Be sure to make a reservation! At first, I was told I couldnt do it without a reservation, but they let me sit in one of the empty seats. Thank you very much. The food is so-so and the garden view is pretty and healing. They also took wedding photos on the terrace. 0

I always love coming here. Staff is attentive and welcoming. The corn agnolotti is my favorite. Dogs are allowed but this most recent visit was marred by a yapping dog that barked the entire time we were at dinner. On top of that there was the cigar smoker nearby. My husband loves cigars so Im not against them. I just wish that there was a different place to seat people who insist on smoking cigars while others who dont smoke are trying to enjoy their food. It wont stop me from coming here. I have many happy memories here of meals with friends, birthday celebrations, business dinners and such. The Terrace is my happy place

The atmosphere is very good, just like in Paris, France, with green trees, blue sky, fountains and bright sunshine. But the food is really terrible. Desserts are also available. If you want to have afternoon tea and go on a date, it s fine. It s very suitable. Simply eating is a waste of money, especially this pasta. The noodles were undercooked and even tasted sour, like leftovers that others didn t want.

Interesting place in a garden in the heart of Rodeo Drive. Service quite good. Food was just ok. Nice the cod glazed with miso soup. And spaghetti were ok. Broccolini were little dry. Squash soup ok. Little expensive options. But who, you are in Rodeo Drive!

We passed on a weekday for late afternoon lunch and found a place on terrace. The area is great to enjoy some sun and relax with a view on the plaza. It is rather quiet, though depends the table next to you. Waiters were very friendly and went out of their way to add some heaters (it was in May). Food is ok and plates are nicely decorated, nothing too fancy. For parking best is to use the covered parkings in the area where you can park for free.

I have come often for lunch. It is always delicious and served with a smile. Dont come here on a budget or in a rush. The outdoor seating gives you great people watching in a relaxed environment. Take a long lunch and try their seasonal menu for a beautiful afternoon. Parking: Valet is convenient, but you can get free parking in the paid lot nearby if you keep your visit to 2 hours.

They made a mistake and overcharged us by 54$. We paid and we left, then in 1 minute I realized that it is a lot and we went back. We were still in the lobby, near the entrance of the restaurant. When I asked May I get our receipt, they said , ohhh we know that we made a mistake and we overcharged you. Excuse me, you knew about this mistake and you did not chase us to give us money back??? You knew it from the beginning. It is called stealing money. How could it be at such place? Picture is as a proof that I visited you.

Not a great experience. The dishes were basic and the service was subpar. Our server just walked up and asked what we wanted and put zero effort into cultivating a dining experience. She didn t even introduce herself or offer recommendations. A 20% gratuity is included on the check so don t make the mistake we did of tipping another 20% on top of the included tip. I wouldn t waste your time here, there are much better places in the area with better food and better service.

Weve been coming for Afternoon Tea at the Maybourne, from Phoenix, since it started in 2022. As big fans of Claridges in London we were thrilled to see this wonderful experience come to the US. Today will be the last time. We made reservations for our daughters 2nd birthday, after attending tea for our babymoon and her 1st birthday here. We sat for 45 minutes with no food delivered to our table and no explanation. We ended up having to go to a nearby Whole Foods so the little one had something to eat. We spoke to the service staff, hostess and manager with absolutely no recourse. The Maybourne group should be absolutely ashamed to have its name associated with this establishment as it is not representative of the brand at all. It was an exceptionally disappointing experience, made doubly so by the importance of the occasion. Do not waste your time here. There are a number of nearby establishments that will be happy for your business and treat you as their guest (looking at you, Spago). This hotel is high on its own supply. 2 Michelin Keys? I think not...

Decent food but small portions. Hostess is not very friendly and seems more interested in trying to be something than just being something. Wait staff some great some ok. Prices are very high ($12 for a coffee!!) but atmosphere, white tablecloths, dishes and ample heating makes it a great place to be. Vegetarian options: Some decent vegetarian options for breakfast. Parking: BH has nearby free parking for one or two hours. Street parking is tough to find.

