We stopped in for some pizza right before they closed. The staff working was very polite and let us know. They will be closing soon, but they can get us our order. Went back about 45 minutes later and got some delicious pizza with wings. Thanks again guys.

You can t hide anything in an open kitchen and these guys have nothing to hide the smell hitch in the face right when you walk through the door, you know you re in the right spot I ve tried every pizza in town and this is the only one I consistently go back to. I love the vibe in the place. I love the take and bake if I want to have people at the house but more importantly, the ingredients atmosphere the customer service is always on point.

Much better than dominos and similar, if not cheaper, prices. I make my own pizza usually, so this is kind of a nice, quick way to get a homemade style pizza without having to do all of the work yourself. Solid topping choices, friendly service, and good atmosphere at the restaurant. Ill be back the next time Im feeling lazy!

Went to this location for a bite to eat since we were feeling like Pizza. The people working here and atmosphere were wonderful. Really feels nice to come to a local place to eat and feel like you are in a cozy little cabin to drink and socialize. Pizza we got was good but nothing to write home about. Havent tried all of the other options they had, however so this review is mainly based around the shop itself and the pizza.

Our family came in town from Las Vegas and stopped here first since we all needed to use the restroom. My dad went in first before us and the female employee allowed him to use the restroom I want to make it clear we were going to purchase pizza as well but she told us it would take 45 minutes to serve us anything on the menu. My brother told her that was fine we would wait (since we appreciated her letting us use the restroom). Once she saw that we all were trying to use the restroom (about 10 of us) her demeanor became very rude she said omg all of you are trying to use the bathroom? I thought it was just one person and turned her back to my dad when he ask her several times if that was a problem that we all needed to use it. After being treated this way we went across the street and ate at Broadway cafe where we received much better hospitality and there was no issue at all with our family using the restroom. We always tip great and clean up after ourselves we did not deserve to be treated that way and I hope in the future this business can learn to be more kind to people who are willing to give you business.

I did enjoy the cute little place and friendly staff. Only few complaint I had was. The crust didn t seem to be done and the sauce was so strong that I couldn t taste the cilantro and red onions. I personally would use red sauce and toppings and after squeeze (squeeze bottle) some bbq sauce on top. And add the cilantro after. Other than that, they load the cheese on real good and the people are very kind. It s super cute Inside. Oh! I love that you can take home your raw pizza and bake it at home. Great idea

I attempted this place twice! I tried calling one time last month and they were on vacation which is fine. The 2nd time is what motivated me to give this review, I have never been turned down service before because of the other orders the owner had to do. Why is that my problem? If you re that backed up and can t take orders in person why even have a pizza shop to begin? So glad Maggio s is more concerned about customer satisfaction and customer needs being met than this business. I understand Saturdays are the most busy but I will make sure to never come to this business for anything.

We knew wed want to be lazy and take our time once we got to our cabin so a take and bake pizza option was the best way to go. I called ahead due to a friends gluten allergy and verified that they had gf crust. We ordered a small for him, a 16 in everything, a 16in pepperoni, and a 14in mushroom and it was enough for 6 adults for 2 different meals. Pizzas took about 20 mins each and were far better than any frozen pizza you get at the market... Not to mention youre supporting a local business! They also offer to cook your pizza too. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust available.

Parked, got in, another patron afford chairs for us, then the girl up front told us to leave because they were no longer serving. It was 5:30 and they close at 7:00. The girl or cashier was so rude about it. For a place that relies on tourists, they sure treat you like they dont want you there. And all we wanted was to watch the game even if we didnt get fed. She was incredibly rude. This is why the mom and pops places in big bear will lose to the resorts, that at least are not absolutely rude to you and appreciate your business.

Yuck. Seriously. We came from out of town and wanted to do our weekly pizza and movie night. We had high hopes for this place, but were seriously disappointed. The pizzas were high priced, and equally disgusting. The crust was like cardboard. It really was like the premade crusts they sell at the grocery store that dont need to rise. The sauce was not good either. I was SO disappointed. I will never come back to this place, and I really hope my review helps save someone elses dinner by keeping them from eating here.

The pizzas were expensive and they said it would take 40 minutes, which left me with the impression that this really was good and popular. Unfortunately, the pizza was really not good, and they werent even busy, so I dont understand what took them so long or why they get away with charging so much. The crust tasted like a cheap store-bought crust to cook at home. The quality of the toppings was also subpar. It was like a homemade pizza, but in a bad way. I wont be coming back, and I really cant recommend it in good conscience.
