Ben & Jerry’s

Another of several ice cream shops, which is in The Village Shops at Big Bear Lake. This is a very small shop with no sitting inside except for three chairs at a counter window near the front of the store and only two tables right outside the front door. There are several more tables located in a small park just north of the store. Inside the store, which has no air conditioning and was extremely hot the day we were there, you will be able to order your standard Ben & Jerry’s ice cream you will find in any grocery store. The only staff member on duty at the time was very nice and polite but this store lacks any atmosphere. As for the prices, they are what you would expect from a shop of this type located in the The Village Shops area. Bottom line, there is not much to this ice cream shop, but it does provide you a chance to pick up a cool treat on a warm summer’s day.

We were celebrating our kid’s birthday and came here to get some good ice cream. We left with multiple pints of different flavors, a bowl of sprinkles, and a bag of cones. It was a huge hit with the whole family! We met the owner Tim, and everyone was so helpful, sweet, and accommodating! We will definitely come here again! Thank you for a great and memorable experience!

This ice cream shop is outstanding. Our helper today was Kaity, and she was so friendly and helpful.

The store itself has a really cool look to it, with different rooms and doors and just looks so modern and clean. I took a few photos.

They also have so many different types of ice cream, including vegan, gluten free, and non-dairy. Lots of interesting flavors as well.

We ordered two sundaes one with coffee and vanilla and the other was the Cherry Garcia in a waffle. I got mine with hot fudge and whipped cream. We both totally enjoyed them.

Kaity was great. We talked about Big Bear and photography and she simply was a joy. Try this place when you come to Big Bear. It is awesome!

Ben and Jerry's located in the famous resort community of Big Bear Lake California is a great place to stop in on a hot summer day or in 30 degree temperatures like our group did tonite! Hot or cold Ben and Jerry's is always a tasty hit and a great experience with all the courteous people at this Ben and Jerry's ice cream store!

I come here once a week at least. Ask for a milkshake every time. I receive a milkshake maybe once a month because every time they say “sorry we don’t have milk”

I find it upsetting they can’t serve a main option on their menu.

There were two girls there The dark haired girl served us, she was callous and uninterested. The other girl that was working there, light brown haired girl was much nicer I wish she had served us. Dark haired girl doesnt want to work there you should let her find another job. This was around 1:35pm today Feb was 27. We like Ben & Jerrys and we prefer this company to be better represented.

Ordered a cake, but the system to order is different from usual - no online form, you have to call it in. Either way, the cake was excellent, although it s simpler in construction than other Ben and Jerry s locations. Well decorated!

The name speaks for itself! Delicacies, not mainly measured portions. Huge, not 50x pulled down hemispheres for balls! A paradise for ice cream and ice cream lovers!

Got Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough on a summer afternoon while taking a stroll through the Bear Village. They have a lot of other flavours which are equally good. The servings are quite large. Also, they are pet friendly, so you can take your furry friend in the shop as well.

The girl pulled the scoop very lightly one time for each scoop. Either laziness or being greedy. The expensive waffle cup was stale and tasted nasty. For nearly $8 this was a disappointment.

You know those cake fail photos you see online. Well this shop completely failed on our cake. Why ask for the theme of it doesn t matter? Fabulous was spelled fabulos ... the writing was off centered and it was embarrassing. I pre-ordered with plenty of time so there really is no excuse. Nothing worse than people who have no pride in their work.

We visited Big Bear during Halloween and while most of the stores didn t handed out candies to the kids the wonderful employees of Ben & Jerry s gave my 3 kids free scoop of ice cream! I can t thank them enough for their generosity, so many things we re taking away from the kids this year and this definitely made their Halloween sweeter!

We visited on Labor Day weekend and Big Bear was very crowded, although almost everyone was wearing masks because of Covid. We took a break from shopping and found the Ben and Jerry Ice Cream shop inside a small mall. Super friendly staff and fast service. We went out back to the courtyard to enjoy our treats at a table in the shade. So many great flavors to choose from.

terrible place expensive prices they offer a discount if you see a bear backers to the cashier and the discount is supposed to be 20% donation to The bears and I barely covered the tax it was criminal it was a rip-off I suggest dont go there. not a fake review I was doing speech to text and I misspoke yeah its for the bear sports Athletics donation but a 20% discount only taking off the tax is a bunch of baloney its fraud on your part because its a lie when taxes Max 10% I should have gotten more of a discount

Who doesnt like Cherries Garcia by Ben & Jerry ice cream? within a few feet of their shop in Big Bear there are tables and chairs with pretty blue umbrellas and the name Ben & Jerrys on them.

Classic Ben and Jerrys shop. A good place to bring the family after a nice movie down the street! When we went there was a friendly employee standing outside handing out coupons featuring a 10% discount for our entire group. This offset the relatively higher prices... Its to be expected in a touristic town like that though. No complaints at all.

Im a local. I went in there on July 4th 2019. The atmosphere is really nice in there. I got 1 small and 1 large ice cream in a cup. It came to 12 and change. That is a little pricey. I can get a pint at Staters for 5. I would only go here again if I have a few extra bucks to eat ( pun intended). I do love Ben and Jerrys non dairy selections. Yummy! :-) I just read a comment below mine about going to the North Pole Fudge instead and I agree with the owner of Ben and Jerrys. I wouldnt go to the North Pole Fudge for ice cream. Ben and Jerrys has way better looking and tasting ice cream. Note: I get just the dairy free ones and they are really good.

I cant think of anything better than ice cream on a hot day, or any day at all. Ben & Jerrys has a flavor for almost everyone. Chocolate covered waffle cones with sprinkles are a bit excessive for me. A plain cone is good enough.
