Had this in China and didn’t know they have here in the us. Tastes the same! Best boba tea ever, the salty creama is the best thing that’s happened to boba since boba. It adds such a great taste. Been craving it since China trip, and glad we’re able to enjoy it here. I would love to know how to Francine’s one of these. I love the fragrant inside, it smells just like hometown, the honeysuckles smell, it’s now iconic with the brand.

HEYTEA 喜茶 is finally here in LA! I have been a loyal customer since 2016 in Shenzhen, China, and I have waited for way too long! It tastes as good as what I remember back in my hometown. I will visit here frequently for sure.

this is an S-tier tea shop. they were out of boba so instead of ordering milk tea I ordered the coconut mango boom with sago which was incredible. the flavor was authentic and delicate, very refreshing. the service is fantastic too -- the server explained the ingredients to me very carefully, and even offered to make me another drink if I didn't like the mango coconut boom. price point is solid, and free parking. I'm highly impressed, will definitely be coming back!

Been wanting to try HEYTEA so we were happy to hear they opened in Beverly Hills. Got there a little before opening and there was already a bit of a wait. The staff were extremely friendly. It was warm so they brought us cold water while we waited. Angel was extremely friendly and helped us with our order. It's a bit of a wait but worth it. The tea was top tier.

The Coconut Mango Boom Fruit Tea was divine. The grand opening was on July 26. They have a buy one get one free offer through July 28, and get the second one at half off for a week or two after that. You can order online using the HEYTEA app. to avoid waiting in line. There were plenty of staff to assist and help you choose. They also have water out front for people waiting in line.

I love Heytea for their commitment to quality they use real ingredients instead of powders, which makes a huge difference in taste. It s truly the best tea in town! However, my experience has had some hiccups. On two occasions, after waiting around 40 minutes, I was told they either ran out of Grapes and the other time was they forgot my order, leading to an even longer wait than expected. Despite these mix-ups, the delicious, high-quality tea keeps me coming back. If they could improve their order management, it would be an all-around perfect experience!

Its outrageous that four employees can wait for 20 minutes with only five drinks in front. The cheese form is very small. I charged more than one yuan... A small cup of smoothie costs nine yuan... The taste is not as good as Sanmao... I will never come here again.

The flavor and quality is so good. You can easily tell all the ingredients are legit. We ordered 75% sugar, and it is not very sweet, which we like. We went on a Sunday noon and there arent many people, but you do have to wait a while for the drink to be made. Plus it is really hard to find parking there. So I recommend ordering ahead on app or their website and just quickly pick it up. Parking: Very hard to find a parking spot.

Even though the drinks are relatively expensive, I have a bad attitude and eat them. The person who ordered the order has a terrible face. They don t give straws or cup sleeves. When I came back, I saw that the medium ice I ordered didn t even have any ice at all. Is it so expensive in LA?

The lady said it was gonna be a 20 minute wait but we ended up waiting an hour for two drinks. When we got the drinks, we were disappointed with the taste. It was basically shaved ice with a hint of tea (we got the Yumberry Boom). Overall this ain t it.

the most unprofessional place with excessive wait times and inexperienced staff. when i went there everyone was waiting a long time and was complaining to them. i waited 30 minutes to get one black tea with no boba and no sugar. this was on a tuesday afternoon the most basic drink took 30 MINUTES. When i asked the man in the front, he said you have to look at the board but he had NOT scanned the drink when it was done. so it never said it was ready. HOW would i know it s ready if you don t do your job of scanning it in? He also said you need to be looking at the board while simultaneously scanning it in so the second i looked up it magically was in the ready section. meaning, he had realized the mistake of not scanning it in the actual time it was prepared, so he did it while i was complaining to PRETEND it was like that the whole time. as if i was standing there for 30 minutes and wasn t looking at the board every 5 seconds lol what a joke. I can t even believe the unprofessional attitude after making a mistake he tried to trick me and say it was my fault. while i was waiting, he started speaking (what sounded like an argument) in their language with this girl in a suit top and shorts. she clearly was not dressed to make the drinks, but was in the back with her hair down. Not only did they make me wait 30 minutes for one drink, the lady s hair down in the kitchen makes me think this place is unclean. then after their argument in a foreign language she started mopping the floor when all the customers were waiting around. It was horrible mopping bc it made the floor even stickier. all around this is the worst and weirdest experience i ve ever had at a store like this. i will never be coming back and i m not sorry.

The service was very slow. I waited nearly 40 minutes to get my drink. And when I finally got it, the drinks made us extremely disappointed. I ordered the Strawberry Peach, but all I could taste was sourness there was no hint of strawberry or peach flavor at all. My friend ordered the Mango Boom, and the mango had a strange, unpleasant smell, which made us suspect that the mango wasn t fresh. I have been to Heytea in New York, and the quality was excellent, but the quality at the Beverly Hills location is really disappointing. I won t be coming back again.

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and we waited for an extra 40 minutes for our drink. Worker was rude and was taking their time in the world to make the drinks when people were literally outside squatting while waiting for their orders. Ordered their mango drink and the mango were literally not fresh and all mushy and tastes weird. Definitely not worth the wait and the price.

1. Too much time to wait. It says the drink will be ready in 15 mins so I came when the time comes to 6 mins. But the result was I still been there for over 50 mins. Is a minute of Heytea time 10 times longer than real time? 2. Definitely not the same flavor when it was in China. In China, the cheese grape boom uses the real fresh grape as the bottom part. But they use grape jelly here!! Is this something you can just swap out? It made his flavor drop so much. Plus a waste of time. Sadly, I give this disappointing experience a 2/5.

TLDR: The drink is fine, paper straw SUCKS. The drink is similar, if not identical, to the NYC one and the ones in CN. What I dislike is the paper straw (along with a plastic cup.) The jelly and fruit in the drink are humongous and will soon clog, break, and collapse the paper straw making the whole drink a waste. I sacrificed my white T-shirt (trying to drink from the cup directly, when you try the same, take out the straw first) and half a cup of tea for this review.

The mango coconut boom tastes good and decent, wish the coconut flavour was stronger and wish they include sago instead of jelly which will definitely enhance more of the flavour but if compared to other mango sago drinks from other places this was quite underwhelming however it seems to tastes great considering there are not a lot of competitors in the area.

Decent tea, but misheard me when I ordered a drink with tapioca pearls. Immediately noticed on my receipt that it was tea with no added toppings and asked if they could add them, to which the cashier responded that they couldn t add it because the drink was already made (it had been less than a minute). Considering it wasn t added because they misheard me, I feel they could ve 1) charged me extra for the tapioca pearls separately or 2) given it to me on the house since the pearls weren t that pricey. He said to come back next time and order it with tapioca pearls, but unsure there will be next time

Changing my review because my boyfriend delivered one of their drinks to me today and I found a strand of hair in it. We live an hour away so driving back wasnt ideal. I tried looking for a phone number for their establishment to remedy the situation but they dont have one listed. So here we are... Im annoyed and sad at the situation because I do like their drinks. We went to Heytea on Wednesday afternoon, parked in the public parking lot which offers first 2 hours free. Heytea was not too busy, still waited for 25 minutes for our Yumberry and Grape berry fruit drinks. I ordered yumberry without adding sugar and milk, it was so good because I can taste the fragrance of the real tea, love the tiny jelly in the drink, the texture was perfectly done. Parking: Street meters parking by the store is hard to find, but there are parking garages ( 5-10 min walking)nearby, some offer first 2 hours free.
