We ordered 3 different meals and no one liked it much. One person didn't even want to finish the meal. My meal was cold and flavorless. A pasta meal was the only one the 3 of us liked. I will never go here again and recommend you save your money for somewhere good.

Service was good, but the food was very bad. It made everybody in my party of four sick afterwards they offered a refund and also exchange for the food, but it didn't matter because even the exchange of food was bad. The meat was undercooked. The fish was too oily and cooked with bad oil. The manager offered refunds and was super nice and the waiters were nice as well and hostess was nice or else I would have given just a one star review.

They honor veterans with a great discount.
Also, my son dropped a piece of chicken on the floor and I asked if we could get another one made. Instead of bringing a single piece out they brought an entire new rack.
That blew me away. 5 stars for sure. Thanks guys.

It was our first time there, and near the area.... I don't think we are coming back. They do give you a lot of food but it's not that good. I guess I was thinking it was similar to Lucilles BBQ, but not at all. Just the concept of ordering there on the spot at the front being our first time was like a fast food restaurant. The food had a decent presentation but after having it 5 mins Infront was just not cutting it. Also you must get your drinks, utensils, condiments and boxes to go yourself at a "fast food counter". The place was not full at all, and the food did took a while to come. Last but not least my stone fire bbq salad which they asked what type of protein I wanted, I said chicken, had to the most 5 little pieces of chicken. I got tired of eating lettuce, carrots, beans, etc...because remember they give you big portions but is not good. Thanks but no thanks. I spent the same amount of money at Lucilles and had a way better dinner and drinks. The only good thing are the bread sticks because even the water sucked. see pics

Most Honest Review!!

There was a piece of crumbled burnt plastic in my potatoes!!
Manager came around and gave us the STUPIDEST RESPONSE!!!
IT'S A BURNT POTATO, WE SEE THIS ALL THE TIME

WHAAAAT!!!??
You might see it ofteb, but we never have seen this ever, and manager lady with glasses, brown hair, short thang; had a mighty hard time breaking that "burnt potato".
Come on, my step daughter couldnt even chew through it, it was plastic!!
Came out in our mashed potatoes, and I BET YOU WHATEVER, MY CAR KEYS, HOUSE KEYS, ANYTHING!!!!

If we wouldnt have said where we found it in, she would have never said it was a burnt potato.

DISGUSTING, RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSANITARY, AND INHUMANE!!

I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service from this location! My family and I went to have dinner on Friday Night and when we arrived there was a lot of people just standing around the cashier area highly confused as to all the dinning area tables were being taken out of the restaurant to an outside area and when we reached the cashier area we were asked if we were all together because there was nowhere to sit our party as they had a huge party of 80 they were setting up for and they put us aside and were letting other people behind us come to the front to order as they were parties of 2-4 but that was not fair at all as it was the same thing as trying to accommodate our party. & when i asked to speak to the person in charge i asked why were we not allowed to be helped but others were and she simply said it is first come first serve yet we were there first and they were attending people that were in line behind us! So we were denied seating and we were not able to place an order then they said yes you can order but you will have to wait until we make the food for the party of 80 in front of you! Alsooo! I called a different location to see if they can fit us in and they said we can't take reservations it's a first come first serve situation so how is it that they can reserve a whole area for 80 people but couldn't accommodate us! I am really dissatisfied and disappointed because i really enjoy eating here but after this bad experience it doesn't give me any hopes of going back anytime soon. Supper bad coordination of the employees and the manager was no help at all she's pregnant and she just looked ready to go home and rest... If the staff isn't well trained to take on such a task of attending a party of 80 & attend the oncoming people coming to enjoy a dinner then don't take the last minute task of attending a party of 80!

Review №70

My family and I came here to celebrate our kids school certificate. We had a party of 6 and arrived around 615pm. Upon arrival we were observing many of the tables being drug around and placed outside along with all chairs. When we were called to order we were told “we’re prepping for a party of 80 so it’s going to be a wait”. I saw several tables empty and some extra chairs that would easily accommodate my family and I. We were then told we would be sat and have no issue with being served. After a bit of back and forth with the manager we were ultimately told we would have to sit in separate booths and would be put on a waiting list to order food due to the party of 80. This party of 80 had not even arrived yet by the way. This place is so disorganized so mismanaged and the customer service is down right horrible. During the whole fiasco of trying to figure out of this giant restaurant could seat 6 people there were many families which were white that were allowed to be seated. I’m not sure if it’s because my family and I are Mexican in a predominantly white area but we were treated terribly by the workers here. They really showed us that service workers now a days could careless about quality professionalism and being nice to customers. I’ve written the corporate office with ZERO reply which tells me this company must be very used to having these issues and just staying silent. I’ll write a review in every single site I know to keep people from coming here.

