On Wednesday afternoon, July 24, 2024 I was patiently waiting to place my order when a couple came in the location (Brea). A boy was helping customers who were there before me, which was fine. There was also a girl employee doing something other than attending to customers. Then, instead of taking my order, the oblivious girl took the order of the couple who came in after me. I will NEVER go to this location again. It was beyond rude of this employee -- and I was a regular customer. I'll take my business to another Baskin Robbins location from now on.

31% of on the 31st of every month.

Edit: went here at exactly 8:46pm and they were Closed! The sign said 9:00pm, but they had already put the tubs away. If the sign says 9, you should stay open until 8:59pm. Kind of annoying.

The owner of this establishment was incredibly rude to me. i remember asking what flavor should i get and she said all of them but i asked what flavor would she get specifically and she then told me to get out of the building.

This Baskin robbins is my local! I grew up around Birch. And they've always been delicious, but the service my last time was so exceptional. There's a sweet lady, I believe her name is Patty(?) And her service is A+. She's amazing and I really appreciated her making a cake for me same day, even though it was a weekend. It was sooo delicious!! Also got a sundae and that was soooooo yummmmyy!!!

20some years ago I formed and decorated Basking Robbins cake. It was a fun job and simple. This past week I bought an ice cream cake for a graduation dessert. I was absolutely embarassed I served it to my guests - Cake was old and dry.
DRY. Additionally, the cake was not correctly adhered to the platform, cake came off the cardboard platform. In the future, I sugggest the store get a true cake decorator, not the owners family member. Like I said, it's NOT a hard job, and it can be soo much fun.
I do agree this store is clean and readily helpful for service. Although, I will not buy ice cream cakes from them in the future.

Came with some friends today and had a wonderful experience! The mother and son working were so so kind. They did a great job at keeping the store clean and making us feel welcome. These days can be a lot so it's nice to take a small break and get ice cream. And these employees made it an even better experience!!

Horrible customer service especially from the guy with the pony tail, dragging his feet to serve the customers that contribute to his paycheck. Your forcing them to do a job that their getting paid to do, their more interested in having conversations with their coworkers, theirs no work ethic! Please avoid coming here, and invest your money somewhere else!

Wish I can give no stars. Went today with my disabled consumer waiting outside for it to open. The employee seen us waiting for store to open and made sure to take his time. Store hours said open at 11am but waited until 11:15 and still not open. Once the employee noticed we walked away he unlocked the door. We turned back around and you can see the employee named Elijah just didn t want to help us what so ever. Had a bad attitude and was not friendly at all.

This is by far the Best Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The service is excellent and very friendly. The management is top notch. Patti the owner is the best! The store is super clean and very tidy. The atmosphere is very inviting to enjoy a good desert with friends or family. No need to get desert anywhere else. I will always choose this Baskin Robbins.

Shout out to Joy for making my son feel special getting his ice cream tonight even though she was slammed. She was super sweet and gracious, serving exactly what we ordered. (Bummed that chocolate peanutbutter wasnt available by the scoop.)

The young guys working in the evenings obviously need some Supervision. We walked in and they were outside, they came in after us, laughing like kids at who-knows-what, didnt wash their hands and went and put gloves on to serve us. Needless to say I decided not to get anything. It just seemed very unsupervised and not the least bit friendly

NO social distancing in the store. A guy without mask zoom around in the store. People behind the cashier do not say anything. $3.99 per scoop, I thought $2.49 per scoop. jack up the price. Cancel 31th of the month special offer. Visit this store is Health risk. Mgmt is too greedy. Zero star.

I got a ice cream cake that said it fed 2 to 4. It fed 3. So that was good. But it was pretty expensive. I didnt think the cake was worth the price i paid. The girls in the shop were very nice.

Great Ice cream, but NOT at a good price! Thrifty/Rite Aid still has the best cones at a reasonable price! The best feature of this place is the location, Downtown Huntington Beach on Main Street!

Went in to purchase a birthday cake, one other customer at counter. Walked over to the freezer, and started looking at the different options. The clerk walked over from behind the counter walked in front of me and opened the door to show the cakes to the other customer. I was close enough to the freezer that I had to jump back not to get hit by the door. Not a word of apology or even a excuse from the clerk. I turned around and left.

This place has a great atmosphere, they always play nice music and its nice and cool inside. They also have lots of space to sit inside and outside, despite this being a small little ice cream place. Overall, having some ice cream from here is always a great experience.

I like that this location is a little larger and has room for a few booths. It was scorching hot outside when we visited, so it was nice to relax in a cool, air conditioned ice cream shop. The staff member that helped us was very friendly, and especially patient with my indecisive 3-year-old. I like theres the option of a kids cone because I find its just the right size for a treat, and its a little cheaper. I like their location in the shopping center so I can swing past World Market afterwards.

Store was basically clean and service inoffensive, but not especially friendly. The ice cream seems dated if thats possible. Not old, just old in style.

My daughter went in to purchase an ice cream cake. The store had a variety of cakes to choose from; however, when asked to add and write on the cake the decorator stated, I can put minimal additions on the cake because I cannot waste my time. One would think that customer service would be excellent, considering the price and availability of ice cream cakes in grocery stores and Walmart. That is not the case from my experience at this location.

The owner and the cake decorator are literally the nicest and most helpful people you can ask for. They treat you with respect and dont give you that fake customer service feeling. Definitely one of my favorite places to go.
