Wouldnt let my service dog in the store. I walk there and have been there already 3 times with my service pup and never had an issue. Unsure whats going on tonight in this snowstorm that made the guy irritated I had my service animal with me.
Also noticed yesterday (when the cashier had allowed my service pup) that all the starbucks in glass containers were months expired. Yikes.

Perfect for getting vacation food supplies you forgot like ice, chocolate, chips, jalapenos, tinned foods and the like. This is not a supermarket and I'm surprised people keep comparing it to one.
And if paying a dollar or two extra is required for items so you can support local, save gas and get what you need, that seems like the right price, not overpriced.
Yes it could be made a bit tidier and more modern but it's convenience was perfect for our stay in Big Bear.

Good place to buy snacks and beer but most of all the people are very polite and helpful

I've always like this liquor store, its much more than that too. Convenience store, such as can food , fishing tackle / licenses ect.
Its unique being the first business as you come into Big Bear lake. Past the dam. Boulder Bay Park is next door along with a small restaurant and real-estate office including kayak rentals.

Very bad customer service!!! Old guy gave me attitude for saying that I not longer wanted two overpriced gloves. I set the pair I wasn’t going to take aside to be put back and he made “umm” grouchy sound so my cousin said that’s rude , bad attitude. He just watched her and threw the pair to the side!! Felt very uncomfortable and unwanted !!! I should’ve gone elsewhere to do my business!! Never again will I stop by and be treated so bad.

My husband went in to this store to get some gloves and sleights for our trip. He spent a total of $67.65, paid with his debit card, took his receipt and head out. When we got home he noticed the receipt said he got $70.14 cash back. My husband never asked for cash back so we called our bank but unfortunately they were not able to do anything. We called the store and they apologized, recognized the cashier at that time, told us they would look into it and called us back but they never did. We called again and they told us the same thing and never got back to us. It could have been an innocent mistake but after them not getting back to us we believe this was done on purpose and they pocket the cash back we didn’t ask for. Be careful going into this store and always check you receipt before walking out.

My man, next time a full size truck is stuck in your parking lot, maybe don't run out with an attitude towards the people who are trying to pull them *out*. Usually, when someone is stuck in ice, people try to help. Because y'know, it's the nice thing to do.
I bet money that the 4 minutes it took us to pull the truck out was less impactful on your store than the 30min-2hours it'd take for a tow truck to move a vehicle out of the *entrance to your lot*
You're welcome

Came to Bear Lake for the day stopped at this store and a few items we bought were expired by at least a month or so. Make sure you check expiration dates before you by anything. Other than that it was a good place to stop for quick items

This was a very pleasant stop on getting the basics I did not bring from home everything is well priced. The man gave me directions to find food and where was a good place to go. He also told me about the grocery store. He was very pleasant everyone should stop here while on vacation.

Stay away from this little garlic smelling, over priced junk store! The owner is a grouchy, old grump who has no positiveness to offer anyone. He does not make anyone feel welcome and will steer and watch you go throughout the store as though you are a criminal! This waste of flesh should be driven off this mountain, as he is not deserving to be here and deal with other humans! By the way, if you call and ask a question, he wel likely hang up on you.

The guy at the register, who I assume is the owner, was not very helpful or friendly. We asked him where the fishing lines were twice. The first time he was watching a video and appeared to be annoyed. Then he points to the corner of the store and goes back to watching his video. Turns out, the fishing lines were not in that corner of the store.

Way Overpriced and very limited selection, but forced to go here due to location vs driving into town, which they know and why they do highway robbery prices.

I go there all the time and walk there I ask for change its always a attitude with the guy same guy everytime in front like always when I get few things I think there a little over priced on things in there but when I take things off he gets very frustrated and agitated when I need the exact price range I dont think its professional at all to be this way cause every other market or liquor store I been to never ever has a bad day or when the same customers come back
