My mom and I stopped in for Breakfast and we had the BEST experience! We want to come back asap. They are a scratch kitchen that uses high quality AND organic ingredients that taste amazing! The menu options are fantastic and they have many options for vegans, vegetarians, and if you are gluten free. We can’t wait to come back next time we visit Big Bear. We had a great server named Shelby who was so kind. Last but not least, we loved that they had earth friendly compostable to go boxes!! Please come here and support them so they stay in business! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Stella Luna for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. What stood out to me the most was the quality of the ingredients—everything was incredibly clean and farm-fresh, which made a significant difference in the taste.

We started with freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices, both of which were refreshing and vibrant, clearly made on-site. The butter board was a highlight of the meal, featuring toast, butter, and honey—a simple yet irresistible combination.

For my main course, I ordered the crab cakes, which were simply delightful. They were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. My daughter had the pancakes; however, she found them a bit bland. I believe this was due to their organic preparation, free from any artificial additives, which some might appreciate for its health benefits.

The service was another strong point. Our server was very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a pleasant dining experience.

Overall, if you’re looking for clean, fresh food, Stella Luna is the place to go. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others who appreciate farm-fresh ingredients and a friendly atmosphere.

Love that they have vegan options, food is healthy, delicious and customer service is excellent. I really recommend to try the lemonade because is fresh made, the food takes sometime but its worth it because you can taste is the freshness. We were able to sit in the patio with our dogs. I highly recommend this place, the food was super good, I had the specialty burger with the sweet potatoes fries and it was amazing, beer was super good!! If you around Big Bear town, you have to visit this place!!
Ask for Katey, she was my waitress and she was super nice and friendly!!!!

Must skip this place. By far the worst service I have ever received. It took over two hours to get burgers. During which time multiple people received their food. By the time the food was almost ready I had them put it in a box. They then tried to charge me full price on everything until I pushed back and they knocked it down 10%. When I got home and looked in the box my wife's burger was just a patty with cheese missing all other toppings and just a handful of squash. Again don't come here. There were multiple families sitting on the front patio in the cold with heaters not on, waiting on food. The family next to us waited an hour for 12 chicken wings.

We visited Stella Luna as a group of 5, not knowing what to expect since the place looked promising from the outside, but the experience was far from satisfying. After waiting 45 minutes for a table and over 50 minutes for the food, I ordered a $41 NY steak. Unfortunately, it was disappointing: small, tough, with a frozen-like texture and completely lacking flavor. Ironically, the side fries were better than the steak. To give it the benefit of the doubt, I shared a portion with others at the table, assuming I might be overly critical, but we all agreed it was subpar.

Thankfully, the server was receptive and understanding about my dissatisfaction. She removed the steak, and I ordered lemon pepper wings instead. These turned out to be the highlight of the night—delicious, well-seasoned, and prepared with a level of quality that starkly contrasted with the rest. However, the manager’s attitude when addressing the complaint was dismissive and unhelpful, showing little interest in the circumstances or resolving the issue.

While I tried to be patient, the wait time was excessive, and the lack of effective solutions made the experience frustrating. If you plan to visit, I recommend asking about wait times and keeping these reviews in mind. The lemon pepper wings are worth trying, but the restaurant has significant room for improvement in overall food quality and customer service.

Just recently re-tried this place after a couple of marginal visits. They seem to have really gotten their stuff together because everything was just perfect! We had the buffalo chicken salads and they were so delicious. Ate every last bite. The service was on point and the drinks were even better. I had the lavender elixir and it was as good as it looks!!! Now I can’t wait to get back there!!

We placed our at 4:30 pm it took over an hour 1/2 hr to get a burger and quinoa after the wait the burger was wrong ask twice for no onions the quinoa was inedible. It seemed that most of the staff was overwhelmed they were turning away business and the place was empty.. Will not be going back !!!

I do not recommend this place at all .. the server was super sweet .. However took FOREVER for out food to come out .. I ordered very basic chicken strips and fries now get this $25 for 3 tiny strips a tiny salad and fries which didn t even come out with the food ..chicken was so overcooked the ends were burnt I sent my entire order back and didn t order anything else since my family received their food ..I don t know how you mess up chicken strips but to charge that kind of money is crazy to me such a disappointment I would suggest having multiple cooks to get orders out and not having people wait an hour for food to just to have it come out so burnt and not even edible .. Save your money skip this place I would give it a zero for food if I could ..