This was our first time at The Maybourne s terrace restaurant. The experience was terrible. It took ages for our server to show up at the table to take our order. The assistant server then asked for drinks after a long time waiting and no explanation was provided. We had no idea who our server was, because staff kept on passing by our table without offering us any assistance! Then, a server showed up asking what were your drinks? So we had to repeat our order again to the unprofessional staff! Despite ordering few items, our order did not arrive until way later. Our coffee was not re-filled nor was a pot placed on the table for our convenience. Even after finishing our meal, no one showed up to either clear our table or ask if we would require anything else! I am giving one star for the superb location beside the garden s fountain. Apart from the view of the fountain, the service was horrendous. We also overheard a nearby table who had dishes that did not arrive.

So after that we have corn agnolotti with black truffle it is my favorite dishes in the restaurant. Then we have spaghetti Al pamdoro it is really classic one aldanti it is very delicious. We have chicken breast. It is lower then what I expected from them no special flavor or spices. Finally my friend have vanilla ice cream he like it . Service is really good and all people smile.

It was okay, we ordered burrata, branzino, cauliflower, spaghetti pomodoro and a kids burger. The burrata was okay but a bit tough, not the best I ve had here. The branzino was good as well as their fresh pasta! The kids burger however was quite charred/burned and the portion of fries that comes with it is very large for kids. The service was great and staff was very cooperative with navigating the menu due to some food restrictions we had in the group.

Only good thing I can say about this place is that it has a nice surrounding atmosphere. Staff couldn t figure out how to use the umbrellas to properly shade guests on a 90 degree day while we paid scam prices for very marginal dishes. Salad was bad, pasta dish was okay, and chicken was horrific, both undercooked and dry at the same time. Literally top 3 worst chicken dishes I ve had in my life. Was sick for 48 hours afterward and knew at the time the chicken was not right; so glad I stopped eating halfway through. This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for trying to justify this dish. I assure you I will never return and due to mishandling of the incident by staff (still charging us for all but the one dish?) I will make sure to steer all friends away from this place.

The sessions are sometimes beautiful and elegant, but the service is sometimes slow and we have to ask them for everything. What is strange is that they charge 20% more for this slow service. The food is delicious in general, especially the grilled shrimp, salmon, smoked trout salad, and cheesecake, but the presentation is very ordinary, nothing special, and the prices are exaggerated, and some of the dishes arrived cold once. We asked them to reheat them. Many of their sweets contain alcohol, so make sure it is without alcohol before ordering.

My dining experience at The Terrace restaurant in Maybourne Beverly Hills was an absolute delight. The restaurant, nestled within the luxurious confines of the hotel, offered an exquisite blend of ambiance, service, and gastronomic artistry that left an indelible impression. The culinary journey began with the Grilled Octopus. Perfectly tender and beautifully presented, the octopus melted in my mouth, leaving behind a symphony of flavors. It was the perfect initiation into what was to follow. Then, the Linguini Pasta was presented. An indulgent dish that expertly balanced subtlety and complexity of flavors. Each bite was a testament to the chefs skill and creativity, highlighting the delicate texture of the pasta and the robust flavors of the accompanying sauce. The pièce de résistance was the Salmon. Perfectly cooked, it boasted a delicate crisp on the outside and flaked away effortlessly on the inside, embodying a flavor profile that was both delicate and rich. Each bite was a joy, making this a dish I would highly recommend to any seafood lover. However, the standout of my experience at The Terrace was breakfast. The Huevos Rancheros was a delightful way to start the day. It was well-prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious, delivering a burst of flavors with every bite. Aside from the exceptional dishes, the ambiance of The Terrace further enhanced the dining experience. Elegant and inviting, the restaurant has successfully cultivated an atmosphere that marries comfort and luxury seamlessly. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive, contributing to a dining experience that felt personal and relaxed. In conclusion, my culinary journey at The Terrace in Maybourne Beverly Hills was a complete sensory delight. It is not just a meal, but a true culinary experience that elevates dining to an art form. Its definitely a must-visit for any food connoisseur in Beverly Hills.

