Hands down the worst service ever. First I received only half my order, thank goodness I caught it BUT we had to wait another 10 mins (after waiting 25). Then we get home and the sandwich is not even what I ordered. Further it was inedible. Soggy vinegar flavor that was supposed to be a chipotle flavored sandwich. 20 dollars for a large, gross mess that is making me nauseous as we speak. I called for customer service, big shocker, no answer. Stay away!

Went in an hour before closing to get 2 cold cut sandwiches. The two employees present said that the “person who makes cold sandwiches was on break”. Jersey Mike’s, make that make sense. On top of this, why is the employee on break an hour before closing?

The sandwiches here are not good. I love Jersey mikes and this is…barely a Jersey mikes. They underserve meat and cheese (half the usual amount) to the point where it must be management directed. They tried to substitute the cheesesteak pepper mix for the fresh cut green bell peppers on the #14 and were rude when I asked about it. The bread was somehow both over baked and stale (isn’t it a single button set for the correct time?). My friend, who has little self respect, wouldn’t even finish his cheesesteak.

I wish I could give them negative stars. But the sandwiches are pretty good. It being a franchise you know what to expect.

No matter what you do, do not order online here. The staff here looks like either out of high school or out of retirement homes. They are extremely lazy and deluded with no experience of customer service.

I have ordered here multiple times and today will be he last time. On motre than one occasion the sandwich was 60 mins later than the eta. Having me wait. What would be the point of online ordering?

Inspire of being late, the staff rather spemd their time chatting away and not making the sandwich.

I am a professional who has no tolerance for this store. Go here if you want to be played around by incompetent deluded arrogant unprofessionals. It doesn't take 2 hours to make a sandwich from a franchise store.

I LOVE Jersey Mikes. I hate this one. Don’t waste your time. The employees work at a sluggish pace, creating long lines and long waits. They also will be out of things like bread quite often. Two days ago, I went to this location and after waiting and waiting and watching the employees move like snails, I, and others, just gave up and left the line. I’m now walking away AGAIN because they are out of bread.

Would be fine if more than one of the 4 employees could make a sandwich. 3 girls hiding in the back while one girl talks and makes everything. Order took an hour and I got skipped multiple times by the few customers who came after me. Said light oil and my sandwich got murdered. Paid for swiss and got provolone. Wouldn't be back but unfortunately this is standard service for most places up here.

BIG BEAR CALIFORNIA LOCATION: Horrible Service!!! Let me start off with the Philly Cheese Steak - Excellent!!! However, the service on this location in Big Bear California is HORRIBLE!!! For the last 3-years, we decided to have Jersey Mike's for the 4th of July fireworks at night. Two years in a row, we went in and ordered and had to wait 55 minutes in 2021 and 1.25 hours in 2022. We understand that it's a holiday, but this location should know that and staff it appropriately. Now (July 4th, 2023), we decided to order ahead. We placed our order and the conformation was the two sandwiches would be ready in 15 minutes (PS - the 2-years prior, we were told the long wait was due to orders placed online), so we placed the order online, arrived 20 minutes after placing the order and they hadn't even started the order. Ended up waiting 45 minutes in the store and add the 20 minutes from when we placed the order, we still ended up waiting for over an hour. Staff has been rude every year at this location! Hopefully someone at Jersey Mike's reads this and fixes the problems (long wait times and unfriendly staff)!!! BTW, we order two Philly Cheese Steaks with double meat.and double cheese and both sandwiches were single meat, single cheese...

They need a system to complete online orders. We watched them making a line of orders for people in the store while our sandwich was sitting there half made for thirteen minutes. They refused to finish our sandwich in favor of the people who just came in so we left. Also, the male employee working was extremely rude.

What a horrible experience. You should talk to your male employee who proudly gloated while happily waving bye to an unhappy customer (who was so unhappy with their expeience they didnt even wait for their food). It's one thing to be under staffed, it's a toally other thing to not care about your customer's experience.

The place was very dirty , cross contamination going on everywhere, the prices were very high and to make matters worse we all got food poisoning except for my 5yr old he had to have a happy meal so for the sake of argument I took him . Thank God I did me my wife my brother my 12yr old daughter all of us sick as a dog all weekend couldn't enjoy big bear at all.. we hadn't been there in years I'm disabled it took a while to save that 1500 bucks to go see my son . He's a Marine in 29 palms.. was such a let down. Thanks Jersey Mike's you got us good and 70 bucks for the 5 sandwiches.. smh.. never again ever.

