Blaze Pizza

Blaze Pizza at Brea Mall, CA did not make my order till I asked my doordash driver to ask them about it. They lost my order somehow. waited almost 2 hours to get the order. Also, this is not the 1st time they messed up. very disappointing.

Dirty utensil container. Poor customer service. Been waiting for my order and they already cooked and done with my order but still asked employees if i paid for it and I showed my Google Pay App that I paid. Pizza 🍕 was already cold when she gave it to me Will not recommend eating at this place.

First off, their food is good. Nothing against that. The service on the other hand, not so good. You'd think that they'd offer free refills on drinks. But no. You have to pay for another drink. I think it's a rip-off.

Made an order online since I was in a rush. I get there on time. No other customers at the counter. For minutes nobody greets me. Then when they do, the order has not been started & it'll be ready in 5 minutes. 8 minutes later

What is the point of ordering ahead if they won't start the order until I arrive?

I love blaze pizza in general & the options they have, and understand staffing is not easy at this point in time. I gave 3 stars and if I return I will update.

Paid 4.19$ for a drink. Only ate half my pizza and went up to get a refil and she said no..: I didn’t leave the food court, still eating just wanted my drink topped off. Trying to post pictures

A huge thank you to Miriam I might have misspelled it I'm sorry but she is very kind and even though my QR code would not work I was able to place a mobile order and she was kind enough to even give me an extra cookie for the trouble and what a treat too since I have only tried the brownies thank you very much

The worst blaze pizza I’ve had! If I could give it a 0 I would. The girl last night, 08/09/23 was rude. Only got 1 protein topping and she pushed my pizza along. She overfilled my pizza with basically the container of mozzarella cheese. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. $18 for a disgusting pizza. Way too overpriced, you’re better off going to a blaze pizza elsewhere where they won’t be $18.

Terrible Management!!! Went by today just to see a girl all by herself for hours, no other employees or manager nearby. Disappointing, would not come back again

This Blaze Pizza is located in the Brea mall. Pizzas are made to order and baked right in front of store. I like the thin crisp dough and the number of delicious toppings like salami, spinach, basil, and different cheeses to select from.

The service was good to start but my pizza came out a bit burnt - they apologized and I was fine with taking the pie as is. But the manager Rash insisted they make me a new pizza pie fresh so that it would taste as it should and not be burnt. They quickly made the new pie for me and I left happy and impressed by the quality of customer service at this location. Thank you Rash!

Had a service worker with his AirPods in during work. He ignored me when I asked six times. Calling his name all the way to the cash register where he was at. Even two feet in front of me he had no regard for me or my presence. He then disappeared for ten minutes into the back only to reappear and ignore me again.

Don’t say open unless you’re open. And if you are going to open, have the workers come in earlier so I don’t have to see him replace the old ice from the day before. At this point it isn’t even his fault he was setting up the whole day by himself.

And no, I don’t want to email you internally so you can tell me I’m wrong thanks.

They used half frozen gluten free dough. It took forever and didn't even cook most of my pizza. The outer edges are burnt and the inside is all still dough. Would not recommend.

Sloppy pizza!!, guy and girl are not happy at this work and throwing toppings on pizza along with water from the ovalini and basil. his way of trying to take the water off was using a paper napkin and also taking off the sauce. If I could I'd give 0 stars out for 5.

My daughter wanted pizza so I agreed to go here. Sadly the food looked old and the place looked dirty, but we continued to order with someone that didnt want to be there.. we waited 10 minutes for our food, and got the wrong pizza.. when I asked for a refund because my husband and other daughter were already eating, I got attitude and no thank you or sorry at least.. very disappointed..

Great concept because everyone gets there own and its fast. also thin crust is nice so you dont feel to full just satisfied. Line can get long sometimes.

Very similar to Pieology, though the meat lovers base pizza ended up being about roughly half the meat compared to Pieology. Still delicious nonetheless.

Love this place! My favorite build your own pizza spot. I like that you get as many toppings and the crust is delicious. The toppings are always fresh and the pizza comes out tasting amazing.

There staff is trash they stand around gossiping instead of doing there job. I had to wait unnecessarily for an order that was done because they where to busy talking.

Music was so loud I had to yell at order taker. Ask manager to turn it down and she refused. Said that volume level is set by upper management and she cannot deviate from it. We were the only two in the place and we left. Not sure I’ll go back.

Dining room was a mess. Staff was very unfriendly and burnt my pizza, I asked for a re-fire and they practically said no to me and told me off, once I finally convinced them to remake it they just made a big scene about it and embarrassed me, once I got my new pizza it was even worse then before, I didn't even bother saying anything because I was so embarrassed. At least the cheese was good because if not I would have given them 0 stars. .05/5 stars for guest service

This place is AWESOME. The pizza is delicious and it only takes a few minutes to cook. The service is outstanding and the people are super friendly. I was not expecting to find a place like this inside a mall. This pizza is great and isn't that stale cardboard sbarro "pizza".