You just lost three clients! We approached this place and were not even greeted by the grumpy hostess. Instead, she was doing something else, talking to other employees, etc, AS IF WE WEREN T THERE. When she was done doing that, we asked if they had a table for 3. She lazily said that she needed to see if they have a free table (I saw a bunch of free tables behind her). But instead of finding a table for us, she started chatting with 2 other women, those workers came up and didn t even say hi to us. They were just talking about something else again. We waited for a while and said it s okay and left and the hostess didn t say a word as if she was waiting for that! Very unfriendly and untrained staff, almost rude. I will never return. I had a feeling that this place is a tourist trap, but wanted to give it a try. Horrible place, the whole interaction was unpleasant. The staff needs to either quit or do their job properly. But since this enterprise keeps them, it speaks volumes about their management.

The burger was bleeding cocktail sauce and couldnt hide its soggy tomatoes. Their Caesar was decent. Their allumette fries were excellent, despite a tasteless aioli on the side. Their charcoal juice was undrinkable, dangerously undrinkable, like some diabolical bartender squeezed rotten lemons found at the bottom of a coalmine. I was a little nervous that it would not meet my expectations set by the staff at the Montage. But boy was I wrong. This place has not only met but exceeded my expectations. The ambiance is simply breathtaking. The food and drinks are amazing. We had dinner and drink on the patio the other night and were just blown away. For me, a good staff will always make or break a place, and the staff here truly makes it! If I had one recommendation it would be that they being back the cheese and nut tray and the piano man that the Montage had nightly.

First off, I am kicking myself for not taking pictures of my food. But the view from the table? The food was excellent, and the staff was attentive. I have to good back for all of that and more. Next, review the complete picture spread.

Get your protractor ready because Im coming at this review from all angles! The first angle is an unfortunate one (probably obtuse). We arrived on time for our Friday 6:00 pm reservation. We were promptly seated and served Pellegrino. Then our server disappeared. Then 6:30 came. No server. Then 6:45. No server. The clock then struck 7:00 pm and our server was nowhere in sight. If this were an audition for the lead covert agent in the next Tom Clancy spy thriller, they would have gotten the part. After 64 minutes, the ordeal of patience came to an end when the server arrived at 7:04 pm. I am very pleased to report that the food took a much better angle than the service. The crisp leaves of the Caesar salad covered a delightful surprise of guacamole that actually provided a welcome and unique textural contrast. Both the salmon and the branzino were fresh (which is not surprising given that they had both probably just hatched in the Atlantic Ocean when we first sat down at our table) and contained moist centers beneath flaky and well-seasoned crusts. Bottom line: While Ive waited for less time at the DMV than I did for our server to arrive and take our order, the food was far superior to the DMV and probably warrants a visit. 4 stars. Just bring a crossword puzzle.

Never disappoints. Brunch, lunch or dinner just go for it. We came by for brunch this morning. Lovely menu. Delicious French Toast. Slices of bread served with powdered sugar, cream cheese and fresh fruits. Overall, it was a good brunch.

Went here on Sunday with my boyfriend for a cute brunch moment. The service was really great! The hostess was quick and very kind. We had a really funny server named Eddie who was great at helping us pick our food choices and drinks, def coming back to see him. The bussers checked on us and the Manager popped by too. Also the food is DELICIOUS!!! 10 out of 10!

The best service by far. The food was amazing, John our waitress was fantastic, by far the best. We are in staying not far from The Terrace while my son was having surgery, at the same time on Friday I had to attend a zoom call, saying good bye to my dad . We got the table against a wall for privacy. The staff did not know what I was going through until the end. I ask for the manager to let him know what a great service John has provided. Steven the manager was a delight to speak to, in this days customer service is rare, thank you for making a very sad and difficult afternoon for me an easy one. I was suppose to go back yesterday night, but we had to stay close to the hospital. Steven if you re reading this we are planning on coming today or tomorrow but we will be there, to enjoy your great service, and have that drink in my dads honor!
