Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I did not get the girls name that was helping us at our table but she was phenomenal I teased her because she always said sorry about stuff I said never be sorry. She's a wonderful woman and a very nice person very helpful very humorous like I said I wish I could remember her name. You need more people like her. I was in the back room with my cousin and we were facing the street if that helps at all. Anyway I will continue to come to this Olive garden as I have for many years. Usual olive garden taste and quality. Same consistency as other olive garden outlets. Lots of tables and wasn't actually crowded on weekends but recommended booking a table ahead just to avoid any unnecessary waiting. Food quality was good and ingredients seemed pretty fresh. A Lot of drink options available. Ample veg options available.

Servers were friendly and quick in responding. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking available on the premises.

This location is always the best in the area, the servers are super attentive. Efrain, David, Luke and Camacho, Jazmine the hostess with the mostess is super , the fettuccine chicken Alfredo was spectacular along with the Salad and breadsticks. Stop by this location for top notch service, atmosphere and food.

Awesome customer service. Customer service is key in all situations, the only things that differentiate that make for a great company. The food, service, and atmosphere was all 5-stars! Unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks for the win! Try the cheese ravioli and substitute the marinara sauce with the alfredo sauce.

I just entered this restaurant and wanted to switch seats with my friend, and the manager was being super rude, and not accommodating when I wanted to move over to a different booth. It also smelt like a dirty foot in there. We left it is not worth the hassle!

Olive Garden's current endless pasta special asks an intriguing utilitarian question of its customers: how much stomach pain are you willing to endure so that you can tell yourself that the restaurant lost money?

I do actually feel that Olive Garden's Alfredo sauce is the closest to good, homemade Alfredo out of the classic Italian restaurant chains, and their soups + salads are always good staples. I do find them a little pricey unless you do the endless lunch special (but yk, Italian food).

Service has consistently been great and telling the waiter when to stop putting cheese on my food is the highlight of my night. I ❤️ Olive garden.

The food was very salty. I ordered a salad and soup and it was awfully salty and the salad did not come with pepperciniis. The waiter told me the they ran out of them. He should have warned me. The bread and Alfredo sauce....very salty. I couldn't eat anything there.

OG has been a favorite of mine for years. Came to the Brea location today. Disappointed to see that the soup salad and breadsticks lunch is now over $13.00. I know prices go up, but c'mon, this is the least cost item the restaurant makes. The salad came out with little to no dressing. Had to ask for more dressing. Asked for extra olives in the salad and i got 2. Soup was room temp...had to return. If OG is raising prices, standards need to be upheld. My husband and I both thought OG is getting "cheap" with their food standards. Another surprising thing was that given it was Columbus day, the restaurant only had a few patrons inside. I don't think I'll be able to afford my favorite place anymore. 😒

We arrived and it was nice. Hostess that greeted us was nice. The hostess that sat us down was ok. We were left there with no utensils until we asked for some. No napkins until we asked for some. Waitress was sweet. She advised us the hostess was supposed to give us everything. I just felt uncomfortable. So we didn't finish our food just brought it home

I had the pleasure of being served by Michael during my recent visit to Olive Garden, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had! From the moment we were seated, Michael was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent recommendations, and was always quick to refill drinks and check in on us without being intrusive.

What really stood out was how genuine he was—he truly made us feel like valued guests. His positive attitude and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed, and it’s clear that he takes great pride in his work. It’s not often you come across someone who excels at customer service like Michael, and I really hope Olive Garden recognizes his efforts.

I highly recommend requesting Michael as your server if you want a fantastic dining experience. He’s definitely deserving of a promotion—he’s an asset to the team!

Food and service was excellent! my family and I went here last night after a day at Disneyland and this was probably the best service we have had since before COVID. The first course refills came quickly. Soup was hot and tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Thank you Brea Olive Garden my whole family left very happy with our experience.

Food is ordinary compared to Mom & Pops small restaurants. The minimum wage increase is probably included in their prices. They made us wait for 20 minutes and the spot they seated us was mostly empty.

To my surprise we actually had a great experience -- I haven't gone in years bc I thought it was overpriced pasta and wasn't impressed overall. This time the prices were fair and portions generous. Got the spaghetti with meat sauce and of course the soup and bread sticks. All very tasty. We had enough for leftovers to take home. Family liked their meals too. Servers very professional and attentive. Restaurant was clean with nice decorations inside. Would def go back and now recommend to everyone.

We had a lovely server named Athena, who was so welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the menu. She understood my vegan friend's needs and made everything so simple, it was a real breath of fresh air.
I had the scampi shrimp, which was yummy, the breadsticks were also bangin'.

Lyra our server was amazing. Attentive, positive and efficient. Food was excellent. First time I had the steak. Highly recommend although next time I am going to ask if I can trade the pasta. Everyone else lived their food too. Soup was delicious.

Joined the mobile waitlist, was told 10 minutes, got there and was told 20. No big deal. Waited 35 and then asked for an update and was told it would be an additional 35. Had I known upfront the true wait time, I never would have waited with two small children. I was the first group in the lobby which flooded with people after we sat down to wait and then I preceeded to watch each of them be seated in front of us (with equal party sizes). Obviously the hosts don't know what they are doing. After waiting over an hour, my kids patience was maxed out which meant dinner was a complete disaster. No apology was given.

The dinner itself was great. Albeit the coffee was not hot and really thin. Service was, well, there was none. Had to keep flagging somebody down to even get a menu. All the while, employees chatting behind the bar and at the entrance reception.

How does a place that specializes in pasta totally biff it. Overcooked, dry, over sauced. Bubble gum ravioli. I was better off eating out of a can over a hobo trash can fire in the back of a train car headed towards a better life.

Is a good place to eat if you like Italian food, but I will say is not super wow.
Also be careful because some games in the iPad charge like 3 dollars even if you just touch it jaja. The food is good, Big portions.

Three stars not one, because it's not always this bad. Our food came out before soup unsolid so we return the plates pending eating our soup and salads. when our entrees were redelivered again The food was dry and crusty from sitting under heat lamps. they should have just remade the plates. The server was very friendly but he his head was just somewhere else chatting with other workers and such instead of minding the customers.

Miserable experience tonight. Completely dissatisfied with the wait times and lack of service. Waiter lacked decent conversation skills and spoke with slang, everything was rushed and we did not even get our food. My kids filled up on salad and were ready to leave before we even got our entrees. Sat 1/27 dinner service was not worth it. Wish I stayed home. To cap it off, on the way out my kid got sick and threw up his soup. Fitting ending I guess.

I usually love the food, drinks, and service, but finding a long hair in our salad was unbelievable!!! We got a new salad, but that was it. And the ladies restroom needs a deep cleaning and or a complete remodeling: dirty and broken ceiling tiles, loose, hanging pot lights, old and broken paper towel holders, cleaning equipment stored openly under the sink, and the floors always look dirty, and their smell comes into the reception area.
