I went in and ordered my normal protein power bowl, and I paid the full price Iam not sure why I got half of a bowl, and this is not the first time it’s happened from this location,that’s not right. I would appreciate if somebody (manager/owner) would please give me a voucher for two protein power bowls that I received half bowls, this is the Brea California location on imperial and Kramer

Ordering online was easy and my juice was ready on time (early) and kept cold. I was even given a little extra at no charge which was appreciated because the price was a little more than I wanted to pay and I do like to tip as well. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived either.

This location is closer to me, but I usually love going to the one that’s a little further. Well I just decided today to go to this one. One of the worst experiences I had. I ordered a Banana Berry bowl and there was no one else in there but me. However, it took over 10 minutes to make my bowl. When they were done I was handed a bright pink bowl. I asked them if they made it correctly and they laughed and told me they forgot to add açai. Didn’t once apologize but just laughed and went to make it. I Waited another 10 minutes and was handed a very messy bowl. It seems they do not care how they present themselves or the customers wants. I don’t like blueberry so I always get no blueberry extra banana and they couldn’t give that to me either.

Nektar is a regular craving of mine. I love the PB Protein smoothie and have to get one after yoga on the reg. I love this location, they go above and beyond in hospitality and efficiency. They make great smoothies. The rewards program is excellent and has good perks for your purchases. A happy place for sure and I will be back again and again!

I had a wonderful experience here tonight! The customer service was amazing and I truly felt appreciated as a customer! I was helped out by Isabella who truly made my night! Not only did she make my drink delicious, but she was super helpful when I asked for green juice recommendations! I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Nekter is usually a good spot. This one seems to have cut some major corners. The flavor of the açaí is very bland. The texture was very runny. The fruit used wasn’t ripe. They also don’t accept Apple Pay which was odd.

Employee went to make my bowl after mopping and cashiering without changing gloves. Good way to get a stomach bug. (Also wasn't much acai in the acai bowl) Note: this review is just for this location on East imperial. Other Nektar Juice Bars are great.

I came here at 10:30 and ordered 3 drinks. It took them 30 minutes! And they even forgot about one of the drinks, which I had reminded them about 2x. Ridiculous.

Going to be a no for me. I ordered 20 min ahead online and still had to wait another 20 min after I arrived. The order wasn’t printing but still took 20 min once they were aware of my order. Wasn’t busy. Not sure why that happened….

I like this location. They make the shots fresh and not pre-made. And the workers are nice and friendly. I ordered my tropical cooler with no coconut shavings. They made me a new one correctly and got to keep the one with coconut shavings

I order the same order each time and schedule it for pickup so I can enjoy it on my 20minute lunch break. Not only did they mess up my order, they messed it up more when I went back in to FIX it. It cut a huge chunk of my lunch out. Not to mention when I went to pick it up originally, I told them I had an online order to pick up and they went to go clean dishes before helping me. Horrible workers today. 1/5/22. The other workers on other days are nice. These ones and the lady in charge were unhelpful and gave me no compensation for messing up my order twice and my lunch break.

Submit the order at 9:48 for 2 drinks , now it’s 10:25 still hasn’t got my drinks as I’m writing down the review. Seem like they did not make the drink until I ask how much longer is gonna take for my order after almost 50 min wait at the store .

Not the best customer service. The cashier, when taking my order, did inform me it would take 10 min to make my smoothie since they just received a few orders before me, which was good. So I sat straight outside the door, about 10’ away, in plain view through the glass door and windows, in one of their patio chairs for about 15 min waiting. They never informed me my smoothie was ready. I went inside to ask and, sure enough, it was waiting for me in their freezer. So I thought, maybe they didn’t have the personnel and were too busy to come out and let me know. Not so much. 4 people working in there and only 1 customer in the store at the time. I must be getting old. Good service is getting harder to find!

Provei o "mais pedido" da casa - Açaí Banana Berry - mas confesso que senti falta do verdadeiro sabor do açaí e também do sabor da banana. A lista de toppings que acompanham o bowl é grande, mas decepcionante quando você pega... Apenas 1 morango fatiado, e algo como 1/4 de uma banana, também fatiada... A granola estava em boa proporção, assim como o Blueberry..
Contudo o sabor do blend de açaí, banana, morango e Blueberry é bom, bem refrescante..

Great young people. Always greeted with sincere smile and eye contact that says "We appreciate you". Their PB Bowl is better than most ice cream treats and much more healthier. If your looking for a tasty lunch that is both refreshing and filling. I highly recommend the Nectar in Brea.

For a healthier option on the go, I love going to Nekter and appreciate the fact that I can order on line ahead of time. It helps alleviate the wait. It's the family's go to for Healthy Breakfast alternative or lunch.

The wait at this nekter is much longer than others I've been too. At this one when I come in i usually have to wait at the register for a while before my order even gets taken. The staff are nice I just think they need more staff.

My girlfriend and I came to this location for the first time today. We waited 35 minutes only to find out no one worked on our Acai bowls. We requested a refund. This Nekter did not earn our business.
