Spent a week in Big Bear and came here four times! It's just that good! Food and Drinks have been fantastic and always fresh. And the young man working here does a great job! It is the perfect place go after a long hike or just for a refreshing meal.

Great place with a large menu!

The "favorite acai" is their best bowl, in my opinion. And their coffee and chai lattes are contenders for the best in town, which was rather unexpected.

The price is something to be aware of, but the quality here is excellent. The staff is great, especially considering the volume of customers they sometimes get during the busy days!

Great spot for a beverage or a bite to eat. Service was friendly, plenty of seating with a great outdoor patio. Everything was clean. We enjoyed our hot chocolate and nitro cold brew. Will definitely be back.

Our family went here on a trip to big bear , Jack -Son took our order and was nice but we ordered a lot of food and I have to say if you order acai bowls only order the 16 oz don't order the 24 oz it's a rip. They only fill the 24 oz ones to the 16 oz height??? Why pay more for the same amount of the 16 oz? Our party tipped and we spent $125 for everything, when I asked about the 24 oz why I'd was skimpy Jack-Son said to just give them 3 stars and he doesn't make the bowls so.......

Half of the businesses up here are closed or out of business so I called twice to make sure theyre open since a few of the google reviews said they were closed when they got there. The phone is a cell phone and no one answers calls or texts.

$6.50 for a 16 oz Mango Watermelon drink that was filled 12 oz with ice. Lowest tip option was 20%. When I chose other --> no tip, the young lady behind the counter made a face (while looking down, opened eyes wide and tightened her lips by pulling her cheeks back). Seriously, this isnt the Hamptons. Lets use our wallets to tell them to get their heads back down to earth.

I m not sure if the guy with the nasty tattoo and the Bluetooth headset was the manager/owner but was very rude when taking orders. Terrible customer service and experience. Don t bother coming here unless you want a subpar coffee/juice with a rude jerk making it.

Awful customer service by owner @ Frusion Big Bear! We got charged for drinks and when we approach the coffee bar about still missing five of our drinks he was rude, tried to argued that he gaves us our drinks when it was only two parties in the shop including our family. When I asked for a refund instead, with an A$$ hole attitude just told the cashier to make sure to charge for the two hot cocoas we did get. We also witnessed how rude he was towards new customers coming in the shop. Please dont support business like this. Worse experience ever when visiting such a beautiful town. What a disappointment!!!

A group of 4 adults went in. No receipts were given and no names were asked on our purchases. We all paid separately. 3 of our orders were given and 1 was not. Instead of just saying to the person whose order didnt come up, Not to worry. Well get you taken care of, Trenton (employee) gave our friend such a hard time about it and then came out to the other 3 of us who had our orders, and accused us of taking the missing order. Remember, no receipts were given. So, I asked him how he would like us to prove it? The only way was to show our bank statement transaction, which is ridiculous we would need to. They should be handing out receipts as proof of purchase. The employee was so incredibly rude during the whole process and made us feel like we had stolen. Once we all proved we had infact ordered and paid, I asked him if he was going to apologize to the member of our party who never got his order. His exact response as he turned and walked away: Im not apologizing for nuthin. Wow! Trenton was aggressive, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. It also seemed like he was under the influence.

Best thing I ve had in town The Frushion Açaí bowl is perfection. The coconut cream is like a Hawaiian Huapia, just like the açaí bowls i fell in love with Hawaii. Will definitely make this a regular stop for me whenever in town.

Ill give zero if it was an option. I Walked inside the store kind of melo after having a big pizza went straight to the counter asked where do I order, the guy who didnt give his name you the sarcastic tone and point the finger youre there where it says order in the front as if Im blind or cant read. Then he looked at my husband who was there to pay because I didnt have my card on me says leave the dog outside it was about the tone and the attitude. He never said hi he was not welcoming hes not that he was busy. After having fun all day spending money in a really nice fancy restaurants with my dog his attitude didnt deserve my money so I walked out without spending a dime.

This place is a must visit on your trip to Big Bear! They have one of the best menus I have ever seen- so creative with their juices, coffees, and bowls. They have like 5 versions of avocado toast that are amazing! Manolo is so nice and he truly cares about making quality food and drinks. Come visit- it s right across from the Oakside restaurant in the Village!!!