Food was mediocre at best. Our whole group got food poisoning from undercooked meat. Some of us ended up in the ER. Service was also not the best, having a waitress that very clumsy and forgetful. Overall don t recommend. Place may look modern and hip but there s nothing to admire past the initial atmosphere check.

I took my family today around 5 pm and we had a bad experience with the food. We ordered 3 steaks and they were completely tasteless, their mashed potato was super burned and no flavor as well. The salad was old, we also ordered some pineapple habanero wings and they were uncooked and nasty. My aun ordered a margarita and it was horrible. The only good thing was the bread and the coffee. I feel bad because we really expected more from this place. On the other hand, our server, Shante was extremely nice and very helpful. Service is fantastic, too bad the food was pretty bad. Nice atmosphere though.

Rude server. Got here during their happy hour menu in between lunch and dinner menus. The lady didn t even get us water as we were told we had to wait 30 minutes to order. We wait 30 minutes to even get a menu and I had to go in and ask another server for it. She rudely took our order after taking other peoples orders who sat down after us. She was very nice to every other table except us. Not sure what we did wrong but definitely won t be back.

What a wonderful place to eat. The food is all very fresh and Jennifer was an absolute joy to be around. We actually wanted her to stay at the table for her company. Our server was Jennifer and she was an absolute rockstar. From getting bacon for our dog, pouring her a bowl of water, and offering to move the umbrella for us. Print service with an extremely pleasant attitude. Great atmosphere, great food, and we would recommend anyone to eat here. Will definitely be back. Every aspect of our experience at Stella Luna was incredible. Their fresh squeezed orange juice is the best Ive had in a long time. The Florentine Benedict had a lovely homemade focaccia and the poached eggs were perfectly prepared. My partner got the vegan breakfast burrito, which was delicious, hardy, and an incredibly generous portion. Our server went above and beyond to make the meal special, as well as give wonderful recommendations for the rest of our day. Id so happy we came on a whim!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, seemed that was a self service. the thing that shocked me the most was that the waitress didnt even make a gesture to clear the table but asked us if we would pass the plates to her. Second: my husband was eating his French fries and he came to us for asking if we would like to order something else and after 3 seconds she said: is 130$ cash or card? The funny thing was that nobody ask her for the bill. Seemed that she was hurry. NOT Recommend!!!!

Not a lot of things went right. The host forgot to move an umbrella for us when they said they would. The service was terrible. Our first round of drinks took a long time to come out. When they did come out, three were missing and it took another 10 minutes to come out. We were missing some wings when the food came out. The restaurant did comp an order because the order didnt come out right.

Although this happened 1 year ago. Let me share an experience. Other people that came way after me and even ordered the same meal as me received their food before me. People who came in 30 min to 1 hour after me were helped out. My waitress nowhere to be found. I mean yeah they had gotten busy. I didnt want to make it a race thing but when my white a$$ Spanish wife and my mother both felt uncomfortable I knew it wasnt just me. Yeah I guess othe others were white and Im a sort of tan. I was with my mother and if it werent her presence I would have lost my sh$t. Its too bad bc not many organic places in Big Bear. 1 star for service and sort of 1 star for quality of food being decent. Sorry about review nothing against owner nor restaurant. Just the situation.

We had a Greek salad that had old wet cucumber and the salad had no dressing at all, very bland with a sprinkle of feta cheese! Quesadillas had soooo much cheese and very little chicken and was served warm and tasteless!

My husband and I walked in and sat down to have drinks and an early dinner. The place was not busy and there were plenty of staff working and making eye contact with us. After 10 min of no one acknowledging us, I got up and spoke to someone to let them know we were seated over there inside and that we hadnt been waited on yet. She said she would get someone. Another few minutes went by and a waitress came over to a table right next to us to check on someone that had already finished their meal. We waited another minute, still no acknowledgement of any kind so we got up and left. Never experienced anything like it, extremely rude. We walked across the street and had great service at Oakside.

July 5 2024 experience: Place has lots of potential but the food was too expensive for the experience. They were going to make us wait outside in the heat when there were at least 6 tables empty and not during a rush where other people were waiting. We had to push and ask them to put tables together for accommodate a family of 8. They originally asked us to wait for other people to leave but accommodated us after further insistence. All sodas were flat, had no carbonation. No soap in either of the restrooms, employee came out of restroom that had no soap right before me. Had to go to management to ask for soap to be filled in both restrooms. Bathroom trash cans over flowing.

