experience. We had tried Cheesecake factory in Toronto and had a good experience.
First of all, the inside of the restaurant in very dark.
We were seated at a table where staff were sitting and talking right behind us on another table. I had never experienced that in a restaurant.
The food was below average. I ordered Luisiana chicken pasta. The chicken tasted like burnt oil and pasta was mixed with spagethi. I wish I had taken a photo.
Kids spagethi and meatball was just ok.
We didn't receive our drinks and the waiter didn't care to come and check on us until we almost finished our meal so that we could at least remind him. And even our water was not refilled!
At the end I had to ask them to remove the drinks we were not served from the bill!
I give 2 star to the food just because of the cheesecake and kids icecream.

It's a very nice place. Always the same, but the food is not the same. Anymore, and it just doesn't taste good. And the menu is different and it's not the way it used to be. And that sucks because I don't feel satisfied when I leave and I'm upset even though the service is very nice. But it's not about that. It's the fact that the food is horrible, and even if they try to fix it, they still don't fix it. And whatever they say on the menu is not exactly what they give you. So yeah, I'm upset about it and it's not the same when they sing. Happy birthday. They don't care. They're not into it, they don't have a lot of wagers that come together and do it. So it's not the same, and it just sucks, and it's so expensive, so what's the point of going there? Anymore, nothing.

We especially choose Cheesecake to eat the lunch. The server “Young Lady” has a wonderful smile for my kid. Meal is excellent, Cheesecake is not too sweet. We do have a good time here.

Conoscevamo la Cheescake factory e l'avevamo frequentata a Vegas, ma nel district di Beverly Hills abbiamo deciso di fermarci per un pranzo. I piatti molto buoni, tranne la "carbonara" che non era qualificabile così neanche nell'ambito della cucina italo-americana. Il personale molto gentile e la posizione ottima, nel cuore della Rodeo Drive. Cheescake fenomenale, come in tutte le Factory. OTTIMO rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto vista la zona.

En esta zona los precios son de por sí un poco más elevado que en otras áreas de la ciudad y en algunos casos se disparan. Así que esta es una opción razonable, con una extensa carta, llena de opciones. Cuando finalmente te decidas, los platos se servirán rápido. En nuestro caso, todo estaba rico. Además, fue de los poquitos sitios donde en el menú infantil además de "fritangadas" y comida rápida, se incluía pescado y verduras.

the arnold palmers here are really good. they even added sugar to the rim without me having to ask! a restaurant like that can have 5 stars from me. also their servers were quick and kind. and the reeses cheesecake rocked. i would go back if i didn’t live in new york (flex!). anyway ya you should go to the cheesecake factory and order their arnold palmer stat! oh also their flatbread lunch special was good along with the avocado egg roll type appetizer. really a great time.

Food was not seasoned gave cold bread ask the server/waiter for more butter and hot bread didn't get that..crab bites and lemonade was the only decent tasting food/drink

Muitas opções de sobremesa e outros pratos. Ambiente bonito e tranquilo. Preço dentro da expectativa para a região. Pedi o cheesecake baseado no Snicker (com chocolate e amendoim). Infelizmente a água (cortesia da casa - prática comum aqui) veio em um copo sujo, mas trocaram e tudo bem. Não diria que é um lugar obrigatório para visitar, mas se estiver por perto, vale entrar e conhecer o cardápio.

As far as the food goes, it’s a typical, reliable Cheesecake Factory

Service was very slow and impersonal. It took 10 minutes for our server to arrive once we were seated, we had large gaps where he just disappeared, and once we finally ushered someone else to get us the check, we had to wait another 10 minutes. The interior and decor is also rather dingy compared to most other CF spacious locations.

Tried their outdoor seating and it was pleasant March afternoon. Got their Stuffed Mushrooms and Veggie Burger both of which are rated below:
Stuffed Mushroom: 4.5/5
Veggie Burger: 4/5

Wow, einfach top! Alles war ein Traum und die Erzählung stimmen zu 100% der Cheesecake ist von einer anderen Welt so lecker !!! Wir haben drei Sorten probiert und eine war besser als die andere.

I recently had an incredible dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills, and I can't thank the staff enough for their outstanding service.

Despite missing our original reservation at 5 PM and facing a hiccup with changing it to 6 PM, the two hosts, Blue and Ryan, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even though we were an hour late, they graciously found a way to seat us and even allowed us to change our seating because our initial spot was in a colder part of the restaurant.

Our server, Valentina, was equally fantastic. My mother has a dairy allergy, and Valentina was exceptionally attentive to her needs, ensuring that her dining experience was enjoyable and worry-free. She also made my niece's birthday celebration extra special by bringing her a birthday sundae. When the candle went out, Valentina came back and relit it so my niece could blow it out and make her birthday wish.

The level of care and professionalism from Blue, Ryan, and Valentina made our visit truly special. Thank you to the entire team at The Cheesecake Factory Beverly Hills for making our night memorable. We'll definitely be back!

Pasta was undercooked, and cold. Waited an hour for the food to come out and it was horrible. As a Beverly Hills location the experience was horrible.

5 people with a dog, came 100 times and somehow they can not accommodate 5 people with a dog anymore! Told them we came numerous times but they said we won’t add chairs to tables anymore! And as soon as I accepted we can sit separately, they told me oh and our heaters mostly don’t work out too. I understand if you don’t wanna accommodate customer 2 hours ahead of closing, but at least I wish he was nice about it. Never going back again

Everything is good service was awesome the course didn't give the expectation to big burger was almost to medium and other side was half medium rare but everything is good the server did a fantastic job. 👍

The bathrooms were disgusting AF. You'd get one star if it wasn't for your server and the decent food. Roberto? Alberto? I didn't catch his name; attentive and very friendly. Several people standing around doing nothing, yet no one can find time to clean the bathroom. The majority of our party almost slipped to their death navigating the men's and women's bathroom. Paper hand towels overflowing the trash onto the floor and into the hallway. If this is how you keep your bathroom, how do you keep your kitchen... Eww.

Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse, parfait pour voir passer les belles voitures. Le cheesecake "traditionnel" était très bon. Dommage seulement que la chantilly ne soit pas faite "maison"

Pedimos um filé com purê de batata pra almoçar, e estava delicioso. Minha expectativa para provar a cheesecake era enorme, mas fiquei extremamente frustrada. Achei doce demais, não tem gosto de queijo (o recheio), é só muito doce, com gosto de comida industrializada, e a "casquinha" do cheesecake estava totalmente molhada. Meu marido experimentou uma torta de chocolate e também não gostou...achou bem sem graça. Já comi cheesecakes no BR muito melhores.

Went to the CF with my daughter. Decided to pick her up from her pm class at UCLA and head over to Beverly Hills. Check in was quite excellent. Didn't need to wait. Restaurant is a bit small compared to others as I have been to many. Food quality was excellent and got a nice slice of our favorite white chocolate raspberry truffle. Mmmmmmmm. Table service was less than okay. Server seemed disinterested and more interested in other guests. She did appear to have too many tables assigned to her. Ambiance looked a bit old. I would not return to this location.

The food was SO good and our waiter was very nice and we had a good chat with him. The ambience was great, too, as you could just watch the cars go by Rodeo Drive when sitting outside. Of course the cheesecake was 10/10!!