Not a good vibe at all. Customer service here is somehow noticeably unpleasant despite this being a very basic and minimal service experience. The cashier messed up our order and then we were asked to come back to the cash register and pay more for what she plugged in which made no sense to us. They also just totally didn t make my friend s drink and we re super dismissive when she asked the status. They weren t willing to meet in the middle with us or acknowledge any accountability in their multiple mistakes - plus the staff were rude to each other. Just not a good experience. We wanted a quick simple smoothie, not a weirdly intense and super expensive ordeal that somehow took 30 minutes. Lots of options in the area so I d recommend anything else if you just need a coffee or snack!

Dont expect good service or good food here. I will never be returning. Staff was rude and aggressive. Never put a bad review in my life. This place is terrible. Hopefully they realize they have a staff issue before its too late.

Walked in super excited to grab a coffee, but the attendant rudely said they were closed even though their hours stated they were open for another ~45 mins. After bringing this to his attention he coldly said, I m closing early . It s not what you say, but how you say it.

Wanted to check out this location. Heard very mixed reviews. Ordered a latte and one of the avacado toast items. The avacado toast was good....the latte was nothing special, almost more to the not great side. The service is where they are really lacking. Not friendly or helpful and they dont seem to care when they turn customers away. The woman in front of me came with her husband and a stroller with 2 small dogs. As soon as she walked in she was told she could not bring the dogs in. Ok, I get it, but there were customers on the patio that had dogs with them. The employee didnt offer any additional information, such as, yiu are welcome to have the dogs on the patio, but not inside. The customer asked why they were not allowed and the employee just snapped back....they are not allowed! The customer turned and walked out. Employees definately need some lessons in customer service. All said, I doubt I will be going back and I certainly wont recommend.

Ive been here on four occasions. Each time the service has been great and a different person has been at the register each time, male and female. Im immediately acknowledged when I walk in, even if they are behind the counter working, and served with a smile so Im not sure what the other reviews about rude service were unless those patrons were rude to the staff first. And if youre listening and paying attention they always call your number when your order is ready. Ive had one of the choices of avocado toast and it was delicious and Ive also tried a variety of smoothies and refreshers which were very flavorful. I havent tried the coffee so I cant attest to that. The reason I knocked a star off is for price. $11 for avocado toast is a bit steep in my book. The acai bowls are even more expensive and while they look delicious I cant justify the prices.The drink prices are average around $4 - $7 depending on type and size and what one might pay at a chain coffee house. I understand that this is directed toward a heath-conscious and vegan audience so the prices are usually a little higher than most other food types since those are the trendiest food types out there right now, but if you dont really have a price limit for what youre willing to spend then there are a lot of great options here.

Had the avocado toast which was absolutely mind-blowing delicious .unfortunately the service was God awful. That place truly made me feel unwelcome (many of the comments point to this) The guy who made our order (cold hazelnut coffee had absolutely no flavor to it and avocado toast) he didn t even say anything so for about 5 minutes our order was waiting and he didn t bother to say anything. Then when I asked if that was my order he barely Acknowledged me and under his breath said yeah. Very weird experience and I honestly dont know if I would recommend or even go back due to the disrespectful service. Buyer Beware!!!

Very nice atmosphere, good menu. The smoothie we had was tasty, but thin with chunks in it. We just wish it was blended longer, but we were on the road and in a hurry, so we couldnt wait for it to be re-blended.

Didnt feel welcome here with my dog. Attempted to read the menu from the doorway and had the cashier yell no dogs allowed inside despite no signs being posted. Supposedly they allow dogs on the patio but the cashier didnt mention this so we left. Based on other reviews it seems the staff here has an attitude problem.

I like the menu choices they have cool things like activated charcoal lattes and flu bomb shots. So many choices and very clean. The kambucha is organic and on tap. They serve vegan food as well and the avocado toast looked good. However my one complaint is that when walking in the smell of bleach hit me in the face and did not help the headache I had going in. When walking into an organic crunchy type cafe you expect to smell coffee, tea, fruits ect. Not strong bleach. I think using a natural cleaner like thieves would go a long way in this business and really impress your demographic.

Called in an order for a peanut butter frappe and a latte sweet. 5 minute walk over, 20 minute wait (no line, not that busy) and the order was a peanut butter cup and no sweets in the latte. When I pointed out the order was wrong they decided to argue about it instead of correcting it, telling me he asked her 2 times. I was listening to the order and he got it wrong. On the way out after zero satisfaction he hollered out no need to get upset. Been sending people to them since they opened - no more. Good food - terrible service.

Service was horrible! Not friendly in the least bit. Seemed annoyed that we were ordering coffee. I could have looked past the horrible service if the coffee was good but it was even worse than the service! Very disappointed on a very cold day