It s hard to find a restaurant in Big Bear that makes their food with fresh ingredients the way that Stella Luna does. It s not just a vegetarian or gluten free restaurant, they have many different options for everyone. They are a from scratch kitchen. They make all their sauces, dressings, etc. fresh on premises. Their Crab Cake Eggs Benedict is amazing! Chicken Quesadillas are mouth watering. Craft cocktails are delicious. Don t miss eating here when you re in Big Bear. It looked amazing when reading the menu and I was excited about our meals, unfortunately it lacked execution. 1. Kids chicken tenders: still not exactly sure what we got. It looked like a deep fried strip that was cut into 6 pieces. It was so bizarre, as if they brought it from another table. Who precuts a chicken tender? 2. The barbecue chicken wings were drenched in sauce and very rubbery. All drumettes, no wings. 3. Most disappointing was the steak sandwich. The cheese was melted on the bread and not in the steak, one big piece of iceberg lettuce, steak was not tender. Nothing like I was expecting. So close to being good, but missed it I would give the atmosphere 5 stars but the live music that was playing was so bad we left before having a second drink.

I ve been going to Stella Luna since it opened in Big Bear Lake. The healthy ingredients and amazing cooking keep me coming back. The owners and staff and customers are like a family. The clean contemporary atmosphere is inviting, and the patio gets great sun. Located in the Village is a plus, and there is a free public parking lot across the street. There was live music on Saturday afternoon, hopefully more people realize what a gem we have here.

Love this gem! Finallly a farm to table restaurant in Big Bear! The food is amazing, the staff is so welcoming, the decor is so chic! We love the Greek salad! (Even my dad from Colorado talks about it all the time!) The bacon wrapped dates are such a TREAT! get 2 spinach and artichoke dips because you won t want to share! GET YOUR GLUTEN-FREE HERE! I don t know if I ve ever been so satisfied with so many different gluten-free dishes. The staff is super friendly and the drinks are fantastic. If you have dietary restrictions, this is arguably as perfect as it s going to get for you anywhere, I promise. Vegetarian options: There s even a handmade veggie burger! We went here to get a $500 gift card for a friend as a thank you gift. The manager ignored us for about 15 minutes and when we asked if we could buy a gift card, she told us she is short-staffed and it will be a few more minutes. The few more minutes turned into 30 minutes and we asked it again and she rudely said again we re shortstaffed. It will be a few more minutes. Meanwhile, she was texting on her phone in between arranging tables here and there. Finally we left and it was a total disappointment because we were very excited to get this as a nice thank you gift. As far as our feedback, we are also business owners, so we hope the owners sees this and hire a new manager that is kinder to the customers at the restaurant because the food is absolutely amazing.

Everything was amazing. First time here. The setting and vibe were relaxing with alot of positive energy. We ordered chorizo nachos and a chorizo burrito which were delicious and tasty. It does get crowded but can sit large groups. Outdoor sitting has umbrellas for shade and is a delightful sitting area on the strip. The inside sitting is also very comfortable.. Food was extremely delicious and more than what I expected. Service was slow at first but our server Jeffrey, was super patient with our family. We had a lot of restrictions, and requests for the picky eaters that are my family, and the restaurant was accommodating. Orders were on time and correct. I ordered the chicken burger, fries, and the Mediterranean Salad. The salad had a tad bit too many cucumbers but was yummy nonetheless. Highly recommend after a day in the snow or whatever you re doing in Big Bear.

came here for breakfast and was very disappointed. took them almost an hour to bring out basic breakfast food that was not good at all, their breakfast potatoes were literally just bland french fries. presentation overall was not good, one of the servers brought us water and aggressively put it on our table, drinks were being spilled while being put down, our server was kind enough to comp our drinks but overall was not a good experience

We got brunch on New Year s Day and we able to get a table in about 5 minutes after putting our names on the waitlist. There was only two of us so I think that s what aided the quick wait. The restaurant seemed hectic, but to be expected during their peak season AND a holiday. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and Chicken and Pancakes. I liked my eggs benedict and my boyfriend enjoyed his food; it was super filling. We also ordered orange juice and cranberry juice. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and tasted amazing. I was a little disappointed though as I originally wanted hot chocolate, but they were out already. Other than that, it was good! I think the building used to be an old fire station? or at least that s what the layout appeared to be.

Nice staff, high price for questionable food. My chicken nugget loving daught couldnt finish one... and she didnt eat all day. My wife tried one and said it tasted like bad milk.