I usually choose Stonefire Grill in Brea for friend gatherings and for other occasions. Their food is amazing and has plenty seats for big group, not that noisy but clean environment. You can set up your table with plates and utensils as needed. Everything you need is right there, you just need to grab as many as you need. Also their service is excellent and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

Food tastes not bad but not great. Cashier was nice and friendly. 1st time there but long and slow line. Not much guidance on what to do but wait in long line. Very casual dinning like a in door picnic. Self serve for most part except they bring the food out. Staff are nice though.

Review №80

Do not take your family here, atmosphere is like a cheap warehouse dine in, they try to look “fancy” but in reality it’s a garbage place, seriously? Self serve utensils and drinks, this place is the equivalent of a Souplantation except it is where everything goes the wrong way. Such a long wait time for nothing, it’s like you’re eating inside a barn, bare minimum customer service, food portions are small, and greedy, price is very mid, save your money and go to Costco, you can get everything there for a better price and better quality. Like bare lighting - no lighting inside, chairs are like prison chairs and tables are like park tables. They give you plastic cups, seriously?? Food is also very decent. Nothing special at all, even worse, it’s extremely basic, lack proper seasoning and meat are dry or not cooked well. It’s a half built restaurant trying to pretend it’s a 5 star restaurant. 😡

Food was plain, small portions, and cooked/ served at random times. I got the tri tip sandwich which tasted flavorless and as if it was sitting under a heat lamp for 20 min while my mashed potatoes were burning hot. My boyfriend ordered a simple Cesar salad which oddly came 10 minutes after the salad. We also made it in there right before the dinner rush so there was really no excuse for it to have taken them 35 minutes to bring a sandwich and salad.
The service was bad. The self seating service area was odd as well, couldn’t enjoy myself. All in all won’t be coming back.

The food outways the fact you order ahead of sitting, then find a seat. Oh fill your drink and get your own silverware and napkins. So depending if you want a full serve restaurant, this is not. The food flavors are delicious and so you overlook that hickup. Ribs fall off the bone, the salads are crispy and fresh.

Review №115

We recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. The food was shockingly tasteless, leaving me wondering if any seasoning had been used at all. To make matters worse, our orders were delivered at staggered times, so by the time some of us received our meals, others were almost finished eating.

The unsanitary condition of the restaurant was evident from the moment we walked in, as there were numerous flies buzzing around the dining area. It's quite uncomfortable trying to enjoy a meal while constantly swatting away flies.

What truly baffled me was the lack of basic eating utensils. We had to actively search for forks, knives, and spoons, as they seemed to be in short supply. This kind of oversight is simply unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail on the part of the staff.

As if the poor quality of the food and the hygiene issues weren't enough, the prices were exorbitant. I expected to pay a premium for a dining experience, but the prices here were way beyond reasonable, especially considering the lackluster food and overall experience.

All in all, our first visit to this restaurant will certainly be our last. I cannot recommend it to anyone based on my experience. It's a shame that what could have been an enjoyable dining experience turned out to be such a disappointment. We left after eating just half and went to In-and-Out.

Their Superfood Fiesta Bowl comes with quinoa, chopped kale, black beans, roasted chickpeas, red cabbage, roasted corn, chopped red onion, tomato, cilantro, and sriracha ranch, topped with guacamole and tortilla chips.

I like getting the shareable (for another salad later 😉) and adding grilled tri-tip. But, they only give the same guacamole for the personal size 🙁

Tip: if you don’t like spicy, ask for a different salad dressing. The sriracha ranch is quite spicy.🌶️

I have visit several Stonefire Locations in other cities and they had excellent customer service. I just moved to Brea and I decided to place an order for my New Years Eve family dinner. I was so excited to eat from there because I love their BBQ Salad, but that evening when I waited 30 minutes for someone to give us our order, and nobody showed up at the pick up order designated area. My husband decided to entered the restaurant and asked why it was taking so long. Guess what? There was no dinner, they did not have the decency to call us and let us know that there was an emergency and that after 6:30pm they had to closed the kitchen.
I was very dissapointed because no one approch us and let us know that they were not able to prepared our catering order for New Years Eve.
I know there is emergencies, but the way management handled the situation was like " Oh well it is what it is"
I will never eat or order from this location again.

I paid $16 for this tri tip just 4 slices of tri tip nothing else. Salad side tasted like mustard. Don't nderstand why everybody rated this place 5 stars. This place is like an buffet in an poor area

Ordered Family Meals for 4 including salad, breadsticks, tri tip, and baby back ribs. Baby back ribs and breadsticks were great; tri tip and salad were not bad. Prices are reasonable.
