Total Wine & More

This was my first time visiting Total Wine, and I was very impressed. My husband wanted to pick up some gifts for his friends, and this store had everything he needed. It was well-organized and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is definitely a go-to place for all your liquor needs.

Store manager needs to learn some customer service. Gives me the dirtiest look like I am a thief when I tried to open a cooler that had a lock on it. Please have the store manager see this he will know exactly who I am. The guy who ended up purchasing three of those “premium” spirits, no I didn’t run out with them either.

It's just another place to get booze if you ask me. But I was just delivering a load to them. If you are a truck driver and you are doing the same please check your way in and out of these stores because some are not easy to get too!🤘👀

Until now, this is the only store that attracted me. Everything was organized, but the beer refrigerator is very small. The staff are friendly, but the number of employees is very small for this store. It is difficult to guide you except for your order

Total Wine Brea earns 5 stars because of David. David is the trusted wine connoisseur for my family. His delightful demeanor and true love of wine shines when discussing various wines and regions. His smile lights up any conversation behind his rare spectacles. David is like a character from a film, not only in the way he carries himself but through the knowledge he shares. He reminds me of Henry Jones Sr., father of Henry “Indiana” Jones Jr., played by Sean Connery in “The Last Crusade.” While he does not have the accent, David has the same style, knowledge and class. Total Wine Brea is fortunate to have him on their team.

Lots of selections of wine, beer and hard liquor to fit your taste and budget. They have a wonderful staff to answer any questions or help you find something in the store. They also have tastings for you to try.

Their prices keep fluctuating and they tend to more priced higher than other total wines. There's really no reason to shop here for your regular bottles of bourbon as they don't have a very unique selection.

I legit went to two locations the same day and the difference in treatment is outstanding. The location in Huntington was amazing i bought a couple things but they didn't have the syrups that i needed. I went to this location in Brea and found them when checking out they had to card all of us. My sister was with me but she is 19, they told me i couldn't buy SYRUPS and even said she had to be 21 and older to enter, but there was younger kids around. There was no sign indicating that there is an age requirement. I will never be back and will go back to Bevmo.

The manager named "Tom" is incredibly disrespectful, rude and very snarky. Many of the managers treat customers as if they are going to steal things which honestly, is a bit comical but incredibly unnecessary. Someone in my life had a terrible experience with Tom that ultimately made her stop what she was supposed to be doing for a work assignment - he was THAT rude. I've come across a few others who warned me about this specific location or ANY other Total Wine.

02/24/2024 i was buying liquor worth total $600 for my liquor store. They did not sell me because the guy told me you are going to sell it. i was regular customer but for now i will never be there. Horrible customer service.

T W& M, I believe, has a unique selection of beers, spirits & wines, plus some other goodies. The staff at the Brea location is very knowledgeable of wines & beer through my knowledge, and I would expect someone to have the spirits covered to. T W& M pretty much can quench any taste or flavor with their selection lists and more.

Patrick and Brandon are stellar. This store has THE BEST SERVICE of ANY store I have EVER been too. We were looking for a specific item and online it said they had it. Patric checked the system and saw there was definitely 1 full box, with the enlisted help of Brandon they did not stop until it was found. They are detectives, because of them MODELO WAS THE CASE THAT THEY GAVE ME!

I used to love this store. I had moved from that location 4 years ago and haven't been back until recently. Staff used to be helpful and gave service with a smile. Waited 10 minutes with no help at the pickup counter. The store seems dark and dreary with boxes everywhere. One star for the cigar selection and one star for the great prices. I'll be going to the Long Beach store from now on.

I frequent this place weekly.
For cigars.
They have gotten new staff.
The cashier refused my 10% coupon.
Then he throw out my new coupon I recieved in the trash.

I only spend 200 dollar a week there .
They use to take my coupon.
So in my opinion the new cashier has no customer service skills.
