The star bakery, very delicious bread, but the customer service from the owner is very little. I bought $60.00 of bread and she charged me for a few boxes and when I arrived to pick up the bread, it was in boxes of a dozen and the bread was crushed and I asked him for a lot of money from the boxes and he didnt want to give it to me, I asked him for a coffee at least, and he didnt either. People with businesses feel that they have everything...they depend on the clientele and the workers seem to have forgotten what a shame...what poor services

was craving for bread yesterday drove to this place. the lady was cleaning the place. I guess they were about to close. i got this and another bread. The lady said $5. I gave her 2 and the rest on the card. I was surprised when I got the receipt, she asked me your getting the receipt. when i got it it was almost $6. I know its a little amount. i guess those where some charges. i value honesty. Im not saying that she was dishonest but there were charges and made it come up to like $6 when she said $5. anyhow the bread taste okay.

Quality has gone down, but its still one of the better bakeries in Rialto. Also, its a lot more expensive now. Get ready to pay around $40 for about a dozen pieces of mixed pan dulce.

We love the bread from there, always soft and a good size, the short girl is very kind, friendly and fast. Update: They have a lot of new, not so friendly people, and they raised the price of all the bread, before we spent $18 a week on bread, now it is $30 for the same amount of bread, they are taking advantage of people, we will not return.

Good flavor of bread a little higher than normal in price, the problem for me is that they open from 5 am to 12 and they open until 3 pm but sometimes it is 3:30 and it is still closed.

I went earlier for bread. They told me to go back in 45 minutes, so i did. Then i get there and theyre inside with the door locked and just shake there heads and hands No at me. Not even having the courtesy of coming to the door. I stood there trying to explain i was told to go back and they just turned their backs and ignored me til i left. The customer service is TRASH. DO NOT buy here!!! Also the cashier is a student who looks to young to even work.

This is another one of my favorite places when it comes down to getting mexican sweet bread, tamales & champurrado. They have fresh coffe in the morning with freshly baked bread too. The tamales are great as well they have green chicken, red pork & cheese with jalapeΓ±os. The cheese tamales almost run out before the others do, but the green ones are pretty good too. The two ladys and the baker are very nice and quick at serving the people. Great quality on what they have and very good prices. I recommend the champurrado with a cheese tamal and a concha. But get there early because you might not make it since they do run out of champurrado and cheese tamales very early, they even make a huge pot but it still finishes pretty quickly. They also make some very good bolillo & teleras for menudo and tortas they are a must try too.