During rush hour, I understand the challenges, but unfortunately, the food quality was not up to par. There were no clear explanations for the issues. On a positive note, I appreciate the attentive waitstaff who assisted significantly. I strongly believe a slight improvement in management could transform this place into a gem in Big Bear Lake. Wishing you the best, but currently, I cant offer much feedback aside from expressing my condolences.

I ll start with the positives: our waiter was extremely gracious and accommodating. We put our name on the list, and we re told that it would be 20-30 minutes. At the 35 minute mark, we checked in, and were told it would be 5-10 more minutes. We weren t sat for another 25 minutes after that. Once we were sat at a table, nobody came to the table for another 10 minutes. At this point, we were running late and asked for our food to go. Our waiter was very accommodating. We got our food quickly, but when we got home, we realized there was no egg on the breakfast burger, there was only a tiny bit of hollandaise on the eggs Benedict, and the potatoes were under seasoned. Honestly, the only thing that gave this 2 stars instead of one is our wonderful waiter. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free options.

I would not recommend Stella Luna to anyone looking for a good meal and service. The food was overpriced and bland, the portions were tiny, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. The waiter just waved at us from across the room instead of escorting us. The crab cake was dry and tasteless, and the salmon was smothered in a watery sauce. We paid more than $100 for a disappointing dinner that left us hungry and unsatisfied. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

What started off as a nice brunch ended in a disappointing experience. I ordered the grilled avocado 1/2 with butternut squash dish specifically for its ingredients. After a long wait for our drinks and food, I received my meal and it was not what I ordered. I was served a dish of a tiny avocado (smaller than the palm of my hand) topped with zucchini and squash among the other vegetables which were described on the menu. I mentioned this to our server who confirmed it was supposed to have butternut squash. I did not want to send back the dish because I do not like to waste food, so I ate my very tiny meal. However, when I was asked if Id like to speak with one of the owners, I said sure! When she came out, she seemed annoyed that she had to come to our table. I greated her politely when she approached us but she was ready to be combative. I simply mentioned that the dish I was given was not what I ordered because it was missing the butternut squash, which was one of the main ingredients and the selling point for me. As I proceeded to mention that, she cut me off mid-sentence and said we are a farm to table restaurant and butternut squash is not in season. This has been happening a lot lately because that is the summer menu. Then, she blamed our server! (who, Id like to point out that David, our server, was actually really great the entire time) and then she proceeded to walk away as I was asking her a question. I dine out often to support local businesses and for her to have said that butternut squash is not in season in October was ridiculous and dismissive. This is prime butternut squash season! Its freaking fall! I found her to be rude. She should have taken the time to listen to her customer and kindly explained that they ran out of the main ingredient to that dish and not blame her server and not make up that butternut squash is out of season. In no way did I ask or was I expecting my meal to be compensated. I have never asked that of any establishment! I simply was trying to get the point across that when someone comes to your restaurant and orders a specific dish from the menu, then that is what should be brought to the table. I would have happily ordered something different. Maybe changing your menu from summer to fall/winter would be helpful for your patrons to know what is being served? To the owner of Stella Luna, it was not cool the way you rudely approached us today. Please consider being kinder to your customers in the future.

Every interaction was pleasant. However, we didnt have a dedicated server the whole time. We sat for 15 min before we were able to put in a drink request. Food came out before apps. Food was mediocre and came out room temp. Tried to flag down a server twice before getting someone to let us check out. Would not return.

Das Personal war freundlich aber sehr unorganisiert. Ein Gericht bekamen wir doppelt und zweimal sollte ein falsches Gericht an unseren Tisch gebracht werden. The place was good but honestly dont expect much from the restaurant. For a new restaurant it seems they were extremely under prepared. Their menu had almost nothing on it, as the status was coming soon it made for a complete let down as most of the coming soon items seemed to sound better than what was currently available. Their menu didnt consist of a drink menu which made it seem like all you could have at the moment was water. Unfortunately they couldnt replace my order as they had run out of bacon by 11pm, even though I order an item from their lunch menu. I would say their service is extremely kind and very understanding of circumstances. I hope in future they have more success. I just hope they get everything figured out for next time.

PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. If you are here over Labor Day weekend unfortunately they are super understaffed. Be ready to wait for over an hour if not two for drinks and food. We waited over half an hour to get a waiter and when we finally got water our cups were dirty. They also never brought us out appetizer after an hour wait. While we were there two umbrellas fell hitting customers in the head and completely destroying one tables meal. When they were asked why they didn t have sand bags to hold the umbrellas down if they were so unsteady the management blamed the customers for wanting shade and bragged about it hitting a child earlier that day. After the table beside us entire meal was ruined because of the umbrella the manager still made them pay for a single beer that was delivered while they waited over two hours for food with a child. We were excited to try but will never go back after such terrible service.

It was a nice place but I felt like the food needed more sauce/spice. We went for brunch during the week and ordered quite a few different things: crab cakes, truffle fries, chicken strips, and quite a few sides. They were all good but somewhat bland for my taste. The service was great. We had no wait and just selected wherever we wanted to sit, both patio and inside seating were available without a wait. The atmosphere on the patio is super casual and comfortable. The restrooms were clean, and the building is brand new with modern but rustic decor. Overall, a good experience! Great selection of drinks and tons of vegan/vegetarian options, but also most dishes had the option to add meat or customize to your diet. We will probably try it again but for lunch or dinner instead of brunch.

The restaurant is super cute and we wanted to love it! We re pretty casual diners and the restaurant bills itself as a scratch kitchen with organic agreements - or something to that effect. Unfortunately the experience just fell short on all fronts. White wine was awkwardly filled to the brim and warm. Cocktails lacked garnishes. Burrata was served plain on a bed of arugula with no bread. Spinach artichoke dip just wasn t great and started to oxidize/turn brown within minutes. The prosciutto was cut super thick like a Christmas ham. Server came by at the end of the meal and did an awkward drive by and just slipped the check under one of our plates without saying anything. Just felt kind of bizarre. We re really not that picky but unfortunately really struggled here! We did however love all of the cute and well behaved doggies on the patio.

This restaurant is a true gem ...the locals know how good the food is...everything is organic and made fresh from scratch. The meat is sourced locally from a cattle ranch in San Diego were cows are grass fed. The staff is so friendly and make you feel like family. The vibe here is fantastic, music Playlist is all my favorites. Vegetarian options: Theres so many gluten free and vegan options...the staff is so accommodating here you could literally get dairy free options as well. Dietary restrictions: Dairy Free AND Gluten Free options as well as Vegan options Kid-friendliness: Large patio area kids can walk around.

Overall an OK dinner until it came time for the bill. Our waitress came up (holding the Toast machine) and told us we would need to pay in cash as their system was down. Two couples near us had paid less than ten minutes ago with card. We explained we did not have that much cash on hand but one of us could wait there while the other tan to a nearby ATM machine. Immediately she took our card and ran it through the (surprise!) perfectly working card ready. The itemized receipt was also not accurate to the prices on the menu but we were eager to get out of there as the entire experience was bizarre. Food is average, we were excited about the prospect of farm to table (ish) in Big Bear but in all honestly was underwhelming. Drinks are surprisingly good.

Tldr; if you consciously care about what you put into your body, this is a place for you. You are what you eat. I was so impressed by this places mindfulness and awareness of their environment, food sourcing and health centered service. They lend much awareness to the ingredients of their foods served and you can taste the lack of toxins, pesticides, seed oils and gums in their products. So happy to see this collective consciousness upgrade being placed on the grid.

We are so grateful we found Stella Luna. The service was amazing and the food was expertly prepared. I had the roasted veggie Sammy with melted goat cheese and I wish I had ordered two! My husband had the grilled cheese with the heirloom tomatoes and loved it. The decor is also fresh and bright. It is just a shame they do not have a location back home in Arizona. However, I know exactly where we are going to have lunch next Summer back in Big Bear.

I am thrilled to have found this restaurant and we will for sure be back. The service was so friendly and lots of interesting dishes to choose from on the menu. My salmon dish was perfect and everyone else was happy with their food as well. Another reason for giving it 5 stars was the talented singer Chelsey Sanchez performing on the out door patio. Its nice when live music is performed so lovely, I try to avoid places if the music isnt good. I can highly recommend you try out this place and Im pretty sure you will be as satisfied as I was.