I went to the Jersey Mikes location at 8:20pm on a sunday night. I am aware this is a bit late, but the hours listed online and on the front of the store say they are open until 9pm 7 days a week. When I arrived to park my car the shades were drawn and the open sign was off, the store being CLOSED! I am very disappointed in this establishment and it’s lack of customer service.

This WAS my one of my favorite sub shops in big bear lake. But this is the 2nd time I got sick after eating there.It taste ok but obviously something wasn't fresh. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed. I really want to give the 4 workers the benefit of the doubt, and just assume the management is absolutely deplorable. Place is pretty dirty, trash on floor, lettuce is old and everywhere, tables dirty where they are setting down the bread. Why is this store always out of bread? How do you only have 3 pieces of rosemary bread at 8pm on a Friday? I have super low standards and I never leave reviews but I can’t believe places like this continue to exist.

Came here with a friend reluctantly due to a less than satisfactory past experience at the Apple Valley location. I was surprised at how much better the staff conducted themselves and how much cleaner this store was despite how many customers they had. The overwhelming number of patrons(the majority of which were impatient and refused to wear masks) didn't seem to keep them from disinfecting and enforcing mask requirements. The wait was the only downside and even that could have been mitigated by requiring online customers to remain in their vehicles and have orders brought out to them. Vegetables were fresh and I'm pretty sure I got the last bread roll.🥖

I always get my sandwich stuffed and it always comes out perfect, Ashley was a big help and knew what paired perfect with my sandwich, i cant wait to come back next week and get another one, the staff is hella friendly and makes the place very chill, always feels like family when i come in. Not the best location. Never crazy busy but always slow service! We ordered online, told it would be ready in ten minutes. Showed up in ten minutes and told them what pick up order I was waiting for. The employee confirmed it will be ready shortly. Ten minutes went by and they still hadn't even STARTED our hot sub. While we were waiting discovered they put the sandwich directly on the counter, not in the cutting board and not on the paper they wrap it in. Food quality is always good but the service, wait and cleanliness need a LOT of work

You walk in and they ask for masks on, but the workers have them below their noses. You order 8 sandwiches, 4 exactly the same and 2 more exactly the same. They somehow don't make all of the sandwiches then they treat you though you are wrong. Rude, slow service. We did an online order, wasn’t ready at the correct time and they shorted us part of the order. They were too concerned with kicking customers out for not wearing a mask despite employees not wearing them. I do not recommend patronizing this location.

Came in as a party of 8. We got an extremely rude service by the 2 cashiers (older lady who looked 60+, with a disgustingly re-used disposable mask, {gross}) and a younger shorter girl who wears a black hoodie with red letters made a rude remark about my family member. I told the older lady that I overheard her say that. She confronted me saying "you heard it, so what? what are you going to do about it?". She didn't know I was part of the group because I was at the front. I didn't want to continue the confrontation and just tried to act professional. But already knew she was going to be a stubborn "I don't really care about anything" type of person. (lol)

This is the first time I've ever met 2 people that acts like an 8-year old.
Please grow up.

Never coming back here again nor will I recommend this place. Subs were also mediocre and got 2 out of 8 of our orders wrong.

The petite woman with the shoulder length brown hair working the initial order area made our sandwiches incorrectly and then verbally assaulted us when we asked if it could be corrected.
There was no need for this. No one had been rude to her the entire time we were there. I hope she has a better day, but this wasn't acceptable.
I'll drive to the next one instead of going here again. Life is too hard to be yelled at over asking for a fix on an expensive sandwich.

The service was good, they were very busy. The food was fresh and good. My problem with them is that the bathrooms were closed to the customers. If I'm good enough for them to charge me $25.00+ for 2 sandwiches, I should be good enough to use the bathroom. BTW, the store was very crowded, not observing the social distancing but everyone did have on masks. 3 stars for the food but down because of the bathroom situation.

Even though extremely busy and long wait they were doing the best they could. Online order people coming in complaining because their order was not ready, wanting refunds after receiving their food. I havnt ever written a review for anything before. I came in and was the only person in the store, I was polite and friendly telling the cashier I had ordered online, while telling him the lady behind the counter responded and i said yes sir acidentally because i was talking to the male cashier, and immediatley apologized and corrected myself. Only to be called mam three times before i walked out of the store, and then got the wrong order on top of it. After attempting to contact them and ignored I decided to write a review and wasnt surprised to see other less then happy reviews.
