Made to order, it was good. Came on a Monday afternoon so didn't wait very long at all. A little steep for the price but I left full and happy.
Burrito was a good size so no complaints. Would return to try other things.

We tried this candy/fresh fruit item.

It was a hit with kids. Tasted fresh although it was kept frozen. The "candy" aspect is a glazed typical what you would encounter with creme brulee.

A bit on the pricey side but a novelty worth a try.

The dining area has plenty of seating however on the weekends it is a challenge to find a spot.

Food was delicious, however the Asian dude that was just sitting around had the two girls cooks cooking and being cashiers at the same time , they were working so fast they were taking money with their greasy gloves and going back to grabbing fries and bread to make hamburgers, totally unsanitary I feel bad because I don’t want the woman to get in trouble they were so busy I’m more mad at the guy just sitting around not helping out with taking orders.

Ordered the triple smash burger, it was great 👍. This place did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed my smash burger. Great value for the taste and price for a mall's food court.

Really good breakfast burritos! Nice portion as well and I was only able to finish half. Staff were really friendly. Quality of the food was amazing. You can watch them make your food. So it’s not premade and quick like fast food, which is a plus.

Came back today just to try it. Had a smash Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger. It was good! If you want a really good burger at a mall, this is the place. Will definitely come back & try their other selections. Definitely a must try.

This is the $8 bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich (pictured). We also got the veggie breakfast burrito which was delicious and pretty big.

I’m so glad breakfast factory was open… I was hungry and passing by. They open at 8am Blanca and Michell were amazing. The burrito was delicious.

Excellent smash burgers!! You get a good sized burger and a LOT of fries for what you pay. Very friendly service and they are quick to make your order as well.

Tuesday 3/5/24 Lunch at The Breakfast Factory in Brea. Enjoying a smash burger combo. It is an authentic smashed burger with tasty lettuce, pickles, and thousands island dressing. Their fries are thick and crispy.

Blanca and Sandra service staffs,were friendly and service with a smile to brighten customers’ day.

Note to owner(s) & chef: make sure lettuce is dry if not after putting dressing, water tends to run down the burger and it get messy.

I recommend this burger joint to try. It will be hard to find. Hint: it is located in the Brea Mall food court.

First time here, The guy with the White hat,Tattoos and mustache at the front is super rude and condescending. As I waited in line I watched his impolite mannerisms rush the guest to order food and get out of line. When I finally got to the front of the line he looked irritated that i chose to have breakfast at this location. I tried to get his name when I went up to get my food but, he ignored me with little care. Distracted looking over at the other restaurants goofing around instead of paying attention to his duties. Not a very welcoming location. Hope management fixes this behavior before they scare more customers away.

It was my first time here, and I was not impressed. The customer service was horrible and there were customers waiting as we watched two workers talking to each other about non-job related things . Food wasn’t worth the high price

From what it apears The kids working there feb.22.2023 at 5:58 don't seem to manage this place well . The girl working looks like is doing most The work While the guy working that shift wearing his hat backwards plays on his phone while he has his gloves on . Then he proceeds to start assembling people's food . After a bit more of watching him he start scratching his beard and his face all while putting fries together . It was disgusting he shouldn't be working in fast food. ! I almost just canceled my order but had to give this place a shot . Definitely first time and last time coming here .

Some of the best hot chicken I’ve had in a while. The staff was super nice and helpful, and the lychee lemonade was SO delicious. I’ve been complaining about the lack of good food at Brea Mall for a while now (no offense to any of the other places) so this was a breath of fresh air.

We ordered the chicken strips with heat level good and it was enough if you like something a little spicier then go next level up chicken was spicy and tender. They give you plenty of food for the price.

First off, we miss the old chicken place, called Giolicious, that served the best fried chicken sandwiches in the mall. I was craving it before finding out it was closed permanently.

So, my family and I thought we’d give this place a shot, given Burnin Mouth is more of a national chain. The total was around $40, for three chicken sandwich meals (they didn’t come with drinks, but we didn’t ask for any). I had my sandwich at the heat level below the hottest, mind you.

The staff seemed unenthused throughout the whole ordering process, down to actually cooking the meals. The one taking my order was a bit rude even. I left a tip regardless, giving benefit of the doubt, before taking my food home for my family to try it out.

They say the company is called Burnin Mouth and yet… at the heat level I ordered, my chicken sandwich was utterly bland with flavor. Sure it has its topping of coleslaw (which was pretty old) and sauce (best part of the meal, not saying much), but I found myself missing Giolicious throughout the entirety of the meal. It did not help either that because of the coleslaw (even after one bite), we had stomach pains after the fact. The fries were okay, nothing more to say.

Unless something’s done to actually make the sandwiches and chicken spicy as they should be, I don’t see this establishment staying for long. A great disappointment.

Chicken was very flavorful with a good amount of spice. Me and my friends were going safe and got the number 2 combo (mild), but it was not that spicy. If you enjoy spice don't be afraid to take it up a level. The fries were seasoned just right with their toast being very soft soaking in all the flavor from the chicken. Would definitely go here again. Price is pretty reasonable.

This food is amazing. I got the plain chicken strips(not a spicy food person myself) and the taste was just right. I got the combo 2 which includes chicken strips,fries, and toast. The toast was buttery and delicious. Food is fresh, prices are competitive. Will come here again.

It was so awesome. I had the Bang Bang (signature) hot chicken sandwich, French fries, and medium drink and a garlic soy sauce (mild). They charge me $16.99!
Everyone should be eating there at the food court in the Brea mall.