4 stars for the food; 3 stars for the service; 3 stars for the atmosphere The menu was great - lots of interesting dishes. I ordered the Bacon Benny with potatoes and a decaf coffee. They had to make the decaf, and apparently its a drip process, so I expected it to take longer than a regular brew, but it took 40 minutes to reach the table. We watched numerous customers sit, order, eat and leave before we even got our food. My Bacon Benny came out fine, but the potatoes werent ready so they came about ten minutes later on a separate plate. My friends bacon was half cooked, and she didnt want to eat it, so ordered more, crispy, and she was satisfied with that. We were seated outside on a hot day and asked for more ice for the iced tea since it had all melted, and after the third time asking for it, it arrived. The restaurant was busy, so our waiter was busy as well, but he was communicative, kind, and helpful. However, somewhere in this establishment there is a disconnect between the various elements of the kitchen, the wait staff, and the management. We asked to speak to one of the owners, and she came over and was defensive and unresponsive. We were not asking for or trying to get a free meal, but maybe she thought we were, hence the defensive and cold demeanor. This was my second time here, and the wait was too long the first time as well. The food was good overall, but we were literally there for two hours. It would serve the restaurant well if the owner/manager would walk table to table and check in with the customers. We were able to catch a waitress to let her know wed been waiting for a long time (45 minutes for our food), and she said shed bring us a mimosa,.because thats what she was doing for the tables that had waited a long time. She brought us one mimosa in a kids cup. This restaurant does welcome dogs, so if youre a dog lover, youll be fine here, as long as you have the extensive amount of time it takes to wait for your food. They ended up discounting our bill, which was very kind, but we werent looking for that. We really just wanted to communicate to management that they could really improve the quality of the experience, overall, but it was clear that management didnt want to hear it, based on the demeanor. I really like the menu and the location, and I really want to enjoy going to this restaurant, but I honestly dont know if Ill go back.

This restaurant is amazing! Everything is organic and made fresh! I had the Roasted Veggie Sammy, and it was prob the BEST sandwich Ive ever had anywhere! All of the flavors were amazing, and the goat cheese gave it a slight sweet flavor. Highly recommend!! I had fresh fruit as my side, and I think its prob the freshest fruit Ive ever had at a restaurant! Most of the time, fruit isnt ripe enough and too crunchy or over ripe and mushy. This was just right! My husband had the Specialty Burger and said it was hands down the best burger he had ever had! The service was great and the atmosphere was amazing! Cant recommend this place enough! Next time were in Big Bear, well definitely be going back to Stella Luna!!

I was there with friends on Memorial Day, maybe they are not used to such crowds, the staff is friendly but very slow and confused, we waited for about an hour and our breakfast turned into lunch. I ate a traditional breakfast, the eggs were dry and the bacon was overcooked and burnt. Generally the food was bad.

This place is a gem !! Fresh orange juice and amazing bottomless mimosas! I had the chorizo burrito which had some great flavor. The potatoes on the side were also very good. The ingredients taste so fresh. This is somewhere you would go to get full but not feel like the food was too heavy.We were so delighted with the food and service that we came back the next day!! The staff is so welcoming and attentive. This is the spot we ate telling our friends and family about, total Le crème of the crop in big bear !!!

I went to this restaurant and it was a terrible experience. The food was stale and tasted like it had been sitting around for days. They served me burger and potatoes that were so bad, they were impossible to eat. It was like they had been cooked days ago and reheated over and over again. To make matters worse, the service at this restaurant was equally terrible. It took forever for our food to arrive. To top it off, they didnt even bother to bring us utensils until we asked for them. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money. They clearly dont care about the quality of their food or the satisfaction of their customers. If youre looking for a good meal, steer clear of this place.

I found this amazing place yesterday Walking by the Main Street of downtown Big Bear, me and my friends decided to eat something there. The service was really good and the food: COMPLETELY AMAZING. They prepare everything there with organic ingredientes, so it s all fresh and tasty. There s a lot of gluten free and vegan options too. It s very cozy inside, but sitting outside also has its charm too . I loved their menu since their logo! I tried the Pepperoni Stromboli and I absolutely loveeeee it! I can t wait to come back there.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, but our experience with the food was disappointing. Ordered the buffalo wings, and they came out dry, and appeared to have originally been tossed in bbq sauce before the buffalo sauce. It was also only 6 small drumsticks, for $16. My side caesar salad was generously portioned, but the greens tasted wilted, and the dressing was flavorless. Wanted to order the chicken soup, but the restaurant was out of it, so we ordered the rotating soup, which was carrot ginger. The soup was not hot, and the accompanying bread was oily and wet. The irish coffee was lukewarm, and overly sweet. The food came out extremely quickly after ordering, so maybe some of the food we ordered was made earlier in the day and kept warm.

We stumbled acrossed this place because our originally choice could not accommodate us. Very modern cute sports bar vibes and they pride in organic.
