I had such a great experience at this spot! Staff was super friendly and helpful as I had many questions about the menu and variety of items. Ice cream is made FRESH and it tasted so good! I will definitely be back soon! 🤩

Tried this style of ice cream it was great. I'm a more traditional ice cream person but it was cool and the workers were polite. Place looked clean. Outside table was filthy not there fault only had 2 workers and it was busy. I'd do an occasional return.

What’s with the sign? We almost didn’t come in. We watched 2 groups walk up, read the sign and then leave. Yet no one inside had masks, the employees sure didn’t.

Just some advice to maybe clarify your messaging. And take down all the clutter in your windows.

The ice cream was decent. Tasted a bit chemically and not natural.

Counter top is disgusting. The place where they mix it is peeling, dirty, grimy and looks gross as you stand there and watch your food next to it.

disappointed. Unclear advertisements. Took multiple attempts to get the order right and there was runny, end-of-can whipped cream everywhere. Not worth the price paid.

Just tried to redeem my Mothers Day free scoop that I received via email (expires 5/13) and was told that the expiration date was a misprint and it expired yesterday 5/12 and wouldnt honor their voucher - misprint and all. Youve lost a customer, creamistry! Cant trust a business that wont honor its word

Workers are friendly, ice cream taste fantastic, and I can customize as I like with tons of options each time. Love this place, I get something different each time, and I enjoy watching them make it each time while I wait. If you aren t used to seeing ice cream made right in front of you, it is just a cool experience to watch, you know? Kid-friendliness: Kids love to watch the ice cream being made right in front of them and the misty air that comes from it.

Only one person working. When we got there, there were already 5 people waiting. She was working, but needless to say it took awhile. It was good, but they couldve used a second person (who maybe wasnt wearing headphones...) We watched 3 people come in and leave in the time it took us to get our ice creams

Love this place. Ice cream is so creamy. Depends on what you get, but I usually get a coffee flavored ice cream and it isnt too sweet. staff is nice. depends on who you get, the young man with the curly hair makes them the best. He takes his time and makes them really nice. He always puts 2 oreo cookies for my daughter when she orders the mint ice cream.

My sister and I used to come to creamistry but as of April 2023 their sizes have extremely diminished but their prices went up. Today I purchased a regular size with almonds and marshmallows. The regular cup was not even filled nor did the ice cream reach the top of the cup. Extremely disappointed! To say the least. DO NOT COME to Creamistry unless you want to overpay for small amounts.

Any place that allows kids to watch and observe, that is a place that people will come back to with families. Very open feeling and clean outright. Product is good, but the experience of seeing the work makes the experience what it is.

They raised theyre prices on everything. Its $10 for a spoonful of ice cream lol. The pints went up to $13.50 and dont even have accurate labeling...I bought a chocolate ice cream pint and it contained peanut butter chunks and brownie bites. Luckily I dont have a nut allergy but for someone who may be allergic and just wants chocolate this could cause unnecessary chaos, not just financially but physically... Misleading and way overpriced for the same quality elsewhere, especially better store brands.

02/26/22 This is for creamistry in imperial highway Brea. Ordered Thai tea, but they gave me milk tea and the lady just said thats what is on the receipt seriously???? No apology and didn t even offer to make me a new one. They just lost a customer!!!

I feel like the quality of Creamistry is degrading, especially after Covid and especially this location. The matcha flavor tastes more or less like vanilla which is disappointing for the premium price that Im paying.

Very disappointed in my recent visit here. I have been to Creamistry before so I know what to expect. Everything was wrong this time. The ice cream came out half melted which is odd considering how cold Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) is. I was asked if I wanted whipped cream on mine and I said yes and it was on the receipt but it was served to me without it. I also had to ask for the sprinkles which come on The Unicorn, and I was given the wrong ones. The kid who made it seemed more interested in playing around with the LN2 and freezing his gloves then he did making it. I hope they can find some better people to work here so I can come back again.

Went in at 8:45 on A Friday. With 5 people ahead of us. It took 45 minutes for them to make 5 ice creams and then one of the items I ordered. And then another 15 minutes for the next item. So we were not even able to eat together. Owner/manager kept taking orders and tallying receipts while no one was ordering...employees looked confused and disorganized. The owner/manager did pass out coupons to other customers, however only select customers she approves of apparently. Horrible service. Wont be back

Came on a Sunday night, 9pm, they said they were out of ice cream. How can you run out of ice cream when that s all you do? That s like if you went to In and Out and they said we are out of hamburgers. That s un excusable, especially when you run an establishment like this. Looked like they just wanted to close early. Had a friend waiting for them to close. First and Last time to visit.

Under new ownership. This place was jumping. Clean and bright inside. Plenty of Outdoor seating with tables and chairs and heaters. Ice cream was creamy and delicious. Oreo cookie and smores and strawberry cheesecake were the winners for us. Yummy!!

Be prepared to wait 35-40 mins to wait for one ice cream. I am not exaggerating. I waited for 30 minutes and when it was almost my turn (FINALLY), they started making several ice creams ahead of mine because they had online order. OMG. I didnt want to wait any longer so asked for refund but he said no. Never apologized, nothing.

Went here two days ago and ordered small pistachio and a small pecan praline. It took a while but it s a process so that wasn t an issue. My husband who absolutely loves Creamistry s pistachio took a bite and it was all wrong. Apparently they added too many pistachios and the girl working there basically didn t care. My husband tried explaining he s had this same ice cream many times and it doesn t taste right (and to me, it didn t look right either very gooey and slimy, not creamy, and dark green). The girl failed to ask him if he d like something different. Finally, he tried eating some more of it but still just couldn t stomach it, so I asked her if she wouldn t mind at least looking at it. She did and FINALLY offered a substitute. We waited for a long time since we were pushed to the end of the line for orders for the substitute but then the girl mixed up our order with someone else s prolonging our wait even further. Overall, worst creamistry experience ever. The pecan praline was still delicious which is the only reason for two stars.

Made to order icecream thats made with Liquid Nitrogen. I got the Rocky Road. This was my 1st time here and the clerk suggested Rocky Road from the favorites menu. Not going to lie...it took about 15 minutes for our 2 orders to be made. There were about 4 orders in front of us. Its very labor intensive from what I witnessed. The 3 clerks behind the counter worked well as a team. One would create the ice cream and pass it to another clerk that would complete the process then the last would serve it up and decorate your order. They all worked well together. Our 2 Regular orders (small) came out to roughly $14 including tax. Cant come here during lunch break when its busy. We probably wont be coming here again but it was fun to watch and try Creamistry.

Great, high quality ice cream!! There are a lot of different combinations you can create, so you always have something to try every visit. Best part is that they make your ice cream in front of you! They also have Non-Dairy based you can choose from (Coconut, Cashew & Sorbet) & these options do not ruin the flavor of the ice cream at all. Definitely will be back for more!!

Best ice cream everrr!!! This was my first time trying creamistry. I had very expectations with all the hype around how good this place was so I was like let s give it a shot. When I have high expectations for something, my expectations are never met, but this time it surpassed any thing I could ve possibly expected. Thai tea and Nutella are the ones I tried and they were delicious! It s $6 for a regular so bring your wallet full of cash!

Creamistry, as the name implies, has some of the creamiest ice cream Ive ever had. You can choose your base, either premium, organic, coconut, or sorbet, choose yours flavors, and toppings, this is really great for lactose intolerant customers! For two people you can count on spending about $20, so its not as inexpensive as thriftys ice cream. Inside seating is available, but it can get a bit noisy with all the mixers running and if its crowded, there are a few tables outside as well, probably not the best date spot.
